We stayed at the hotel from March 7 to March 9 and overall had a pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient and the view from the hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and the staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of options. We also really enjoyed the Executive Lounge – it was a perfect place to relax and there was always a good selection of drinks and snacks available. Cons: There were a few issues in the room. The shower plumbing was broken and didn’t properly hold the shower head. The shower was also not fully covered, so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. There were no electrical sockets near the bed, which was inconvenient. The curtains had stains and the windows needed cleaning, which unfortunately made it harder to fully enjoy the view. Additionally, my mother and I stayed during her birthday on March 8. When making the reservation, I left a note asking for a small symbolic gesture since I had seen in previous reviews that the hotel sometimes does this for guests. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared, which was a bit disappointing.

這家酒店不在市中心，但是門口就有地鐵，對面還有個Ldil超市。前台服務熱情，每個房間送一瓶白葡萄酒，吧枱飲料，臨走還送一個冰箱貼紀念品，服務沒得講，早餐也非常豐盛，早餐晚餐時間，大廳還有鋼琴演奏。缺點是不靠市中心，旁邊是一大片墓地。總之，是超出期待的一次入住。

Die Hotel is super nice, the personal or employees are great friendly and helpful especially the frontdesk especially ms. Adela, who’s not tired to explain and help me and other guest . The spa area is nice as well. Breakfast selection is great, the room is nice the paninis view and also the bed is comfortable to sleep right after a long day of walkingWe will definitely comeback again.

I had a great stay at Hilton Prague. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere feels elegant and comfortable at the same time, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities are excellent, especially the breakfast selection and the overall hotel amenities. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. Overall, Hilton Prague offers a high-quality stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Tämä hotelli sijaitsee 300 metriä Prahan päärautatieasemalta etelään ja sieltä on kätevät kulkuyhteydet. Hotelli on keskitason tai luksusluokan, ja siinä on kaikki mukavuudet, kuten ravintola, baari, sauna, kuntosali ja kokoushuone. Huone on siisti, hiljainen ja mukava, ja siinä on kaikki mukavuudet. Aamiainen oli erittäin runsas. Tärkeimmät nähtävyydet, kuten Vanhankaupungin aukio ja Kaarlensilta, ovat 20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Varaamani huoneen hinta oli yli 800 RMB. The hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

The hotel location is very good and nice The workers was friendly and quick But I prefer if they have smart tv in the rooms

When I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue. Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided. That’s why I can’t give 5 stars. Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive. But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.
