Parhaat kylpylän tarjoavat hotellit kohteessa Cannes

"We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails. After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ). They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself. The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither. We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam. We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area. Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area. Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325).. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful."

"During my trip to Cannes, choosing to stay at an iconic hotel like the Majestic Barrière was undoubtedly the best decision. Due to noise issues in the room I initially booked online, the understanding and experienced hotel staff promptly upgraded me to a fantastic Deluxe City View room. The presentations, gifts, and overall arrangement in the room were simply outstanding. I would also like to thank the concierge team for making reservations at all the restaurants and beach clubs."

Grazie mille e saluti allo staff ☺️"

"best hotel in Cannes. very clean, amazing service, staff is very friendly and professional. a bit more variety at breakfast would be nice, for example more option of french bakery like chaussons aux pommes."

"Nice location within Cannes but the room was father old, many broken items like the leakage and missing nails. Also, €25 for a private parking and also guest need to bring their own trash out which is funny. Imagine seeing everyone holding a bag of trash appearing at the reception to check out at 11am."
