The hotel is located closed naiyang beach. The staff is verry helpful and smiling,friendly , your room is verry comfortable and clean, breakfast is verry good and delicious.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Marriott Phuket Resort. The facilities are well-maintained, and the direct beach access is definitely a highlight—very convenient and relaxing. The welcome drinks were also a nice touch, with a good variety of options to choose from. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Official check-in time is 3pm, and even when we arrived slightly earlier at around 2:45pm, the room was still not ready. It would be great if the hotel could improve efficiency at the front desk to enhance the overall guest experience. The activities schedule looked exciting, but unfortunately it was not very accurate. For example, a cookie-making session turned out to be shave ice making instead. The bubble party didn’t have any bubbles, and the foam party was not available too. There was also a “free dessert” session from 12:30pm to 2pm, with options listed such as ice cream and cotton candy. However, during our 2-day stay, we were unable to get any cotton candy, which told by staff that available on the next day we arrived. was quite disappointing as my kids were looking forward to it.
