"The Good: • Perfect Location: This hotel is ideally situated in Antwerp, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. • Impeccable Rooms: The room was modern, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Great value for the price. Things to Note: • Shower Design: Be careful with the water direction, if sprayed outward, water leaks into the room. Keep it aimed toward the inner wall. • Water Supply: Bottles are only provided on the first day. In an eco-friendly hotel with minimal amenities, not providing consistent drinking bottle water felt quite unreasonable. • Inconsistent Service: Some staff were wonderful, but others were lethargic with limited English skills. • Lobby Curfew: The lobby closes at 1:30 AM, and staff began ushering guests out early. This ”curfew” was quite disappointing for a hospitality establishment. All in all, a great stay for the location and room quality, but management needs to improve staff training and guest policies."

"Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line. The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre. The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Maybe it took a time to wait for room service to bring a bottle of champagne. Great service. I recommend to book the valet service very easy!"

"The reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.  However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.  And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.  We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.  The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.  It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.  The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.  Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later. The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.  I was not happy with my stay."

"Amazing hotel friendly staff kids was very happy everything very good very good area easy to find the hotel and it’s near to Petrol pump easy you can get what you need. 5 star for hotel management service and staff."

"Hostelli on vastapäätä keskusasemaa. Sänky on mukava, vaikka huone ja kylpyhuone olisivat voineet olla siistimmät. Huoneessa on vain yksi pistorasia ja toinen kylpyhuoneessa; sängyn vieressä ei ole pistorasioita, vaikka meitä oli kahdeksan. Heidän pitäisi parantaa sitä. Keittiötä ei ole, vaikka se on hostelli."

"We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Places of interest just walking distance from the hotel. Surrounding have many restaurants and cafes. Have booked a room with view of Cathedral of Our Lady."

"The Hampton by Hilton Antwerp Central Station offers a convenient and comfortable stay. Its prime location near the central station provides easy access to local attractions. The modern rooms are well-equipped and maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The complimentary breakfast buffet provides a satisfying start to the day. The attentive staff members are friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests have noted limited space in the rooms and occasional noise from the surrounding area. Overall, it remains a favorable choice for travelers seeking a well-located, affordable accommodation option in Antwerp."

"An excellent chain hotel in Antwerp. We were delighted with everything – the room amenities, its design, and especially the service. Special thanks to the receptionist for his friendliness and prompt, professional service. We would be happy to stay here again."
