I had the best time at the Goodtiming. The location is directly in the village with so many options for food, drinks and shops. I just stayed for two nights but I enjoyed it so much! Moreover the room was outstanding! The view is extremely beautiful and it was enormous. Also the service was perfect! They were so kind and always tried to help with everything! They also have an outdoor gym area as well as washing machines and dryer. Also the pool looks soo great! I would totally recommend to stay here if you are searching for an hotel. You can also easily rent a scooter next door and even if you can’t speak Chinese they’ll make it work for you. They also offer a shuttle service! All in all I will definitely come back here! I had an amazing time! Thank you so much for this amazing time and the outstanding service!

From the moment I raised concerns, the Front Desk Director, Sue, and General Manager, Terence Ng, personally intervened to ensure that all issues were addressed promptly and with the utmost respect. Their dedication to resolving guest feedback and commitment to excellence is truly commendable. I was also touched by the extra efforts they made, such as personally delivering breakfast to my room—a gesture that went far beyond my expectations and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Yvette, the Manager of the Lakeside Restaurant. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor during my dining experiences added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. The professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness shown by these individuals reflect the highest standards of the Grand Hyatt brand. My stay, which began with some challenges, turned into a remarkable and unforgettable experience thanks to the dedication of these outstanding team members. The best homestay we had in China. A really beautiful place. But the real beauty lies in the people who work there. Incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home. We also met the owner who is also really friendly and helpful. He took us to a market and to a beach where fishermen pull their nets in the evening. He also invited us to dinner in the evening and we had a great evening with him. The house manager is also a great guy. He took us to the Swallow Cave and helped us get a transport to Sanya when our train was cancelled during a typhoon. We also participated in a number of activities in the afternoon with the wonderful guest service manager. A big thank you to all the warm-hearted people of this hotel, you made our stay really special!

The Alika hôtel is so serene, perfect for pure relaxation, and Sally had a very good taste for decoration. It blends so nicely with the natural vibe, every corner’s calm. Shoutout to Stephen, our guest assistant, who was insanely attentive and made our trip so smooth. Channy’s morning yoga class was so relaxing too – the best way to start the day in this peaceful setting! Breakfast was top quality, fresh and tasty, and the whole vibe’s just exactly what you need for a chill trip with friends. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting a nature-focused, relaxing escape and plenty of activities.

It was a nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly. They will help you to get an E-bike. The location is very close to the main beach. They have a small coffee shop within the place with a nice view. I’ll come back again.

Fantastic place to stay, hosts very welcoming and always available if need anything. When we arrived, the hosts sent pictures of local tourist places as well as recommended food. 5 min walk to the beach via a small road, very convenient. The room is very comfortable, great layout, with everything you need plus get a lovely view at sunrise and sunset. I extended here an extra night due to their wonderful hospitality. I was travelling with my 8 month old and the hosts were just so helpful. Will definitely return back here if in Wanning again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place was super clean. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

這次來萬寧想找個能徹底“擺爛”的地方，沒想到被這家藏在沙灘邊的民宿狠狠圈粉！從踏入院子的那一刻起，就被那種自由又温暖的氛圍擊中——老闆和店員都超熱情，沒有那種冷冰冰的商業感，反而像老朋友一樣招呼我們，連帶着家裡的貓貓狗狗都湊過來蹭腿，瞬間把旅途的疲憊都揉散了。 位置真的絕了！房間直麪大海，推開窗就是天然沙灘，光腳跑出去就能踩到細軟的沙子，早晚都能看海浪翻湧，晚上聽着海風聲入睡，這種“海景房”的含金量誰住誰知道！而且民宿裏還有個沙灘餐酒吧，晚上和朋友窩在沙灘椅上，點一份燒烤，配上冰鎮飲料，海風一吹，整個人都酥在那種chill到骨子裡的鬆弛感裏。 順便誇一句，這裏的調酒很有驚喜！招牌“媽樂個芭子”用椰子和菠蘿裝着，熱帶味道直接拉滿，連調酒小哥自創的意麪都意外好吃（祕密武器是海南小黃椒！），要是能加進菜單就更完美了。唯一的小遺憾是，聽説另一個科羅納海灘吧還沒完全開放，DJ也沒趕上，不過光是現在的體驗，已經覺得這趟來值了。

The apartment is nice, better than in other hotels nearby. However, there is no table and chairs limiting functionality. High floor also means strong wind: can't dry clothes on the balcony. The service is much worse than other hotels nearby. You need to pay 300 RMB deposit. The reception is in Legendary hotel and all communications are in Wechat. The answers are very slow, have to go to the reception to solve problems. There was no hot water on check in. The cleaning ladies came at 10 am next day. The hotel agreed to give late check out and then told me that it is not available. The service must be improved.
