The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

Location is excellent and less than 3 min walkj g disrance to Central Station. Room is clean and spacious. Only suggestion is to provide hair conditioning for guests.

The hotel offers very good connections to the city center, making it easy to reach all major destinations quickly. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and committed, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. Cristina and Seyf were particularly courteous and helpful, even though there was a small initial misunderstanding that was handled professionally and with great kindness. A kettle was also kindly provided for the room, which was very much appreciated. It is unusual that housekeeping is only provided upon departure, which is not typical for hotels. Additionally, both the heating and air conditioning are centrally controlled, which results in noticeably cooler temperatures in the room at night. Despite these aspects, the overall impression remains positive, mainly due to the convenient location and the dedicated staff.

20 hengen ryhmällämme oli aivan fantastinen oleskelu Demo Hotel Milanissa 19.–20. kesäkuuta! Saapumisestamme lähtien olimme uskomattoman vaikuttuneita tarjotun palvelun tasosta ja mukavuudesta. Erityismaininta kuuluu rouva Gwenille, joka todellakin ylitti odotukset. Hänen ammattitaitonsa ja aito avulias luonteensa tekivät valtavan eron suurelle ryhmällemme. Mikään pyyntö ei ollut liikaa vaivaa, ja hän oli aina valmiina auttamaan jokaista vierasta lämpimällä hymyllä. On harvinaista löytää näin johdonmukaista ja huomaavaista tukea, ja rouva Gwen on todellinen voimavara tiimillenne. Hotelli itsessään oli moitteeton ja tarjosi mukavat majoitustilat, jotka sopivat täydellisesti tarpeisiimme. Omistaja, herra Demo, on myös hyvä taiteilija, ja voit nähdä suurimman osan hänen obra-töistään hänen hotellissaan. The hotel was very clean. Receptionists we're all super helpful and fantastic. The location was good for me but far from Milano Centrale, which is where I needed to be. There are 3 restaurants across the street. All 3 super busy and food was great. First night, I went to another restaurant in Piazza Firenze, which was also great. About 300m there is a lot of public transport to various areas of Milano. Like a tram to Cadorna, for example. Area doesn't look too safe at night, but I am a single woman and had no problems walking around. I saw some policemen walking around. Maybe that helps. There is a nice little patio downstairs, but I was there for 5 minutes and the mosquitos were too close for comfort. I didn't ask the receptions for help, I am sure they would have giving me something but I was tired and just went to my room to see: Young Montalbano... 😉

The room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all. However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather. The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional. In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend. Also not every stuff speaks English well
