We stayed nights at Noa, I love it. Value for money and implacably clean. The creative and industrial design is fantastic. We stayed in the joyful gathering room, every detail is thoughtful and creative resulting in a experimental and comfortable stay. Mary from front desk was amazing and took great care of us. I would certainly stay here again in Shenzhen. Well done 👍

佳佳 (Jade) need to be celebrated and given proper recognition for her kindness and accommodating spirit. I have a rare genetic disease and cannot walk strongly anymore so I require help even though I’m only 40. I’m a mom of 4 and we all came here to attend a study and get genes tested. It was difficult to find a proper place for our family that was suitable. We were so so happy to find this hotel. It is quiet, the rooms are beautifully decorated and great for people with allergies because it’s so clean. Jade made sure we had everything we needed and was so responsive to our needs. I cannot say enough good about this place and the special lady who feels like family already, Jade. We will be back everytime we followup with this hospital.

We were so impressed of almost everything about this stay. I will recommend to my friends, and the my relatives to come and pay a visit. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

The development is unique for China. You can find similar resorts with accessible seaside and setup, only abroad. It would have been a fantastic experience but it was destroyed by the recent tropical storm hitting Guangdong. Despite the weather which is not related to the resort there are a number of issues to be addressed: 1- the place is a potential safety hazard. Very poor engineering when it was built without proper water management or drainage. Water flashed down from the surrounding slopes flooded the whole resort. Swimming pool and all common areas were full of mad. Restaurants operation was suspended or when finally operating we were literally walking inside a flooded room full of mad where staff was trying to push water away. Rather funny picture. 2- common spaces were not kept clean. It is totally understood that with this storm situation it is impossible to keep the place clean, however, even before the rainfall started , you could tell the place was not kept properly. The common areas and walk paths were not clean full of debris. Swimming pool was not clean. The changing rooms next to the beach were not clean and full of sand with showers blocked. The toilets next to the restaurant were not clean and very smelly. Expensive equipment with branded toiletries is not helping if the place cannot be properly managed. The lounge area next to the seaside was not clean and it was obvious that it is not managed by personnel. 3- the lifeguards supposing to be on duty were occupying the guests beach lounge area playing with their phones and smoking cigarettes while other staff and construction people from the site would have their “break” with them. This is an advertised private beach area and the management should be further involved to provide what the guests are paying for. Lifeguards should be on a different station. They were rather rude too pretending the are the authority! 4- Overall management and personnel. You can tell that there is no maturity or experience. During the storm admittedly they were trying hard to keep the place alive. The resort design otherwise, and rooms are exceptional. Amenities and equipment are top of the class. The western restaurant (before suspending operation) was excellent with great food and unique location overlooking the seaside. Such a pity for this unique resort - management needs to change Wish to see improvements in a future visit.

Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

This stay truly exceeded my expectations and can best be described as a genuine “home away from home.” It is rare to find a hotel that performs so well across comfort, service, location, and thoughtful details, and this experience left a very lasting impression. First of all, the room itself was exceptionally comfortable. From the moment I walked in, everything—from the bedding and lighting to the layout and overall ambience—made it easy to relax. The room was clearly very well maintained, with no signs of wear or aging. The décor felt modern yet warm, and the attention to upkeep was evident in every detail, from the furniture to the bathroom facilities. Returning to the room each day felt comforting and familiar, which is something not every hotel can achieve. At check-in, there was a short wait for the room due to availability, but the experience was handled extremely well. A Guest Relation Specialist proactively approached me, kindly checked in on my situation, and thoughtfully added me on WeChat so that assistance would always be easily accessible. From that point onward, communication became seamless. Whether I had questions, requests, or needed help at any time during my stay, support was always just a message away, with quick and attentive responses that made me feel truly cared for. I would especially like to thank Loyalty Manager Mr. Cao for arranging a room upgrade. The upgraded room offered more space and a better overall experience, which elevated my stay significantly. This gesture made me feel genuinely valued as a returning guest, rather than just another reservation. Although there was construction nearby during my stay, the hotel’s sound insulation was excellent. Noise never became an issue, and my rest was completely undisturbed. Both nights were quiet and restful, and I slept extremely well—something I truly appreciated. In the afternoon, the Guest Relations team kindly assisted in arranging the JW Christmas–themed afternoon tea. The presentation, quality, and festive atmosphere were outstanding. It was clear that great care had gone into the experience, and it added a wonderful sense of occasion to my stay. This was definitely a highlight and deserves high praise. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Traveling to the airport in the morning was incredibly convenient, saving both time and stress. At the same time, the hotel is not far from Xiangmi Lake Park, making it equally suitable for leisure walks and relaxation. Whether for business or leisure, the location truly feels ideal. In the evening, based on a recommendation from the Guest Relations team, I visited the bar on the fourth floor—and I’m very glad I did. The atmosphere was beautiful, especially under the moonlight, creating a calm and romantic setting that made the night feel special. I highly recommend the Moscow Mule there—it was perfectly balanced, refreshing, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. Another thoughtful touch was the arrangement of a late check-out by the Guest Relations team. This allowed me to rest a bit longer and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed, which made a big difference before departure. Breakfast was also very impressive. The selection was extensive and well organized. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything ran smoothly and efficiently, with clear flow and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience. In addition, food deliveries were conveniently handled by service robots, which was both efficient and fun, adding a modern and thoughtful touch to the stay. Overall, this hotel excels not only in facilities, but also in service quality and attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Whether for business travel or a relaxing getaway, this is a hotel I would confidently recommend. It is absolutely a place I look forward to returning to in the future.

We celebrated our anniversary at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The 24-hour butler service was a highlight, loved having drinks delivered to the room. We are especially grateful to Jay and Alice for their kind and attentive service. Upon learning it was our anniversary, the staff thoughtfully decorated our room, which made the occasion even more memorable. The spa was also amazing - a truly relaxing experience!

First night was a bit of a disaster as I came with a slight cold and he heating in the rooms are inadequate. I ended up sleeping with my jacket on and a dressing gown . Staff by and large had poor English and were quite young so there was a distinct language barrier. Also some of the night porters were quite aloof. The kitchen staff however were excellent and very attentive and attentive It was my birthday during the stay so the manager came to apologise and gave a belated birthday cake which was a nice touch. The rooms were quite nice and views were great

Quite a decent hotel with very friendly service. Facilities are good except the remote for the TV (unable to switch channels or basically anything!). The hotel provides desserts every night for guests and it's sent to the room by robots. Quite a comfortable stay with many eateries nearby and even a TCM massage a few shops away.

A very solid stay overall. I would rate this property 5 out of 5 across the board for cleanliness, location, service, and amenities. The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Rooms and common areas were consistently in great condition, and everything felt well managed and organized. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It sits right next to Windows of the World, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone planning to visit the theme park. If that attraction is on your itinerary, it is difficult to find a more convenient place to stay. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very easy without needing to travel far. On top of that, the property is located right at the exit of a metro station, so getting around Shenzhen is extremely convenient. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, and the amenities were exactly what you would expect from a well-run Westin property. Overall, this is a highly convenient and comfortable hotel, particularly for travelers who want easy access to Windows of the World and the surrounding Nanshan area.
