"The hotel has a very nice lobby and garden, both great for taking photos. The staff were thoughtful and welcoming and they gave us local delicacies when we checked out and patiently helped send our luggage one by one, even though we were a large group.
One downside is that the heater was not warm enough. The only warm spot was directly under the air conditioner, and the room became quite cold at night. Since the floor is cement, it made the room feel even colder, and we had to wear shoes indoors.
Breakfast did not have a wide selection, but it was sufficient to fill us up. The highlight was the beautiful Lugu Lake view right outside the breakfast café. Overall, it’s a very good place to slow down and relax."

"It was a great stay. I got in touch with the property two days before arrival. The lady helped me to negotiate a deal to get a hired car service from lijiang as well as an excursion circling the lake. The driver they recommend was also very professional and thorough. The place is at a great location, facing the lake and close to many good restaurants. All people at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, responding to my questions and requests instantly. They also offered to help us with the luggages from and back to car hire.
The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated too."

"Would recommend to anyone visiting Lugu Lake! Very clean hotel right near the water. We got the lake view room and it was great sitting outside and looking at the water. The service was great! They showed us around their traditional 祖母屋 and told us about their family historywhich was a treat and helped us get tickets to the local bonfire event."

"Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on.
Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location.
They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake.
Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos.
Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake."

"The location of Yufan Inn is set in a small village. If you are looking for a quiet time away from the noise, I would say this would be the perfect hotel in this charming area.
The hotel is located right in front of the lake. There’s a small park that you can take an evening stroll or pull out a picnic chair to chill on the grass patch.
The owner was really friendly and helpful. There are shawls and hats that you can borrow to use during your stay. He also offered us beach chairs when we said we would chill by the lake.
We did a longer than usual stay in Lugu Hu and the owner brought us to see a beautiful temple and the local market. He also brought us to watch the local cultural show. We had a great time.
Our stay in Yufan Inn had been a memorable trip and we miss Sixteen dearly."

"This was a truly quiet and serene stay at Lugu Lake. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lake view felt like a perfectly framed photograph — calm, still, and right in front of you. It was lovely strolling down to the lake, and an easy 20–30 minute walk from the lake into Lugu town. E-scooters are available for rent, though walking was honestly just as enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were excellent, with so much thought put into the little details — bath bombs, snacks, eye masks — all spotless and well-maintained. The staff were warm and lovely, and they also make a really good cup of coffee.
Breakfast was a highlight: comforting mushroom soup noodles, healthy steamed buns, eggs, and other simple but delicious dishes. And to top it all off, there’s an adorable resident cat.
A peaceful, well-considered stay that felt both cosy and memorable."

"酒店唯一的遺憾就是沒有湖景，不過其他方面很好的彌補了這一點。
預訂後管家前台cherry就與我進行了聯繫，告知了酒店的位置，瀘沽湖的大概情況以及酒店春節期間的餐飲及活動安排，入住前還貼心的詢問我對房間的要求等，整個過程服務非常到位。
酒店有提供15公里以內可以免費接送，稍微彌補了位置的不足，不過瀘沽湖本身就是適合自駕的景區，對於自駕來説，這個位置其實還是可以接受的，距離裏格半島還是很近的。
酒店的餐飲很不錯，春節期間晚餐衹有套餐，雙人餐我們兩大一小沒吃完，感覺再加1到2個人也夠吃，而且味道也很好。早餐也很豐盛，尤其是米線很好吃。
酒店以當地摩梭文化為靈感，春節期間有很多特色活動，印象最深刻的就是在祖母屋聽摩梭長者講解摩梭文化。
總之酒店給我留下了非常深刻的印象，絕對是瀘沽湖非常值得體驗的一間酒店。"

"Really enjoyed my stay here. The air conditioning was nice and warm, which made the room very comfortable, especially during cold weather. The bosses were extremely friendly and kind, and they even came to fetch me from the drop-off point.

RRenee C.I had a wonderful stay at 慕鱼, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Lugu Lake.
The hotel is tastefully designed, with every corner beautifully decorated and thoughtfully curated. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a lake-view room, and the room cleanliness was absolutely top-notch.
The view is truly stunning — there is an unobstructed, direct view of Lugu Lake, and 蒗放码头 is located right in front of the hotel, making the location incredibly convenient. At night, I could see a sky full of stars directly from my room, which felt truly magical.
Every detail in the room felt well considered and intentional. The room was also very comfortable in winter, with floor heating and a Dyson hair dryer, which made a huge difference during the colder days.
During afternoon tea time, the hotel served a lovely afternoon tea set, and sitting in the backyard while enjoying the lake view became one of the most relaxing and memorable moments of my entire trip.
Upon checkout, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast to go and gifted me some souvenirs, which was a very warm and touching gesture. They also helped recommend a reliable driver who took me back to Dali in a comfortable 9-seater car, making the journey smooth and stress-free.
The owner is a beautiful and kind lady, and her dog Lucky, an adorable corgi, is an absolute delight. The staff were all genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, 慕鱼 offers beautiful design, breathtaking views, thoughtful service, and a truly relaxing experience. I would absolutely love to return.

The place to ride the boat is just in front of this inn too, but bear in mind you couldn’t walk straight to the beach from the inn. I think you need to walk to the main road to reach the beach. What I really impressed is their service and friendly approach. They are very proactively in assisting us in carrying the luggage up and down our room, and made us breakfast to our time. I really like their hospitality and the location. My kids love the upper floor attic, and the swing and the garden where she can run around.

MMalaysian FriendVery nice view from hotel room as per the photos shown. They decorated my room without extra charges as I’m celebrating my husband’s birthday. They helped me to order a cake and they even cooked a bowl of noodle for us for free. Very clean room and premium room amenities. Short walking distance to boat jetty for morning boat ride. Even though their room only provides double bed, but the bed is big enough for 2 person. Very pleasant stay.

VVieraskäyttäjäI didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly.
The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful.
One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained.
A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time.

WWatcherOne of the most satisfying homestay during our 14-day trip to Yunnan. Location outside homestay has excellent spots for very nice landscape photography. Host paid great attention to details. Love the sliding glass doors that open up to a panoramic view of the lake. Enjoyed the complimentary tea and desserts sitting on the balcony. Oh, the large projection TV in the room is great for enjoying a good movie.

VVieraskäyttäjäAfter arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window.
The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries.
The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect.
Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats.
The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast.
All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.
