Booked a last minute stay with Novotel but turned out quite a positive experience! Location is good, within walking distance to Lincheng East Metro station. Went to watch concert and hotel provided transport service from hotel to stadium, which was very helpful for us! Also offered complimentary breakfast for one day but due to clashing of schedule we were unable to enjoy. Hotel slippers is free size and is too big for ladies, could be quite a challenge to walk around and do note that there will be a fee for bringing back the slippers. It will be better if there is a blind separating the toilet glass and bedroom for more privacy. Overall, hotel furbish is on the older end but the above kind gesture of providing stadium transport and breakfast does make the experience better and location is not bad too! (:

數博會假期，帶着老母親和女兒入住萬象温泉馬壠別苑，感覺這是一次非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。 首先説説服務，提前去看房間，加了前台微信後，小姐姐一直很熱情周到的回答我的若干問題，態度謙和有禮，有問必答，一點沒有不耐煩。入住後房間幾位服務員大姐每次送東西過來的微笑，讓人如沐春風，心生愉快。整個住宿的兩天，服務可以打滿分！ 開車到馬龍別苑後，樓下有每一個風景獨立的停車場，停好車就從停車場直接進入房間，非常方便。 房間設施完備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，馬桶，淋浴間，房間裏面獨立的泡池，都是乾乾淨淨。整個房間的設計看得出花了心思（泡池房間裏的裝飾畫，符合環境的詩句，恰到好處的花瓶和綠植），讓人身心放鬆。 從馬壠別苑出來，穿過一道玻璃門，就到了公共泡池的區域，對老年人來説很方便。公共區域有四十多個不同類型的泡池，水質良好，很乾凈。整個公共區域環境設計非常用心，能滿足不同年齡段的需求。老母親這一次也非常滿意，説這是她這幾年泡過的最好的温泉，女兒也很喜歡。 酒店早餐種類豐富，食材材質新鮮，進餐環境舒適優雅。中餐我們在附近點了外賣，也是很快就送到啦，**上有很多可以選擇的店鋪。 這是一次愉快的住宿體驗，下次如果泡温泉，看到會再次選擇這裏！同時也感謝這幾天給我們服務的前台小姐姐，房間服務員，謝謝你們！

床鋪舒適：酒店的床鋪躺着很舒服，床墊柔軟適中，床品乾淨整潔 。 酒店環境 ：酒店環境非常乾淨衞生，房間一塵不染，衞生間也沒有異味，洗漱用品擺放整齊。 位置優越：酒店地理位置絕佳，位於市中心，周圍有很多商店、餐館，步行即可到達。而且臨近地鐵站和公交站，出行十分便利”. 酒店服務 - 前台服務：前台辦理入住手續快速高效，工作人員熱情微笑，服務周到，還會耐心解答各種問題，給人留下了很好的第一印象和最後印象”. - 客房服務：“客房服務人員態度親切，打掃房間認真仔細，更換用品及時。

We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Guiyang. The facilities are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. We were there on a Monday and it was really quiet -- the hotel seemed pretty empty-- so not all of the facilities were open, for example the lobby bar was closed. But the staff went out of their way to ensure we were fed and happy. I think they kept the restaurant open just for us, it seemed. At the front desk, 小苹果 (who goes by ”Apple”) was outstanding. She made sure every element of our visit was good and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend staying here and at other Anantara resorts, they do a great job.

這次入住的是在山頂的「山野」房型，據酒店說這是最受歡迎的房型，實物也的確很出片👍十月底算是淡季入住，很多旁邊的房型都住不滿，更增添了幾份寧靜的隱世感。 在來之前看了很多網上的評論，知道想住山頂的房型，就要最少爬十幾分鐘的樓梯，已經提前做好心理預設。但真正來到這裡。對於我們這些平時不怎麼運動的人來說，這四百多層樓梯還是非常非常的吃力的，因為這四百多層樓梯環山而建，比平時我們的走的樓梯都要更陡、坡度更大。在爬梯的過程當中，多次太累停下來休息，但一想到馬上就要日落了，生怕晚到山頂會錯過了日落美景晚餐，所以用盡吃奶的力氣往上爬，然後又擔心自己用力過猛會在山中昏倒過去，幸好每走幾步就看到掛在樹幹上的監控鏡頭，頓時充滿安全感（因為心想就算暈倒也會有人第一時間發現哈）。 有天不負有心人，幸好最後都趕在日落前到達山頂享用晚餐。在這裡就不得不提這家西餐廳的出品，居然出奇的好吃！幾乎每一道菜的味道都有驚艷到我！可以一點也不誇張地說：真的勝過很多米其林餐廳！希望餐廳可以繼續保持高水準哈。 退房當天上午，剛好遇到下小雨🌧️，酒店有很貼心地提供雨傘給我們打著下山。但其實一邊打傘，一邊走溼滑陡峭的下山路更危險⚠️。其實最簡單成本最低的解決方式應該是：酒店提供質量好的雨衣給客人，這樣客人就可以有雙手騰出來扶著欄杆慢慢走下山。不過說實話，下雨天走這段下山的樓梯真的是挺危險的，真心建議如果酒店想要持續發展得更遠，建議要想辦法整修一下這段上下山的路哈。

這家酒店是我住過的所有酒店中我認為環境、價格方面都非常nice的酒店，強烈推薦大家入住！！！環境：從大廳就能看出酒店整體的風格就很典雅加古風的韻味，酒店房間的佈局也非常整潔，尤其是馬桶有一次性馬桶墊（這是我住過的其它酒店是沒有的）。

這家温泉酒店體量很大，包含酒店住宿和温泉兩大項目，所以園區面積挺大的。到達當天天氣陰冷，晚上泡了私湯後非常舒服。入住體驗不錯，不過覺得酒店還有很多改善的空間，比如服務，養生湯屋的管家不是很專業，態度很好會幫助拿行李、開私湯放水，但是房間設施等就弄不清楚了，需要內部打電話溝通。第二天退房我把房卡給了管家，她還幫我放行李在車上，結果12點半我在高速上開車前台居然電話問我是不是想再續住，也不知道酒店內部怎麼溝通的。以及擺渡電瓶車要等很久，以至於第二天早餐來回我都自己步行去餐廳的，畢竟户外空氣好，多走走我不介意。 晚餐廳的味道不好，點了168元的酸湯魚養生火鍋，是我在貴州境內吃到的最難吃的。另外就是養生湯屋的室內面積有點偏小，衹能説住宿比較舒適，談不上享受，和室外有私湯、庭院、亭子的配置比較起來低了一個檔次。不過湯屋的地暖配置挺好的。

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

很少評論，這次是真心評價，我覺得酒店不錯，我們是元旦假期來的，價格實惠，房間很乾凈，竟然有地暖，就問問貴陽有幾個有地暖的酒店，住着非常舒適，對於我這個怕冷的人體驗感及佳，然後園區不大但是開放的温泉也夠用，水也挺乾淨的，反正我覺得挺好的，避開那幾家熱門温泉，這裏很幽靜，很不錯，還會來！

Honestly expection was so high but room situation so bad. by the way location wasn't good. even this isn't their fault. hotel so old. wash room was broken.
