Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! I will definitely recommend Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket to my family, relatives, and friends, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Never regret booking this hotel"

"Our stay at LullaBella was just great! Super clean!nice hotel rooms, comfy bed and pillows! Everyone in the hotel was super nice and helpful! Nice location away from all the hustle of Patong, but still very close to all attractions. We loved the pool with the view and nice cafe 🎄 special thanks to the amazing lady at the front desk Fon! She was very friendly and professional! We will definitely come back again if we travel to Phuket. And recommend this nice hotel to friends."

"Location of the hotel was on top of a hill where you need to take a lift to go up to their lobby to check in Bell service,receptionist and Fnb staff service was friendly. We stay at a honeymoon suite where there is a big jacuzzi at the balcony with good privacy. They also provide a small bottle of shower gel for you to make up the bubble in the jacuzzi. Room was nicely decorated with rose petal and towel arts. However, room amenities was very basic for a suite room. They only provide 2 bottle of drinking water and a pack of chips. It was too stingy for a guest that pay more than 5000 baht for 1 night stay. The next day I was staying in Amari Patong and their amenities are way better. We take a room with a breakfast with a perception that this is a Gourmet hotel. However, it was a great disappointment. Breakfast was very basic and no variety."

"The front desk staff were great, always there and helpful. You have to pay 1,000 THB on arrival. The rooms are nice and laid out well, I preferred the Mountain View. The cleaning staff were lovely and helped fix an issue with air con very quickly. The pool was nice but not ladder down so a bit in accessible if you have mobility issues. Sauna was ok, bit small and smelly. Location perfect, easy walk to Central mall."

On the first night, there was a small issue with cleanliness, but the front desk staff handled it very well quickly arranged a room change and offered complimentary breakfast as an apology. I was truly impressed by their care and responsiveness. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rest of the hotel was well maintained with a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff. "Good rooms but right now you have to take the shuttle from the reception to the rooms, it’s very close to the beach, but unfortunately, they cry about things in the room. I had a glass that was broken already when we checked then and they tried to charge us for it. But most of the staff is nice and overall the day was pleasant. I would recommend it. It’s worth it at the price."
