"OK, so where can I start? First I felt a bit not excited as the swimming pool and the seafood buffet was not available during the time I was there. The hot springs changing area is a bit small. But to be honest the service attidue of everyone working there made really worth 10/10. My feedback was taken seriously and I can see in the very next day changes are happening at the breakfast dish names. Although I had some personal bad experience with few things, but eventually I am happy and will definitely go there again. Finn and Tian Tian were very professional, room is very clean and nice. Everything I asked for I got it"

Viikko ennen matkaa pomo lisäsi mikro-viestin, muutamat perheet kysyivät ”hyvin”, pomo ja johtaja vastasivat meille innokkaasti.Matkapäivänä lähetettiin myös paikannus, jotta voimme etsiä, vuorella on todella hyvä ilma, matkan pituus on hyvä ja tulin tajuamatta. Kaikki huoneet ovat suuret, lapset ovat onnellisimmat ja kaikki huoneet ovat ovensa.Kansallisessa huoneessa on pysäköintialue, latauskaappi ja erittäin ystävällinen traktorille. Erityisesti kun olimme matkalla, kysyimme, mitä suunnitelmia oli, mutta paitsi että voisimme lyödä lahjoja, hoitohenkilökunta antoi paljon suunnitelmia, mutta hän kertoi meille, että Angi sanoi, että sade oli alkanut ja pysäytti. "Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel."

"我們是淡季去的，整個山頭衹有我們兩人，聽着風聲，看着竹林在陽光裏搖曳，真是非常放鬆。酒店配置非常好，細節做得很到位，下午茶和宵夜甜品都很可愛，私湯也很舒服，我們對於私湯一般衞生要求都很高、我泡之前特意下池子全部摸了一次，非常乾淨。走的時候老闆娘還給我們送了她們的土雞蛋和小吃，温馨浪漫的一次短途旅行"

"beautiful space, it’s clean and nicely furnished. there’s a basement with a pool table, table tennis, mahjong table, karaoke room to keep you entertained if you wanna stay in with friends. room was spacious and clean, they were very thoughtful as they provided disposable ear plugs, slippers, shaving cream, shaver etc. location is relatively near to the city center, its peaceful and quiet. breakfast was delicious, nutritious and filling. extremely hospitable family members who run this homestay together, will chit chat with you and recommend places to visit! didnt have the chance, but they have their own white tea garden at the back of the homestay. their pet Man Fang is suuuper cute and well-behaved!! loved my stay here, highly recommend!!"

"The Hotel was great. Just want to share with you about this amazing place. The location is really nice. The Hotel area is really huge with different type of places. We arrived there and from the first second the hotel staff was so nice to us. And you can feel it everywhere, the staff is really professional people. The receptionist was really helpful, during all stay time in the hotel he helped us a lot, his name was Xiaoyan, (安吉涵田管家小艳1). We spent the New year night there, and we attend to the Filipino band concert, they where amazing, we enjoyed the music and people around. the place for the concert was on the top of the mountain and every second the shuttle mini buses where taking people there. it was great feeling also to enjoy the Hot springs, me and wife enjoyed it , till my little ones where playing on the amazing playground. Next day we enjoyed the trip to White tea factory and discovered the history of the tea and the place. The food was really delicious, you can find everything in the restaurant. and there was a shop too, where we bought the swimming suit (we forgot ours 🤣). We really enjoyed the time spent there. Thank you very much for the best service 10/10."

"這家安吉民宿真的太驚喜啦✨ 老闆熱情又貼心，還免費給我們升了房，超暖心！ 房間設施齊全乾凈，住着特別舒服，院子裏還有一衹超可愛的狗狗叫蛋蛋，有點皮但很治癒～ 環境安靜愜意，整體體驗感滿分，房間三面環山，來的時候是淡季，沒什麼陽光能看到雲霧，別有一番意境，起的比較晚，本來是早餐還給我們增加了幾個當地小菜，並給我現磨了一杯美式。 衞生：乾淨整潔 設施：有ktv ，桌球，ps5,等，沒有拍房間的照片但是和圖片基本沒有差別。 環境：用餐環境外面有一個露台，很美 服務：老闆超級熱心，我們去山下吃飯，也是老闆專車接送，隔天也給我們推薦了大峽谷的遊玩攻略，超級美！是開心的一次旅行！"

"第二年自駕出遊來安吉了，依然住在美頌公寓了，上次住的就挺滿意的。 房間內有洗烘一體的洗衣機，有冰箱。不過可惜這次的冰箱冷凍艙室有點兒問題，不能冷凍。買了幾個冰糕放在冷凍都化了。沙發特別長，小朋友們很喜歡。床是榻榻米那種，不怕小朋友滾下來 每天都有早餐券和游泳票，我們住了2晚去吃了一次早餐，不太好吃，第二天就自己吃別的了。泳池也一直挺好的，暑假正常的人很多，也看到學游泳的小朋友。 酒店的地理位置特別好，樓下什麼都有，無比方便。"
