"Uima-allas on niin kaunis, että päätin varata! Otimme yöbussin Antalyasta ja olimme väsyneet aamulla, mutta pystyimme tarkistamaan varhain, jotta voisimme levätä varhain! Ja henkilöstö oli aina ystävällinen ja aktiivinen, joten olin niin kiitollinen ㅎㅎ Hinta oli tyydyttävä!"

"We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia. The first thing that stands out is the gorgeous, panoramic views—truly some of the best you’ll find in the area. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery feels magical. The overall vibe of the property is warm, relaxing, and uniquely Cappadocian, with a charming blend of cave-style architecture and cozy touches. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even though there’s no elevator, they were quick to help with luggage and anything else we needed. If you’ve arranged your own tours or airport pick-ups, you only need to tell them your room number—they handle the call for you, which is incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the free water available at reception, a small but thoughtful detail. Another highlight: the pets! The resident doggos and cattos add so much personality and comfort to the place. They’re friendly, cute, and honestly part of the hotel’s charm. The room and common areas were very clean, and the property has a unique character that sets it apart from more standard hotels. Cons (more observations than complaints): Many locals in the area smoke, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers or anyone with allergies—not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning for sensitive travelers. The hotel lists a spa, but during our stay we weren’t offered any spa products or services. We were interested, but ended up booking a massage at a nearby place instead. The restaurant didn’t have its grill available while we were there, which meant three of the main dishes were unavailable—a bit disappointing. Not a downside, but good to know: it’s cheaper to book directly with the hotel, so definitely check that before reserving through third-party sites. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The views, staff, cleanliness, and the adorable pets make this place truly special. If you appreciate beautiful scenery and warm hospitality, this hotel is a great choice."

"カッパドキアで洞窟ホテルに滞在したいのであれば、非常におすすめです！ぜひ滞在してほしいです。 スタッフの皆様もとてもフレンドリーで優しくサポーティブです。当日、予約していたツアー会社から急遽キャンセルされた時も、急いで別のツアーを手配してくれました。 また、ホテルの外観•お部屋の内装ともとても美しく、滞在しているだけで幸せな気持ちになります😊12月でしたが暖房も完備されていますし、バスルームもきれいで日本と大きな変わりなく過ごすことができました。少し床が砂っぽい/ベッドの上に砂があるかも、と感じるかもしれませんが、綺麗に掃除をしてくれていたので洞窟ならではだと思います。 テラスからの景色も素晴らしい、中心街からも近いし、朝ごはんも美味しいと、なに一つ不満はなく素晴らしいステイでした🙏❤️"

"I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! "One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and for the price we paid it was a bargain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and everything about this place was just perfect."

"Luxury 5 star hotel with very cool decorations and beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious too. Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice. It is a good breakfast. The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning. Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms. The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well. It is located just down the hill from the famous Kelebek cave hotel, about 3 minutes walk only. It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit. Plus you can walk up to kelebek hotel for dinner or drink with the views."

"The room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us."

"Kapadokya’nın eşsiz güzeliğine hayran kaldık. Otelimiz konumu itibari ile çok güzeldi. Personeller yardımsever ve ilgili davrandılar. Hakan abi o otelin en ilgili personeliydi çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı ***et doyurucu ve güzeldi. Havuz ve hamam kısmı temizdi . Otel fotoğraflarda gördüğümüzden daha güzel ve büyüleyiciydi. Sabah terasa çıktığınızda balonları çok net görebilirsiniz. Bence en güzel olanı gecesiydi. Terasta oturup manzarayı izlemenin değeri paha biçilemez. Umarım bir daha tekrar görüşürüz."
