Huoneet ovat puhtaita ja mukavia. Ääni todiste ei todella hyvä, koska voimme kuulla naapuri soitti äänen musiikkia. Henkilöstö ovat kaikki ystävällisiä ja apua. Ruoka on hyvä ja suuri valintoja. He antoivat meille kokeillut heidän uuden pastorin luomisen ja se oli mahtava! Täällä oli elävä bändi, joka on mahtava.

A good hotel in a good location that’s got a weak spot, which is its food. We had a double room that was a great size with a very big bed furnished with comfortable linen. The a/c worked well and was relatively quiet. There was in room tea and coffee and bottled water.  We ate at the hotel twice, and declined breakfast after looking to see what was available. For breakfast, while we were around 40 minutes from the end of service the food looked meagre and unappetising. There was the opportunity to have omelettes etc, but we decided against it.  We ate in the rooftop restaurant, ordering spaghetti bolognese, chicken wings, spring rolls and a pizza. The food took a while to arrive and when it did it all came at once. All of the food was tepid at best and seemed as if it had been waiting to be collected and brought from the ground floor to the top floor. The bolognese was acceptable with the pasta being cooked al dente. The spring rolls had gone soggy and the wings, being just warm, were cooked ok but the sauce they were covered in was sickly sweet. The pizza was not cooked. The toppings appeared to be cooked but the base was raw. The dough was uncooked and inedible. We pointed this out and we were told it could be cooked further. We decided that probably wouldn’t improve it much. The staff offered a replacement, but again we decided that it would take too long and asked for it to be taken off the bill.  The second time we ate at the hotel we used the ground floor restaurant. Once again the food was disappointing. The oxtail soups contained beef that was not tender but tough, although the clear broth was tasty. The pasta of beef Alfredo, which was advertised as containing beef, mushrooms, etc was served with just a few pieces of what looked like smoked beef in a claggy sauce. Again, it appeared as if the meal had been sitting on the counter waiting for the waiters to deliver it to the table and had lost its heat. The fruit salad platter and banana fritters were very good.  Service at the hotel, from reception staff through to housekeeping was very good.  Overall, I’d stay again by I would avoid the restaurants.

This place is amazing and what i love was getting up early in the morning and checking out the local food market and the sellers in the street as you come out on the left! Enjoyed the warteg stand with amazing food for so cheap and delicious and get the local snacks and desserts from the local vendors.

I enjoyed five wonderful days that combined comfort and convenience. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly staff who remember your preferences and ensure your every need is met. The cleanliness is remarkable, with common areas and your room spotless at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay. Every day, you savor a varied menu with great food options, from hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners, all crafted with care and attention to flavor. The resort's strategic location in the city allows easy access to local attractions, shopping, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal base for exploring. Amenities are thoughtfully replenished daily, from high-quality toiletries to beverages, ensuring you feel pampered during your stay. However, despite the outstanding service and offerings, the overall environment of the hotel could use some upgrades or renovations. Modernizing the decor and facilities would enhance the ambiance, making it even more appealing to potential customers seeking a stylish getaway in the city.

Room Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us.

The accomodation is good and the room was very spacious. The food and beverage was disappointing coffee was like dishwater and the cakes old definitely not worth the price for breakfast

Hieno historiallinen rakennus 1 km junaasemalla ja Malioboro. Laaja aamiainen büffetia suuri kahvia. Niellinen uima-allas ja hyvin varustettu kuntosali. Ystävällinen, joustava henkilöstö ja onnellinen auttaa tekemään oleskelu miellyttävä. Monet hyviä jäänteitä lähellä valita myös

I just wanted to share my heartfelt thanks for the excellent service I have consistently received during my stays at this hotel. This is not my first time staying here, and I am always impressed with the warm hospitality and comfort you provide. In 2019, I brought my friends along, and in 2020, I returned with my mum and her friends. This year in 2024, I came back with my mum and husband, and once again, we had an amazing stay. Your team never fails to make us feel welcome, and that’s why I always choose your hotel whenever I travel to Yogyakarta. I look forward to staying with you again in the future. Sempat agak worry karena beberapa review, but I had great nights stay in Uniq. I chose deluxe room, it has bigger space jadi enak bisa buat sholat di kamar dan ga ribet kalo bawa koper. Sabun shampoo 2 in 1 tapi ga ada masalah dan aromanya harum. Staffs are nice dari mulai di parkiran sama proses checkin. All is well!
