"Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was wonderfully clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My checkout was originally at 12 p.m., but since my flight wasn’t until 9 p.m., I asked at the reception if I could stay in my room until 2 p.m. It was no problem at all. Afterwards, I was able to leave my luggage in the lobby. After a few hours of exploring the city, I came back to the hotel in the afternoon. At the entrance, there was complimentary coffee and tea for guests, and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee there. I stayed at the hotel until around 6 p.m. and felt very comfortable the entire time. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection was quite large, but it was mostly local-style food. It would be great if there were more Western or international options for guests. There is a beautiful lake near the hotel. Overall, my stay was very pleasant – a clean hotel with friendly staff and good service. I would definitely stay here again!"

"訂的是套間，房間非常大，外面一間正好小孩寫寫作業。浴室有浴缸，泡澡很舒服。乾濕分離。有兩點個人建議，服務:提出的問題都能立即應對，這點沒有問題，但如果能夠在客人提出之前就解決的話，我覺得就更好了。比如看到帶小孩主動問一下需不需要小孩的物品、有浴缸的問一下需不需要浴缸套、自駕的説一下停車場規定等，當然我提出來很快就解決了。設施:房間這邊的衞生間有下水道返出來的臭味，可以去檢查一下，當天睡覺時特別明顯也不想折騰，但打掃房間的時候其實可以主動發現解決，避免產生一些不好的住宿體驗。總體來説，這個性價比還是很高的，希望能做的更好。"

"I was initially sceptical when I read over 5,000 positive reviews on this hotel, as many of them had been upgraded. However, we truly had a great time. The facility is amazing, and we stayed in building 8, which is closed to the dining area. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. The dinner buffet costs RMB 138 on weekdays and 158 on weekends. The food was great, and there was a lot of seafood to choose from. The hotel is quite close to tourist attractions, but be aware that taxis can be quite expensive. They can cost RMB 50 or more compared to the DIDI taxi . So, it’s best to order a taxi via DIDI or online rather than catching one on the street or in front of the hotel. One place you must visit is Xu Shui Ancient City, which is the most well-documented museum in Shaoxing. It’s a walking distance away and free to visit.  All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We extended three nights more , and will definitely stay this hotel in the future."

"帶娃來紹興住到了寶藏酒店！娃都不想走了，下次還來！ 📍在紹興帶娃玩了兩天，選酒店真是選對了！這次住了温度源酒店，體驗感真的超棒，妥妥的帶娃寶藏地，必須來給各位寶媽寶爸種個草！ 🌟 入住初體驗——一進門就被“寵”到了 進大廳的前台小姐姐小哥哥們真的超級熱情，不光笑着迎上來，還立馬送上了熱乎乎的烤紅薯和暖身茶。我家娃一進門就被香迷糊了，紅薯甜滋滋的吃得可開心了。工作人員看我們是帶娃出行，不僅説話語氣温柔耐心，讓人覺得特別温暖。 🛏️ 親子房也太會了！比家裡還舒服 房間空間很大，裝修很有質感，整面落地窗視野很開闊。最讓我驚喜的是房間里居然配備了按摩椅！白天帶娃在紹興各大景點暴走，晚上回到酒店娃在房間裏撒歡，我倆躺在按摩椅上徹底放鬆了一下，真的超解乏。 還有一點特別貼心，房間裏的小冰箱裏有免費的飲料和小點心，孩子渴了餓了隨時有東西墊肚子。更貼心的是每個樓層都配備了即熱飲水機，超方便。衞生間乾濕分離，還給孩子準備了一次性毛巾和專屬的小童拖鞋、牙刷，看得出酒店真的把帶娃家庭的需求都考慮到了。 🍳 早餐豐富到選擇困難症發作 自助早餐真的是一大亮點！中西式應有盡有，中式有熱乎乎的麪條、餛飩，粥品點心、現炒時蔬，西式有牛奶麥片、麪包蛋糕，水果沙拉也都很新鮮。孩子吃得超開心。 🏨 不止是住店，更像是“哄娃” 酒店本身的配套設施也很齊全，有小童樂園和保齡球場。退房那天上午，娃在小童樂園玩得不想出來，徹底解放了老父親和老母親的雙手。 🚗 交通超便利，去哪都方便 酒店位置太絕了，緊鄰地鐵鳳林A口，離地鐵站很近。我們去魯迅故里和三味書屋感受課本里的紹興，開車過去也不遠。離鏡湖國家城市濕地公園和紹興科技館也非常近，特別適合帶娃去親近自然漲漲知識。 💯 寫在最後 退房的時候，酒店工作人員還貼心地送了小紅薯給孩子，小傢伙依依不捨地説下次還要住這裏。説真的，紹興温度源酒店是我近兩年親子游住過最舒服、最省心的酒店，服務有温度，設施很暖心。強烈推薦所有準備帶娃來紹興玩的家庭閉眼入，絕對不會踩雷！"
