Vuoristonäköala Hotels in Phuket

The hotel is located on Nai Harn Beach, in the southern part of Phuket. The location is excellent — almost directly on the beach. The hotel isn’t very large, but it’s a truly beautiful place. You can easily walk down to the beach, where you’ll find sunbeds and towels provided by the hotel. The Nai Harn sea was extremely clean, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere — perfect for unwinding. The hotel staff were very professional, polite, and welcoming. The room was excellent and had everything I needed. The service throughout the hotel was great, and breakfast was very good and varied. There are only a few restaurants nearby, but you can find a small market and an exchange shop just a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, this hotel is perfect for relaxation, though it’s a bit far from the busy areas of Phuket.

I would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay) - I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable) - When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room - After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases - After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets - I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say) - When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier - We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO) - Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up - All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made Sorry for the long review but I was not too impressed

We had the best experience staying at Avista Grande Phuket Karon! Situated on top of a low hill, the resort has an amazing view of the Andaman Sea. It's also conveniently just a short walk to Karon beach and to Kata town center. The room we stayed in had a beautiful modern design and had access to a private pool. The hotel also offered a wide variety of food selections for breakfast. However, it was the hotel staff who really made our stay worthwhile. We'd like to especially mention some of the wonderful people who made our stay enjoyable. Cartoon, Sunil - who were always attentive and friendly during breakfast. Tut- who always kept our room clean and tidy and who gave us this pretty note and souvenir. Milk- who personally escorted us to our room on our first day and continued to assist us throughout our stay. Her smile alone brightened our days! Thank you Avista Grande Karon Phuket! We can't wait to come back for our next vacation!

The pool and the breakfast are good. We also had a nice town view. The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room. I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

Great location within walking distance to the beach, 7-Eleven, and massage shops. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good amenities. The swimming pool is nice, but unfortunately, the pool bar was closed. Even though there was a sign about a Happy Hour promotion, Breakfast was okay but had limited variety, and during check in staff didn’t inform us about the breakfast location and opening hours..Dinner at Foliage restaurant was not available, but room service pizza was tasty. Cupz Café was overpriced for the quality. Parking is available but quite narrow.

Sanon, että matka-aika ei ole pitkä, 10 minuuttia bussilla. Toiseksi, mitä tulee huoneeseen, se on erittäin tilava ja puhdas, ja myös koko hotelli. Rakastamme huoneen kokoa ja tilat ovat myös siistejä ja hyvin varusteltuja. Emme kuitenkaan pidä aamiaisesta. Aamiainen on mauton ja likainen. Meillä kaikilla oli sen jälkeen vatsasärkyä. Kärpäsiä löytyy kaikkialta ravintolasta. Ravintolan henkilökunta ei ole ollenkaan avulias.

Budget Hotel - Good for Short Stay but Overpriced for what it is. This hotel is very basic for the price and I found prices fluctuate alot on this hotel During low season. I found for the price there are better hotels in the area thats even closer to the beach with more amenities. RESTAURANT & POOL AREA The pool area is beautiful and during my stay here the pool area was always neat and tidy with a small in-house restaurant on tue right. BREAKFASTS The breakfast menu is basic but suitable and in accordance with the price. I enjoyed the plain breakfasts and warm hospitality ROOM SERVICE Daily room service is available at this hotel. Water and coffee with sugar and tea is provided in the rooms. I was given a welcome drink on arrival in a wooden cup. It was lovely. Room will not be cleaned or water replaced unless you ask for it. ROOMS If you stay here I recommend the rooms with the pool view. The City view isn't so great. Rooms are large with a little more compact bathroom but amazing baths but in my room the water pressure wasn't so great. The geysers is on controlled temperature. The water doesnt get boiling hot here. But its a good temperature The room is comfortable and if curtains are closed its rather dark. Furnished with dark wooden furniture but comfortable bed and smart tv where you can stream on your own subscription. I liked that. You will have: Fridge Kettle, cups and glasses Plenty of packing and cupboard space Bed side Tables and lamps Towels Bedding was comfortable AIRCONDITIONING Mine was a little noisy but not intolerable and cooled nicely but had a little leak, be careful if the floor is wet its insanely slippery so use the bath mat. Aircons are very old. LOCATION The hotel is on a hill so to walk to the nearby shops and such can be a mission but they do have bike rentals at THB180 and a shuttle bus that takes you one way to the beach round 11 daily and coning back will be at your own cost. I felt it was a little far from all the major attractions and that it is in need of renovation especially outside paint work areas. The overall hotel is good I just felt for its location, basic menu, and old furnishings with the busy and sometimes noisy restaurants that its a kittle overpriced for what it actually is. PESTS Hotel has a serious ant problem. I am neat and tidy and nothing worked ants took over my room. Also get a mosquito 🦟 repellent as you next to a lake and the mozzies here are like little dragons. I do recommend this hotel but consider your surroundings and rent a bike for traveling around then it will be a comfortable stay. DEPOSIT The hotel requests a 500Baht Deposit or they hold your passport.

Tämä on erittäin hyvä hotelli. Sain jopa pullon kivennäisvettä sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä. Huone on tilava ja hyvin valaistu. Kirkas meikki oli vielä parempi. Palvelut ovat täydelliset. Sänky on erittäin mukava, patja on mukava, vedenpaine on vahva, vesi virtaa nopeasti ja veden lämpötila on miellyttävä. Suihku on mukava. Internetin nopeus ei ole liian huono. Vastaanoton palvelu on erittäin hyvää, yksityiskohdat ovat kohdallaan. He auttavat matkatavaroiden kanssa saapuessa ja lähtiessä. Hotellissa on oma ravintola ja se on hyvin lähellä laituria, mikä on kätevää muiden saarten vierailulle. Erittäin suositeltavaa.
