Expecting more from Grand Hyatt but this may not up to the usual Hyatt standard But the staff make the difference, they are friendly and attentive Room can improve better like proactively make up the room without asking for it, automatically refill more water but they deliver it quickly when asking for it, super efficient

前台服務很棒，特別是大叔，看到我們滿頭大汗，先來個涼濕巾紙，再配一杯橘汁，特別舒服、清爽。早餐很棒，食物很多。

It was a wonderful two nights to stay here because atmosphere was a great and beautiful building. I highly recommend it to stay here.

Käytin sitä matkan aikana. Muuttuessani aikataulua, minun oli siirrettävä kaupunki 24 tunnin ajan. Saavuin yöllä, nukkui ja lähdin seuraavana päivänä.Tämä on paras asuinpaikka.Vaikka yöllä, me nauramme ja olohuone on suuri, puhdas ja mukava. En voinut aamiaista aamulla, mutta kuulin, että kollegani, jotka saapuivat pari päivää sitten, kertoivat minulle aamiaista, joten haluan varmasti syödä seuraavan kerran.Henkilöstö on myös hyvin aktiivinen, ja se on hauska loma. The hotel a bit old but our room was big, comfortable and very clean. Food was a great ! A nice surprise was a Michelin star chef at the restaurant.

الصراحة الخدمة وتعامل عندهم راقي بس فية كذا ملاحظة السرير و مرتبة السرير غير مريحة مره متعبه و الشاطي يحتاج تنظيف من الحجر و الاعشاب و كراسي التشميس قليلة مرة

I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
