"When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. "We had late check-in to a room with unexpected problem, our access cards wouldn't work even after the technicians fixed the doors. The hotel decided to upgrade our stay to a bigger room so we could have a good rest. Appreciate it."

"Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. "First time staying here and it was a good experience. We were booked a deluxe room and it was a good one. The room was super clean, the amenities are superb, the facilities worked well and the staffs are amazingly nice. It’s located in the central of the city and surrounded by a lot of good cafes and coffee shop. The breakfast is amazing! Definitely will come back again"

"On the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was. When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance. Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly."

"Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one."
