The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

Siinä ei ollut ylellistä sisustusta, ei älyteknologiaa – ei edes elektronisia avainkortteja, vain perinteisiä messinkiavaimia. Silti palvelu täällä muistutti minua siitä, että todellinen vieraanvaraisuus on ihmisistä, ei palveluista. Huomaavaisesta vastaanotto- ja concierge-tiimistä siivoushenkilökunnan aitoihin hymyihin ja jopa siihen, miten he muistivat jokaisen vieraan pienet tavat – jokainen yksityiskohta välitti lämpöä ja kunnioitusta. Great hotel with very friendly staff. They don't have an in-house gym but has partnered with one close by - my only complaint is that their partner gym has really odd hours so tough to work out if you're there for work. They open late and close quite early.

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

The hotel offers very good connections to the city center, making it easy to reach all major destinations quickly. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and committed, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. Cristina and Seyf were particularly courteous and helpful, even though there was a small initial misunderstanding that was handled professionally and with great kindness. A kettle was also kindly provided for the room, which was very much appreciated. It is unusual that housekeeping is only provided upon departure, which is not typical for hotels. Additionally, both the heating and air conditioning are centrally controlled, which results in noticeably cooler temperatures in the room at night. Despite these aspects, the overall impression remains positive, mainly due to the convenient location and the dedicated staff.

Location is excellent and less than 3 min walkj g disrance to Central Station. Room is clean and spacious. Only suggestion is to provide hair conditioning for guests.

20 hengen ryhmällämme oli aivan fantastinen oleskelu Demo Hotel Milanissa 19.–20. kesäkuuta! Saapumisestamme lähtien olimme uskomattoman vaikuttuneita tarjotun palvelun tasosta ja mukavuudesta. Erityismaininta kuuluu rouva Gwenille, joka todellakin ylitti odotukset. Hänen ammattitaitonsa ja aito avulias luonteensa tekivät valtavan eron suurelle ryhmällemme. Mikään pyyntö ei ollut liikaa vaivaa, ja hän oli aina valmiina auttamaan jokaista vierasta lämpimällä hymyllä. On harvinaista löytää näin johdonmukaista ja huomaavaista tukea, ja rouva Gwen on todellinen voimavara tiimillenne. Hotelli itsessään oli moitteeton ja tarjosi mukavat majoitustilat, jotka sopivat täydellisesti tarpeisiimme.
