"The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. They offer free public parking, which worked out great for my plans. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were good enough to start the day. The hotel’s also within walking distance of the night market. The only downside was that my room faced the road, so it was a bit noisy from traffic, and I could hear sounds from the next room."

"Overall, the hotel is good and service from the staff is great too. Breakfast Hotel has a good spread and enjoyed the food there. Hotel is well located near the Fengjia Night Market and you can go there in 3 min but is not very near the city centre and you may need to take a bus or walk there. ."

"Staff are polite and ready to assist. Easy luggage storage and check in. Room facilities are basic, but the bed is comfortable and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. However the showerhead was difficult to position and the tub is small so water sprayed everywhere on the floor. Free water bottles are provided. There could be more hooks installed for hanging clothes or personal toiletries. The bedsheets/pillowcases were discolored but not sure if this is related to hygiene or just the bedsheet style/color. They felt clean and didn’t find any weird objects except for some hairs on the pillowcases (the staff helped us replace them)."

"Excellent location, right across from Taichung Main Station. Safe place to stay, there’s a police post in the next building. Very convenient. Plenty of food and shops within walking distance. Amenities were solid. We had the quad room with attached bathroom, very clean and well kept. Housekeeping was included. Laundry area available for washing clothes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were good study and living spaces for sharing. Great value for the price. Clean, convenient, and well set up. Highly recommended."

"Nice hotel in Taichung at a nice price. Not a far walk from the Night Market and good restaurants. I found it very affordable compared to Accommodation in Taipei. The room was nice and clean and the facilities were sufficient, self service washer and dryer on the ground floor was good and the gym was sufficient for a basic Dumbbell workout."

"Hotel was nicely designed. Location wasn't too bad too, near the bus station we wanted to take to Sun Moon Lake. The footprint of the room is quite small, and had a bit of smell which we think came from the shower curtain. Service was good - staff at the front counter were really helpful and accommodating."

"My stay was positive overall, offering good value for money. The staff provided excellent service and the room was clean and comfortable. Note for male guests: the shared bathroom facilities are located on the 7th and 8th floors. The location is decent, although the walk to Taichung Railway Station MRT is a little far. Would recommend for budget-conscious travelers."

"The room was absolutely perfect — one of the cleanest and brightest we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was exceptionally well maintained; even the sink were completely free of visible mould, which is rare and very much appreciated. It would be even better if there were more mirrors in the room, and frosted toilet partitions for added privacy, especially for families. The location is superb. It’s in a quiet corner, yet incredibly convenient with both FamilyMart and 7-Eleven right across the street, and plenty of delicious street food within a 5-minute walk. Service was truly top-notch. Whenever we had questions, the staff didn’t just give standard answers — they took the extra effort to check, offer thoughtful suggestions, and genuinely help us plan better. Their care and attention made our trip even more wonderful. We will definitely be back!"

"I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you."

"Hotel is located near the train station with about 10minutes walk and it’s very convenient. Staffs are very friendly and always assisting in every way possible from check-in to requests to check-out too. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, though room size is small but it sleep comfortably maximum of 2 person in a room. Overall had a great experience too and will definitely stay again."
