I had an amazing stay at a Nai Yang Hotel! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made my holiday truly relaxing. The hotel is in great condition, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a booking or teansfer. If you’re looking for a perfect blend of convenience, cleanliness, and service, this hotel is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay - we absolutely loved it here, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are so clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool is so nice and never busy or overfilled with people. Absolutely incredible, the bed was comfy, I would just say maybe needs more than one pillow but that is down to personal preference! The rooms are cleaned everyday and refilled with fresh drinking water, have a safe, a fridge and all in all a 10/10 experience. I would most definitely return to the property, the location is brilliant, you can walk everywhere and there is such lovely local restaurants and bars.

Warmly welcomed by the staff with a huge coconut while waiting for check-in. Room was decorated nicely (upon request) and the whole villa was pretty clean with only one or two flies. Loved the bathtub/shower which had strong current and steady hot water. Private pool was relatively clean and staff were really friendly. Counter receptionists speak good english and the breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes (asian & western) with some changes in menu everyday. Although the overall experience was good and would definitely come back again the next time we’re in Phuket, the location can be quite out of the way (~30mins to Phuket Old Town). If you don’t have your own transport, there are bicycle/bike/car rentals on site at affordable rates, and shuttle buses to some destinations.

Clean enough, location is close to whatever you want. Is is a good walk from the beach. Make sure you take ear plugs because there is plenty of action on the street that will keep you awake unless you are staying up until 2 or 3 a.m. No wifi in the rooms nor did I speak with anyone about the public wifi. Office hours are very limited.

Заселили нас раньше, чем указано в правилах, за что спасибо, все показали, проводили к домику. Сам домик чистый, ухоженный, есть чайник, кофемашина (старенькая), нет плиты, если вдруг надумаете готовить. В жизни домик оказался лучше чем на фото, мы всем остались довольны. Бассейн чистый, рядом с бассейном туалеты 2 штуки и душ. Там же рядом и кухня со столиками, по площади зона маленькая, но больше и не требуется. Готовят неплохо, цены средние, завтрак порадовал на самом деле. На всей территории какая-то домашняя обстановка, не как в отелях, нам это понравилось и впечатление все вокруг оставило только положительное. До пляжа идти минут 10, может меньше, недалеко магазин 7-11 и tops daily, лично я рекомендую второй, там же купили сим-карту за 200 бат на месяц с безлимитом.

Good hotel, 10 minutes walk from the sea, there is also a shuttle to the sea from the hotel. Breakfast for every taste, but it hasn't changed much in a week. There are many shops and massage parlours nearby!

Очень понравилось расположение, отель на стыке двух районов. В пешей доступности пляжи Ката и Карон. Много гуляли, смотрели город, рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и в целом, развитая инфраструктура. Весь дождливый день провели в панорамном бассейне на крыше. Было очень атмосферно. Хочется выразить благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Начиная со встречи в аэропорту и заканчивая проводами мы были окружены заботой. Чувствовали себя так сказать «как дома»))) Очень рекомендую брать трансфер от отеля. Все быстро, комфортно, никого нигде не ждали, рейс сильно опоздал, но нас дождались. Не пришлось бежать менять сразу доллары в аэропорту по плохому курсу. Все оплатили потом в офисе, на обмене сэкономили 10%. По апартаментам нареканий нет. Выбирали по фото, все соответствует

The villa was just as described and the photos were accurate. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed ourselves very much, the kids love the private pool especially. Location is a bit out of the way, but no issues for us as we had our own transport. No food or shops nearby, so best to be prepared and stocked up. We used Grab Food for some of our meals and that was super convenient. Delivery personnel never had problems finding our villa during our stay. Parking space is a little bit squeezy along the small road outside the villa. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did had an issue one night when the water pump at our villa failed and we had no running water for that night. Facility engineer was only available during working hours and we had to wait until next morning when one was sent to our villa to fix the issue. The engineer was very knowledgeable and managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. Other than that it was a great stay, one that I will very much like to stay again. Thank you to all the staff who had supported us during our stay.

Melko uusi hotelli kukkulalla lähellä Nai Harnia. Ranta on noin 1,2 km:n päässä. Voit kävellä, mutta koska jalkakäytäviä ei ole, sinun on käveltävä tien reunaa pitkin. Itse huone on kaksikerroksinen. Toisessa kerroksessa on parivuode, wc ja suihku sekä vaatekaapit. Pohjakerroksessa on keittiö, jossa keittiön pöytä, sohva, tv ja parveke. Huoneessa on mikroaaltouuni, liesi ja jääkaappi. Siellä on astiasto. Toiseen kerrokseen johtavat portaat ovat melko jyrkät, joten vanhusten ja lasten on vaikea kiivetä sinne. Parvekkeella on ilmastointilaite, joka pitää ääntä ja lämmittää ilmaa, joten parvekkeella on epämiellyttävää olla ilmastointi päällä. Hotellissa on maanalainen pysäköintialue, josta hissi kulkee suoraan haluttuun kerrokseen, mikä on erittäin kätevää.

ไปถึงค่อนข้างเย็นแล้ว น้องบริการดี พูดเพราะ มีอุปสรรคนิดหน่อยกับเรื่องคีการ์ด แจ้งน้องพนักงาน น้องรีบมาแก้ไขให้ ห้องใหญ่กว้างขวาง สะอาด สมกับราคา เราได้ห้องหมายเลข14 สำหรับ 3 คน ห้องน้ำโดยเฉพาะผักบัวอาบน้ำชำรุด ทำให้น้ำไหลไม่แรง แถมน้ำมีหยุดไหลบางช่วง ต้องโทรแจ้งถึง 2 รอบ แต่ก็ได้รับการแก้ไขทันที สรุปทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่เราอาจจะ เจอแจ๊กพ็อต เอง
