Fabulous hotel! Service was excellent throughout the hotel including reception, concierge, restaurant/bar, housekeeping. When we checked in, the concierge was able to make a reservation on the spot for us at a very popular restaurant in Madrid!

Wonderful stay. Great location at the centre of everything. Next to the main street that looks like Broadway in NYC where you can find musical theatres, exhibitions, etc. Friendly staff at check-in. Maria was very polite and offered to circle the locations of major destinations on a map for me. Amenities are VERY new and technologically up to date. Interiors are beautifully designed with details that showcase thoughts and considerations put in to improve the user experience and functionality as well. If anything to note, it might be a bit noisy in the evenings as it’s right next to the main street and plaza with performers singing. But it’s quiet enough after 10pm and hasn’t been much of a concern for me during my stay.

Many iconic landmarks, such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, are within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing enthusiasts like me. The staff at Palacio de los Duques Madrid truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service provided by the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a sense of luxury. The elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I appreciated the little touches that enhanced my stay, such as the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's stunning rooftop terrace. ❗️ The door handles are very sharp metal, which I think would be dangerous in a slippery area like the bathroom, especially if you have children with you. For me personally been traveling quite a lot countries and stay different luxury or normal 4/5 stars hotels, it is the first time seeing this kinda unreasonable design. I cannot imagine what gonna happen if someone slipped.❗️ 😉 The room was of a good size, well maintained, the mattress was very comfortable, the smart curtains were nice, and free drinking water was provided every day. 😅 The hot water temperature was not high enough and the water pressure was a little lacking. 🤓Overall, it was a great opportunity to experience a 30-story restaurant, given that there aren't many high-rise buildings nearby. But for the same price, there might be more exciting options downtown.

Amenities like kettle, shower cap, sanitary bag….are not provided in room. Facilities such as swimming pool and sauna need to be booked in advance.

Tämä on vakava valitus tämän hotellin Market-ravintolasta. Vietin täällä tällä kertaa kolme päivää, ja joka kerta istun siellä yli 10 minuuttia vain odottamassa palvelua. Muille länsimaisille turisteille tarjoiltiin vettä heti. Tarjoilija jutteli myös heidän kanssaan, mutta minä? Kaikki tarjoilijat jättivät minut täysin huomiotta! Minun täytyy soittaa heille, sillä juuri tilattuani voileivän tarjoilija nappasi minulta ruokalistan! Minun täytyy juosta hänen perässä pyytääkseni teetä!

An absolutely impressive hotel! I loved the gorgeous décor in both the room and the shared areas. The breakfast was outstanding — fresh fruit, smoked salmon, a wonderful bakery station, and even delicious Spanish specialties like ham and chorizo. From the moment you step into the hotel to the moment you enter your room, everything feels truly luxurious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!

房間整潔，相對不擁擠（考慮到西班牙大多數酒店的室內面積都不大）。關鍵是，地點絕佳，離Museo del Prado，普拉多博物館200多米。離索菲亞皇后博物館也就500米，均步行可達。週日早晨普拉多博物館旁邊的路衹允許走行人，車輛限行，林蔭路方便跑步。6月初的天氣早晨9點16度左右，到11點的時間出去跑步也不覺得熱。前台非常專業，安排井井有條。附近好吃的也比較多，早餐就在酒店，buffet食品種類繁多，竟然有churro & Tortilla de Patata強烈推薦！
