"It was wonderful stay. We really liked the hotel property with lake view and specially the cozy hotspring was amazing with top view. Staff were really nice and helpful showing us the way around the hotel and nearby places to visit. We were celebrating a birthday and the place was perfect and romantic. It was very quite and peaceful, what we looked for. Will visit again for sure."

"四層小樓，每間房都有陽台，這次帶着孩子和父母五個人，正好包了四樓整層2個房間，露台相連，面積很大，坐在露台喝茶聊天看景，非常愜意。房間很大很乾凈，不比賓館差，民宿還有一部小電梯，免去了爬樓的辛苦。民宿離雲上草原遊客中心及鎮上中心區域步行約十分鐘，離漂流五分鐘，遊玩吃飯都很方便。民宿老闆娘和叔叔阿姨特別熱情客氣，一直招呼我們吃他們準備的茶，還有核桃瓜子零食。車可以停在他們自家的院子裏，比大多衹能停在路邊的民宿要好多了。雖然價格較高，但是國慶期間也在可接受的範圍內，我們一家玩得都很開心😊"

"Amazing gen just above Grand Canyon hike. Simple yet stylish and very comfortable. Dog friendly. Great for families. We used outside hot swimming pool even though it was chilly outside. Optional dinner was super tasty"

"The Hotel was great. Just want to share with you about this amazing place. The location is really nice. The Hotel area is really huge with different type of places. We arrived there and from the first second the hotel staff was so nice to us. And you can feel it everywhere, the staff is really professional people. The receptionist was really helpful, during all stay time in the hotel he helped us a lot, his name was Xiaoyan, (安吉涵田管家小艳1). We spent the New year night there, and we attend to the Filipino band concert, they where amazing, we enjoyed the music and people around. the place for the concert was on the top of the mountain and every second the shuttle mini buses where taking people there. it was great feeling also to enjoy the Hot springs, me and wife enjoyed it , till my little ones where playing on the amazing playground. Next day we enjoyed the trip to White tea factory and discovered the history of the tea and the place. The food was really delicious, you can find everything in the restaurant. and there was a shop too, where we bought the swimming suit (we forgot ours 🤣). We really enjoyed the time spent there. Thank you very much for the best service 10/10."

"我們是淡季去的，整個山頭衹有我們兩人，聽着風聲，看着竹林在陽光裏搖曳，真是非常放鬆。酒店配置非常好，細節做得很到位，下午茶和宵夜甜品都很可愛，私湯也很舒服，我們對於私湯一般衞生要求都很高、我泡之前特意下池子全部摸了一次，非常乾淨。走的時候老闆娘還給我們送了她們的土雞蛋和小吃，温馨浪漫的一次短途旅行"

"ที่พักดีเกินคาดเลยครับ พนักงานบริการดี ยิ้มแย้ม พูดจาดี รู้สึกต้อนรับตั้งแต่เข้าไปวันแรก ห้องพักสะอาด นอนสบาย บรรยากาศเงียบดี ไม่วุ่นวาย เรามาเที่ยวเพื่อเล่นสกี การเดินทางสะดวกกว่าที่คิด เจ้าของโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ช่วยดูแลและแนะนำเรื่องการเดินทางไปลานสกี ทำให้ไม่ต้องกังวลอะไรเลย ชอบมากตรงที่ตอนกลางคืนสามารถแช่น้ำร้อนได้ หลังจากเล่นสกีมาทั้งวันคือสบายตัวมาก ผ่อนคลายสุด ๆ อาหารเช้ารสชาติดี กินแล้วอิ่มกำลังดี โดยรวมประทับใจมาก รู้สึกคุ้มค่า ถ้ามีโอกาสมาเล่นสกีอีก จะเลือกกลับมาพักที่นี่แน่นอนครับ ⛷️👍"

"第一次給了個不是滿分的點評，其實是很可惜的，糾結之後還是這麼打分了是真心希望雲跡坡越來越好。民宿環境一流衞生也不錯，住了三晚，老闆娘直接給升級了有露台的視野更好的房型，也是滿滿的好感。不足之處一是設施有些陳舊，床品很乾凈但是有點破洞的床罩真該換換了，電視機屏幕也出現光斑影響效果了；二是早餐有一天衹有麪條，説是有兩個住客要求的，別的沒有準備，以為我們也知道，那麼基本不吃麪條的我能怎麼辦呢，衹能喝點湯吃個蛋對付一下了；三是我們已經告訴了管家不需要打掃房間，所以不要在我們沒要求時擅自進房間，結果一天下午休息時，突然聽到兩下敲門聲我們還沒反應過來就直接有人刷卡開門要進來了！出聲制止後得知是老闆娘母親在巡房，説是看到衞生間燈沒關。雖然她道歉了説不知道房間有人，但這也太無語了吧？客人哪怕不在房間留個燈沒關難道會有什麼影響或危險需要幫客人關燈嗎？何況專門提出了不經允許不要進房間，這點真是很敗了好感。就寫這麼多了，真是希望雲跡坡山居能揚長避短，提升改進，待我們下次來莫干山還能舊地重遊選擇住在更好的這裏。"

The thatched-roof room was amazing, with a serene environment, stunning mountain views, and truly being a secluded paradise far from the hustle and bustle. Special praise goes to the housekeeper, Xiao Lu, whose attentive and thoughtful service was evident throughout the stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was meticulously arranged, making the stay feel incredibly warm. The environment and service were both flawless, and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and high-quality vacation. I will definitely return! The various facilities and amenities that are set to open soon are also quite comprehensive, and I am looking forward to staying there again in the future."
