The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

Beautiful property surrounded by attractions for families and kids. We traveled as a big family and booked three rooms. My husband loved it so much that we extended our stay for one night. Pros: -New and luxurious facilities. -Top service. Everyone seemed loved their job and good at what they were doing. The front desk, Ms Ivy Chu particularly, coordinated our stay with a great manner of professionalism. The fellow who cleaned our room noticed my daughter crying over a lollipop and comforted her by offering some snacks. I greatly appreciated the hospitality. - SPA is top notch and a must try. Cons: - Depends on your taste. The place is away from the city center and was really quiet at night. I almost felt a bit scary, but my husband loved it. - Not many choices of restaurants within and nearby the property. The restaurants were unreasonably expensive. However, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, huge selection of food and all delicious.

This hotel is idyllic and you will definitely relax. Whoever designed these rooms should win an award. It's one of the most stunning interiors that I've ever seen for a room. It's absolutely gorgeous. The service is pretty good. There were minor issues with communication at the front desk as I had paid a deposit on the app and they had me pay another deposit there. And then when I booked out, there was a bill again. But we eventually cleared it out. It was just a little bit unclear from the app side. The view, I asked for a nice view. This was something that I asked for but I don't know if they were fully booked. The view that I got wasn't great. I just watched cars coming and going the whole time. So I would have wished for a different view if it was possible. The food was very lackluster. I did not go out. I ordered two rooms and it was very expensive. I paid 68 Chinese Yuan or RMB for oats and 68 for a cup of tea. The oats were very, very watery. I couldn't eat it because that much dairy wouldn't be great. The tea was basic. I ordered a salad the previous night. It was around 38 RMB. Not too expensive but it had no dressing. So the food, I would just go out to eat. Don't bother to order into the room. All that saying, the room was beautiful. It was clean and definitely relaxing. Some lady, I asked for a HDMI cable and she brought it for me. So the service isn't bad either. So the only thing that I can really say is don't get room delivery. Other than that, really great.

The main reason for me to choose this resort hotel is due to its nearest distance to the Safari Park Panda House. The hotel room and bed are very big to me. I can even see the kangaroos are playing happily outside my room window. The cleanliness of the hotel room is also satisfied especially must thanks to Xiao Wu (小五管家）who was servicing and taking care me very well during my stay👍. Last but not least, the variety choices of hotel breakfast is also excellent and delicious.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was full of twists and turns. Somehow, they hadn’t checked the room for problems before letting guests check in. The air conditioners were off even the housekeeping said the temperature would be dropped after 10 mins, the technician came and said the air cond unit's engine was off. The shower water pressure was unstable, freezing during use, and the gap at the shower door is too wide, causing water to leak out. The TV next to the bathtub couldn’t be used at the beginning, it turned out the remote control was out of battery. Overall, the design style of the room combines modern Chinese and Western vintage elements. You can spend your lazy afternoon with a cup of Yuhua tea in your room. The spa, gym, and pool are located on the 40th floor. The masseurs and staff are professional and friendly. You could enjoy your me-time or work out in a relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Zoey and Yuki, very generous and helpful staff. Honestly, my 5-star service goes to the manager, Mr. Gray, at the executive lounge, he provided outstanding service! He is very genuine and sincere. He knew that our return flight was delayed and offered us the opportunity to rest in the lounge until we were ready to leave. Besides, there is one more staff Mr. Jon from the concierge, he recommended us to go to several local places in Nanjing to try the local food, exploring the traditional Nanjing in a different way. Thank you Gray and Jon once again!! Hope to see you 2 in the future!

Very happy with the hotel. I had a double room, more like a suite. All very clean and perfect. The staff was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. The breakfast room is out of this world.

First of all, service was great, from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping to the breakfast restaurant staff and lastly the super cute robot that brought all our deliveries to the room. Breakfast had good variety and was tasty. Room was very big and spacious but could do with a few more power sockets near the bedside on the left and the sofa. The dressing room has a sliding door which was very private. Location might be in a quieter area but we managed to get didi after a few rejects during peak hours.

Everything about the resort is super amazing. The food was amazing, very wide variety. They had both Chinese and Western dishes. Even the chef specially made us some chicken when I asked for why no chicken among the foods. We ate to full. The room we got was simple and clean though not part of the main building so we needed to use the resort shuttle every time we needed to go out or return to our room. It was a fun ride every time. The staffs were friendly, hospitable and well mannered. We watched the circus show & the sea lion show, they were both interesting, and then we took the little train which took us round the wildlife park and we fed animals while on the train. It was an awesome experience. We also had a very good walk round the park with many animals roaming freely within their space. There are great spots for picnic and relaxation. The kids loved the amusement park and play area. We also experienced the hot springs which was a beautiful experience. The environment was beautiful, clean and natural. Our kids loved every bit of it. I highly recommend this for a family staycation.
