"Luxury 5 star hotel with very cool decorations and beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious too. Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice. It is a good breakfast. The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning. Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms. The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well. It is located just down the hill from the famous Kelebek cave hotel, about 3 minutes walk only. It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit. Plus you can walk up to kelebek hotel for dinner or drink with the views."

Bence en güzel olanı gecesiydi. Terasta oturup manzarayı izlemenin değeri paha biçilemez. Umarım bir daha tekrar görüşürüz."

"I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Our first Cappadocia experience is complete with you!"

"The room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us."

The only address we always prefer as a family in Göreme. The room facilities, heating and hygiene are always at the top segment and it is very enjoyable to taste the traditional privileges of Turkish cuisine in the restaurant. We ate the most delicious meals in Göreme and the breakfast was open buffet and only bird's milk was missing. The staff was extremely attentive and always helpful. We had a holiday that we said we were glad we came again and that we will not forget. We thank the Anatolian Houses family for everything :)

We stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality. The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme. The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open. Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

Service here is superb! The receptionist gave us a short tour of the whole hotel include the sister’s hotel as the facilities are shared. The view and the terrace here are AMAZING. You literally find many instagramable spots every corner of the hotel. Had my dinner and breakfast in Seten’s restaurant, I would say they are both really delicious and many choices for the hotel’s breakfast. Room could be quite small even I booked the Junior Suite, room has no ventilation too, the window can’t be opened so it can get a bit stuffy inside the room.

Olin viisi yötä. Tuntui hyvältä, kun asuimme juuri sisään, huone oli suuri, ja meillä oli oma balkon. Uskomatonta on, että muovia sisältävä kaivosvettä ei ole ilmaista (Olemme olleet Turkissa yli kymmenen päivää, emmekä ole koskaan tavanneet tätä); Vaikka hintataulukon mukaan saattaa olla paljon rahaa, on aina ollut hyvin pieni tunne, että jättäminen tästä on liian pieni.Laitteistoissa ei ole pakokaasuja, ilmastointi ei ole kovin hyvä, ja nopean 40-asteisen taivaan on vaikea huipentaa elokuussa. Aamiainen voi olla vähän vähemmän, koska asuinpäivien määrä on enemmän.

We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! We stayed in one of the caves and we absolutely loved it! The staff super welcoming, staying here you have direct access to Sultan cave terrace for the sunrise which has the best view for it! Also the hotel have two terraces and the pool! The breakfast delicious and the only thing to improve was that in one of the two days we spend there, they didn’t fixed the terrace so it was empty without the carpets and traditional cushions. The rest is just perfect! Oh and don’t forget to try the Hamam! 😻

I recently stayed at Ozbek Stone House Hotel in Cappadocia, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, perfectly matching the charm of Cappadocia. I also booked several tours directly through the reception, and to our surprise, the prices were actually cheaper than what we found online. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region. Comfortable stay, great service, and unbeatable value!
