"Very well located, the Hyllit Hotel can be found less than 5 minutes away from the Antwerp-Centraal train station. It is located in such a manner that you have a direct access to the historical centre of the city by foot, following a straight line. The reception was very nice, I was received by very professional people who took the time to explain every commodities available in the hotel, from the mini-bar to the Emerald Lounge, and even how to access the rooftop restaurant and the health centre. The room I was given was very clean, with different amenities available such as a TV with international channels (French, English, German), a coffee machine, and a phone."

"The Good: • Perfect Location: This hotel is ideally situated in Antwerp, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. • Impeccable Rooms: The room was modern, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Great value for the price. Things to Note: • Shower Design: Be careful with the water direction, if sprayed outward, water leaks into the room. Keep it aimed toward the inner wall. • Water Supply: Bottles are only provided on the first day. In an eco-friendly hotel with minimal amenities, not providing consistent drinking bottle water felt quite unreasonable. • Inconsistent Service: Some staff were wonderful, but others were lethargic with limited English skills. • Lobby Curfew: The lobby closes at 1:30 AM, and staff began ushering guests out early. This ”curfew” was quite disappointing for a hospitality establishment. All in all, a great stay for the location and room quality, but management needs to improve staff training and guest policies."

"Review: My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not without issues. Upon arrival, there was an apparent payment error, requiring me to pay again on the spot, meaning I was charged twice. Thankfully, this was corrected the next day, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing, and our double room was only provided with one set of towels. The room itself was fine, but these shortcomings made the overall experience less enjoyable."

"Had to book a last minute hotel because a change of plans. Everything else was booked or too expensive. This hotel was great, both in terms of price as well as quality! Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is great is the nice neighborhood of Antwerpen Zuid, many restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walking, comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel to spend the night when visiting Antwerpen."

"A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days."

"Wij verbleven 2 nachten in een kamertype: studio. We kwamen vroeger aan dan de voorziene check-in tijd maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We konden ons omkleden en de bagage werd veilig bewaard aan de receptie (en nadien door een medewerker naar de kamer gebracht). Via een persoonlijke SMS werden we op de hoogte gebracht wanneer de kamer klaar was. Aangezien we toen niet meer in het hotel waren werd de code en procedure duidelijk uitgelegd om later vlot in te checken via huisnummer 115. De studio was ruim en voorzien van alles zoals voorgesteld tijdens de reservatie. Voor de rokers is er een ruime aparte 'patio'. Hier kan je rustig roken en je eigen drankje consumeren zonder de 'niet-rokers' te storen. Zowel in de kamer, kitchenette en badkamer was de hygiëne prima. Op de gang is er tevens een automaat met enkele drankjes, snoep, chips, tandenborstel,... voorzien. Dit hotel voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen van een 3-sterren product. Het uitchecken verliep vlot en wederom hartelijk en vriendelijk. In de kamer was het geluid van de straat wel hoorbaar maar dat wisten we op voorhand gezien de ligging van het hotel (bij een volgende reservatie vragen we misschien een kamer aan de binnenzijde). Een hotelkamer in het echte centrum van de stad heeft dan weer andere geluiden. Het hotel is bijzonder gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het centraal (trein)station en op 20 minuten te voet ben je in hartje Antwerpen. Bij een volgende uitstap naar Antwerpen zal onze keuze snel gemaakt zijn en kiezen we voor Arass Hôtel & Business Flats."

"Erinomainen sijainti, koska se on vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasema ja kävelymatkan päässä ostoskeskukseen ja vanha markkina-alue ilman ruokavaliota. Sekoita uusi koriste ja puhdas. Lisämaksu aamiaista mutta hyvä ruokalaatu."

"We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!"
