"Room was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. Bathroom was very small but worked fine. We were disappointed to have to pay extra to use the swimming pool as we booked this hotel because it had a pool which we assumed would be included in the room price."

"Staff were super friendly, will always greet you with a smile, no matter the time of the day, whether it be morning or late night. Very detailed with the cleanliness of the room and will even arrange all accessories neatly on the table,e which I find super cute haha. Location is also pretty near to most place."

"The hotel’s location is good, and overall the stay was fine. However, the bathroom was a bit dirty, with mold and black spots in the corners. The small fridge also didn’t work(not cooling) and seemed very dirty inside, with noticeable black spots.(We forget to take a picture of it) Breakfast was kinda fine, but dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. We ordered the fried squid dish, but it still had the membrane attached, which made it tough and inedible. Plus point 👉 👉 The staff are all very friendly and helpful!!"

"A good hotel in a good location that’s got a weak spot, which is its food. We had a double room that was a great size with a very big bed furnished with comfortable linen. The a/c worked well and was relatively quiet. There was in room tea and coffee and bottled water.  We ate at the hotel twice, and declined breakfast after looking to see what was available. For breakfast, while we were around 40 minutes from the end of service the food looked meagre and unappetising. There was the opportunity to have omelettes etc, but we decided against it.  We ate in the rooftop restaurant, ordering spaghetti bolognese, chicken wings, spring rolls and a pizza. The food took a while to arrive and when it did it all came at once. All of the food was tepid at best and seemed as if it had been waiting to be collected and brought from the ground floor to the top floor. The bolognese was acceptable with the pasta being cooked al dente. The spring rolls had gone soggy and the wings, being just warm, were cooked ok but the sauce they were covered in was sickly sweet. The pizza was not cooked. The toppings appeared to be cooked but the base was raw. The dough was uncooked and inedible. We pointed this out and we were told it could be cooked further. We decided that probably wouldn’t improve it much. The staff offered a replacement, but again we decided that it would take too long and asked for it to be taken off the bill.  The second time we ate at the hotel we used the ground floor restaurant. Once again the food was disappointing. The oxtail soups contained beef that was not tender but tough, although the clear broth was tasty. The pasta of beef Alfredo, which was advertised as containing beef, mushrooms, etc was served with just a few pieces of what looked like smoked beef in a claggy sauce. Again, it appeared as if the meal had been sitting on the counter waiting for the waiters to deliver it to the table and had lost its heat. The fruit salad platter and banana fritters were very good.  Service at the hotel, from reception staff through to housekeeping was very good.  Overall, I’d stay again by I would avoid the restaurants."

"It is 1 km away from the most bustling tourist street. The location is on a chowk, very easily accessible. It is not a five star hotel but 4 star. Facilities are nice. It’s a middle tier hotel. Staff is super cooperative. Buffet breakfast is not good in terms of of quality of food and cleanliness. So Buffet breakfast may be skipped while booking a stay in the hotel."

"Room Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us."

"Ms. Indah & Ms. Bertha the receptionist who helped during check-in process also Mr. Isdiono the security was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The other hotel staffs I've met such as the chef, room boy, and the office worker also very friendly and helpful. As this hotel has a very large area, sometimes you may ask direction to the hotel staff. This hotel is new so the room condition is super good, comfortable, and clean. The pillow was very big, soft, and comfy. Each non-smoking guest room features a flat-screen HDTV, coffee/ tea maker, mini-refrigerator, desk, sleeper sofa, safe, slippers, robes, bath products, hair dryer, bottled water, and a very fast wi-fi connection. Beside this hotel there is Wyndham Garden Hotel & Conference and Sooji the instagrammable restaurant. Stay active with jogging and BMX tracks, a gym, outdoor pool, and outdoor children's play area.
