"If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, Shaden Resort is a top choice. Nestled in an ideal location, it’s not only incredibly clean but also conveniently close to all the major attractions. The combination of these factors makes it an excellent choice for both relaxation and exploration. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous attention to cleanliness and detail. The rooms were immaculate, and the resort’s overall ambiance was both welcoming and sophisticated. The proximity to local attractions was a game-changer, allowing me to effortlessly explore the area without the hassle of long commutes. In summary, Shaden Resort offers the trifecta of location, cleanliness, and convenience, making it a perfect base for any traveler. Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely beautiful resort - only downside the staff made no effort for our honeymoon and the vegetarian and vegan food was non existent but we headed to Banyan Tree the next day! A class apart!"

"I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation."

"Great hotel! Probably the most beautiful hotel in alula. Excellent service and we got super good deal from here so i would recommend you guys to check it out. Nothing to complain except our villa was very crowded with pigeons (i think because it was nearby the mountain) so our outdoor area were full with lots of pigeons' poops and also in the swimming pool :( and another thing was we asked for bikes multiple times, if im not wrong, like 5 times, staff said will check it for you and we never get feedbacks but it happened with us in other hotel as well so it's fine. Still! Great experience great time. Definitely come back :)"

"The service provided was excellent, facilities ok, the food was good, location is amazing, even if a bit far from Alula. All the staff is very professional and friendly. Special mention for the guys at Caravan reception, the 2 Mohammed. Amazing experience, once you leave, you want to go back."

"Once at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed my time, everyone is so friendly of course again Ola and Lorraine greeted me and take care of me during the stay. At the swimming pool, Mongkonpat and Zaher there were exceptional—always attentive and friendly, ensuring that every need was met with professionalism and a smile. Their service truly enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the facilities for my family. Leah stood out with her outstanding hospitality in the resturant. She was always welcoming, quick reaction and knows what we want, and provided excellent care throughout every meal and also another gentleman as well. Overall, the Chedi Hegra team exceeded my expectations. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touches made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I am grateful for their efforts and look forward to returning in the future. Small suggestions: I have a small suggestion regarding the bicycles. Having bicycles are wonderful expereience from the hotel. However, The bikes provided were quite difficult to adjust, and the position of the pedals—being very close to the frame—made it hard for the kids to ride comfortably. More maintenance, and offering a greater variety of bicycle sizes or types for young guests and asian ladies like me with lower bicycles will be even better."

"The tent shared the public service as Banyan Tree, which is one of the main reason we chose it. The surrounding view at Ashar tent area is normal, but closer to the reception for check in and breakfast. The service is good and staffs were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with beautiful view, which was the best part of the whole stay. The public pool is under maintenance now which only allow for photo shooting. Overall it’s good, but if the the exterior space decoration with furniture could be upgraded a little bit more( we were not willing go outside during night ) will be helpful for the overall experience."
