"For the price this apartment is great. What you need and no fuss. Only issue I had was the very poor to non existent internet, something I requested to have functional to help with work in the evening, and the refrigerator smelled terribly. Advice to people keeping a refrigerator off for long periods, keep the door open to air out the inside, and if someone is coming to the apartment turn the ref on a few hours before they arrive. Can't complain too much though as all I needed was somewhere to stay until my flight the next day."

"If you're traveling on a tight budget, this hotel is a reasonable choice. It’s about a 10-15 mins walk from Terminal 2, which is convenient. Don’t expect five-star amenities or luxury standards, but it covers the essentials.
The customer service was friendly and helpful, definitely a highlight of the stay. However, I did notice several spiders and spider webs in the room, and the balcony sliding doors couldn’t be fully locked, which was a safety concern."

VVieraskäyttäjäI arrived in Manila late at night as a woman, and my flight the next morning was a mid-morning flight, so I mostly just spent the night sleeping. I considered a nearby hotel, but I thought this hotel would be sufficient for just sleeping. Despite my reservations, I decided on this one. It was only a 10-meter walk from a main road, and safety-wise, I was relieved to find no issues. The hotel staff were very friendly, and while some travel guides say there's no air conditioning, they had the typical Philippine-style window-mounted (and a bit noisy) type. I always wear earplugs, so it wasn't a problem. If I had to say anything, it was a hotel on the first to third floors, surrounded by private homes and other residential areas, so there was a bit of dog noise. If you're an early riser, it shouldn't be a problem.

There was a small cockroach at the sink ( tray), before we left. Maintenance/ pest and vermin control should be more strict.
Please provide trash bags, no more stock under the sink before we check out.
Overall. the stay was good and comfortable.

AAI.TRAVELI've been to 3 different locations of Maine City, because of my work I travel a lot and have been to different hotels too. This hotel is the best of giving service among the 3 Maine city hotels. I tried their shared Ac room and it was excellent I can say. The room is clean and the shared bathroom too was fine. But the best thing about this hotel is their great service to their guests. The guy from reception was the best. The check-in time was at 2 pm but I arrived early at 11 am and he told me if the room was ready at 1 pm he could let me check-in. And I got checked in at 1:15. He was polite and professional, and had an amazing personality he was smiling throughout the time. When I got into my room, maybe the hk was in a hurry and I forgot to turn on the AC but I was really tired of going down the stairs I just slept through luckily there was a fan in the room. When I went out I passed by reception and asked the woman if she could help me with my AC, she then apologized and said that she would assist me in my room. I went up first and after maybe 3 mins she came with the controller and assisted me. She said that she would come back after 30 mins to check the temperature but I insist that it's already fine. She was really helpful and quick to assist the guest with the problem. The only thing I'm not really fond of in the room is that there's no window but it was okay because it was written in the room category. Maine city's lobby was also immaculately clean the aroma was subtle and the décor was warm and comfy, love it. Thanks to the Hk team too for the cleaning I really love your Tramo Branch. If I come together with my family or friends I will definitely bring them there and I would really recommend this place to my circle. Thank you Maine City Tramo I had a wonderful stay.

LLynneJourneyI booked here before we arrived in the Airport at 12midnight .before i confirmed i asked through email if its ok to book now and we used it when we arrived. They responsed me its ok if the said hotel is available 24hrs . When we arrived in the place the personnel said it can't be use because our check in was 2pm. But we arrived there12mid so they asked me to pay another 1600ph just for overnight stay no choice we dont want to find another place we need to check out 12pm to catch our flight overseas ,since there place was not so easy to find its dark and going inside the narrow streets ,taxi are not so familiar they drop us in other REDDOORZ .we need to drove again there by Grab taxi . One thing i liked here they hired PWD👏👏 . The room we got is good even couple of cockraoches was there too🤣 water pressure was strong 🥰 food is Good especially the hot chocolate and coffee . water dripping from above aircon make sounds annoying. Tik tak tik tak lol
