I had a great stay here. The hotel owner is very caring, cooks delicious food and makes sure you are having everything you need. Also her family is very lovely. The room is spacious and the area beautiful. Thank you for this amazing stay!! Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

這個酒店性價比特別高，他這個前台那就有這個現磨咖啡呀，紅茶呀，這個小餅乾呀，薄荷糖啊等等就有很多歡迎你的小吃，解除你路途的辛苦，服務員又特別的熱情，説話都是微笑的，讓人心裏比較舒適，停車場的也比較寬大，很方便停車的，而且停車場有優勢，有水池子，你可以洗車，房間乾淨寬敞，床品乾淨，床沒有塌陷，早餐是家常的，雖然沒有那麼多種，但是能吃飽味道也還行，就是這個房間的這個牆壁上如果能多一點掛鈎，方便掛個衣服，衞生間呢，能有個晾毛巾的桿就好了，這個毛巾也沒有地方掛、衣服也沒有地方掛，這點改進一下就更好了

Trip.com:ssä varattu pulssi ja vanha Berliinin vieraslauta, pomo on erittäin innokas ratsastusauton Pau Mountainista Antikiin ja ajoi kolme pyörää viemään meidät antiikin kaupunkiin. Kun olimme olleet, näimme vieraslautan toisella kerroksella, puhtaat ja puhtaat kasvihuoneet täynnä vihreitä kasveja. Yllättävämpää on, että keittiö voi tehdä itse. Muinainen kaupunki on noin 500 metrin päässä makuualueesta, pese vaatteet ja tehdä vanha kaupunki, ottaa kuvia, on mukava! Berlinin vieras on meidän kaikkein tyydyttävämpää vieras, joka on tullut Yunnanin pelaamaan majoitusta! Esittelemme varmasti ystävät!

Appreciated for the airport pick up & sending us away to the old town main entrance on our departure. It would be very difficult to come & find the hotel if no one picked up. Room is clean & bedding is comfy… nice & quiet area. Just a bit far from the old town center. Driver + guide offered us a day tour around the city with reasonable price. However, she took us to a tea store for tasting & we finally purchased some tea… which was very overpriced! We wasn’t realized at that time & found out the next day when we walked around other tea houses in the old town. We were charged a bit more than double the price! So never trust any stores recommend by driver or tour guide. Sight seeing is good enough but don’t made any purchase which are recommended by guide or driver. Tengchong is a nice area , I may come back.

Very nice guesthouse! The owners were very friendly and made a fantastic breakfast for me on both days. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well and was in good condition. Its a bit tricky to find since the Baidu Maps location does not match the actual location, so ask around if you can't find it!

這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店環境乾淨整潔，設施齊全又新，房間寬敞舒適，床品柔軟，睡得特別安穩。管家和前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷，有需求都能及時響應。地理位置便利，出行方便，温泉每天都換水，周邊配套也很完善。整體性價比很高，下次還會選擇這裏！

We got free upgrade to this room, which was very beautiful and spacious. The owner was helpful and the location was good, next to a local street market. The place is quiet with a lovely terrace filled with succulents.

民宿地理位置優越，出門就是綺羅古鎮早市街，左拐一直走大概500m左右就到文昌宮，可能政府沒錢，修葺好久都還沒有開放讓遊客參觀。 早市早點種類很多，農副產品豐富，還有玉石、咖啡豆飾品、藤編製品，琳羅滿目。東西買多了可以直接放在民宿，再繼續逛。不喜歡逛街可以走走小巷子，這個古鎮還沒完全開發，還保留着古色古香的氣息。 民宿有點像四合院，因為晚到給了三樓的陽台房，面積還挺大的，旁邊有茶室和書房，有一條小樓梯通往天台。很喜歡乾濕分離浴室和浴霸，但不開心的是沒有空調（敲重點） 個人感覺住一樓比較好，房門有小桌椅，可以沏茶閑談，老闆大晚上的還説請我喝咖啡😂😂😂另外可以擼老闆的黑貓“皮球”，這個名字改得太對了，胖的人人都以為她懷孕了。 btw老闆有一個帥氣的弟弟，放假的時候會回民宿幫忙，總有機會見到的。P.S.長得有一丟丟丟丟丟丟混血。（可能混到十六分之一吧hhhhh）

房間空間大，床也很舒服，服務人員很專業，解決了我的問題，五星好評。酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助小姑娘非常熱情，值得推薦。
