"Beautiful ocean view and lovely room, I really enjoyed my few days of sunsets and mornings here! Not the cleanest room or newest building, but everything works and it's amazing for the price. The smart home voice feature for lights and curtains was so useful. Deposit required at check-in. The staff is very responsive and helpful, after notifying them about a broken screen in the room they already dispatched people to help fix it within minutes. I had zero issues with takeout being delivered to the room which made breakfast and meals easy. I came to Weihai for the snowy beach but the weather was disappointingly good lol. However it was a relaxing staycation because of this homestay and I'm so glad I decided to choose this place in the end!!"

모든 직원분들이 친절하셨고, 편안한 투숙을 위해 전 직원분들이 애써주시는 마음이 느껴져서 감사했습니다. 숙소 주변은 벚꽃과 목련꽃으로 아름답고, 공원 안에 있어서 조용하고 편안하게 쉴수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 침구가 편안해서 잘 잘수있었어요.
저희가 외국인이라 택배와 배달로 직원분들을 번거롭게 했는데 너무너무 친절하게 도와주셨어요. 감사합니다.
체크아웃 할때까지 물, 티슈 등등 이것저것 챙겨주셔서 한국으로 돌아오는 길에 잘 사용할수 있었습니다.

酒店給了直通沙灘的手環，樓下就是沙灘，有時間可以下去漫步～房間裏非常的暖和，但不是很悶的那種……還有歡迎水果，非常有心！
房間挺乾淨的，就是衞生間的洗浴灑，裝的實在有點高。用起來不是太方便。。
服務整體真的很好，尤其是餐廳的服務，真的很温馨～還有客房的阿姨也非常的禮貌！"

The lift have to wait pretty long even though there are 5 lifts available.
Room was big, centralised Aircon took very long time to cool down the whole room."

"The hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon"

My husband and I stayed in the mini-suite room with my sister in the next room. The space was great! We were on the 27th floor so we loved the view from the living room. The mattresses were not soft enough for me but we would definitely stay there again.

環境：衝著能看海的房間來的，元旦當天上午下雪下午放晴，在大堂辦入住的時候看着窗外僅有一條馬路相隔的海確實很治癒。晚上在房間陽台吹着空調看海也很愜意，不用非要吹風就能看海的感覺很爽。步行範圍內有家韓香福，第一頓就吃的這個。一樓裝修蠻有趣味性的。還有一間貓屋。
衞生：不錯
設施：室內有個小廚房，雖然我們也沒用。洗澡蠻舒服的。不過這個酒店是坐落在一個小區裏的感覺，上樓沒有電梯，衹有樓梯。但店員可以幫忙提行李。
服務：貼心。有管家微信可以加。我們房間的窗有點漏風。第一天晚上噪音聽着有點大，和店家説了之後馬上就幫我們處理了；早飯很好吃。咖啡也不錯👍

強烈推薦凱里亞德酒店（威海韓樂坊店）！地理位置太優越了，緊鄰韓樂坊美食街，步行幾分鐘到威海站，出行、覓食、逛街都超方便。房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得一絲不苟，床品柔軟舒服，隔音到位，休息質量很高。前台服務熱情周到，還能免費寄存行李，機器人送外賣很省心。整體體驗感滿分，無論是旅遊還是出差都很合適，下次來威海還選這裏！

I recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff for your amazing hospitality—I’ll definitely be returning and sharing this experience with others.

酒店位置很好找，就在著名小吃街東城路夜市的邊上。對面就是古城棲霞街，古色古香，拍照很出片。前台的小姑娘服務也很熱心，給我們推薦了幾個。威海特色旅遊景點，時間一天剛好逛完。客房的衞生很乾凈，提供一次性用品，如果需要一次性杯子和一次性馬桶墊，也可以去前台拿去。退房後還幫我們免費寄存了行李。

Not my first time to stay there. I like the location. Close to the train station and surrounded by shops, restaurants and coffee shops. They have recently upgraded the furniture too. Adding a washing machine, a bigger refrigerator and a bigger TV screen.

The lobby is very impressive but the rooms are in need of refurbishment. Not that clean either. Bathrooms were in poor condition with previous guests hair still in it
Restaurant was good and the access to the beach is nice. It's obviously more of a summer resort hotel but it still looks tired.
