和朋友自駕遊滇西南三地，隨機選了這家小店，記錄一下此次小住三晚的感受。 【點贊-衞生】小店是老闆自己住房新裝修，25年10月開張。入住期間多次看到老闆和家人精心打掃房間和公共區域衞生，不論是目光所及還是觸手可及的地方，一塵不染。小店對衞生要求和鼻炎患者及其友好。 【點贊-熱情】老闆及其家人對待客人及其熱情，給我的感覺就像是去了個親戚家做客。我因感冒初愈，晚上氣温下降略有咳嗽，老闆及其母親聽聞後第二天一早為我配了咳嗽葯，非常有人情味的舉動讓我很是受用。（PS：1.老闆母親退休前從醫。2.我願意相信他人以誠待我，當天把葯全吃了，哈哈）。還有就是，房費含早餐，每天吃個早餐都要被老闆和老闆母親反覆多次問道是不是夠吃，還要不要加雞蛋加米粥加玉米...很有種被去長輩家裡小住的感覺，十分温暖。 【點贊-環境】小店裝修的不算豪華（客觀評價），但很舒適。一樓二樓養的花花草草看得出店家的用心。二樓露台可以喝茶，三樓還有個小露台可以賞月（早晚温差大，記得加衣）。小店前方不遠處就是和順古鎮中心小學，早上起來可以在露台懶懶的坐着，看這孩子們在教室裏上課的身影，聽着孩子們的朗朗讀書聲，不由得讓人寧靜。（親身檢驗，學校完全不影響睡懶覺，請勿擔心） 【提醒】1.小店位置與和順古鎮正門是反方向，且古鎮很大，多陡坡。出行如果衹能走路的話（可以選擇呼叫電瓶車接送，10元/人次）會很容易認人感覺勞累。我和朋友喜靜，這個小店完全符合我們的需求。2.小店附近有幾個停車場，距離最近的15米，遠的也不過30/50米，對於自駕遊的旅客比較友好。停車費不便宜，30/天。3.小店不臨街，但也就是多走幾步路而已，對於喜歡安靜睡覺的我來説非常好，對於喜歡熱鬧的朋友可能會覺得略顯冷清，哈哈。

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and welcoming. They brought us to many beautiful places and spent time showing us around and even playing with us, which made our trip very special. The hotel offers great value with a high standard. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the most special things about this place is the onsen (hot spring). The water comes from a real natural hot spring, which makes the experience very authentic and relaxing. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the owner and his wife. They even promised to come visit us in the future, which shows how genuine and friendly they are. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality stay with wonderful hosts and a real hot spring experience.

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

設施：要啥有啥，連針線包都準備好 衞生：有潔癖人羣適合居住，沒有一點灰塵 環境：景觀超讚👍看到野鴨湖，日落變美，適合拍照📷 服務：老闆娘十分熱情，看我們帶小孩，免費升級房型，景色超美，小孩説住的好開心🥳，還幫我們介紹景點，還有大叔幫忙拿行李，還借我們電動車，上坡馬力十足，哈哈哈 他們家自己做的手工酸奶，一點不輸外面賣的 做飯阿姨也很熱情，讓我們多吃點不要餓到 熱水很給勁，晚上變冷，回去洗個熱水澡瞬間舒服了 下次過來肯定還來你們家！㊗️生意興隆。

The homestay was clean and comfortable, exactly as expected and consistent with the photos shown. The owner recommended local restaurants that are popular with residents, and the food was excellent. A special thumbs-up to the owner for helping us book a hot spring package at a discounted price—it was great value for money. We also received a small farewell gift when we checked out, which was a nice touch. However, the only negative experience—and the biggest drawback—was the unstable hot water in the shower. In winter, the hot water suddenly turned cold halfway through a shower. Although the owner responded promptly and helped adjust the water pressure, the temperature later became unstable again, suddenly turning extremely hot and almost scalding. We hope this can be improved in the future to make the stay even more comfortable.

Appreciated for the airport pick up & sending us away to the old town main entrance on our departure. It would be very difficult to come & find the hotel if no one picked up. Room is clean & bedding is comfy… nice & quiet area. Just a bit far from the old town center. Driver + guide offered us a day tour around the city with reasonable price. However, she took us to a tea store for tasting & we finally purchased some tea… which was very overpriced! We wasn’t realized at that time & found out the next day when we walked around other tea houses in the old town. We were charged a bit more than double the price! So never trust any stores recommend by driver or tour guide. Sight seeing is good enough but don’t made any purchase which are recommended by guide or driver. Tengchong is a nice area , I may come back.

The resort is new so location was not yet too familiar. But the property messaged us on hoe to find the exact location. There is butler service that we availed. Service was excellent. Managed by young people who are attentive to our needs. We booked a 2 bedroom French-inspired suite. Impressed with the interior and the room design. Loved the heated floors at night. There is a beautiful electric fire place inside the room. The living room is very inviting and generous. There is a private bath per room with private hot spring connected to the tub. Bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was alacarte but sufficient and delicious. Offering local healthy produce and food. They also offer Spa services which we didn’t have the time to avail.

這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店環境乾淨整潔，設施齊全又新，房間寬敞舒適，床品柔軟，睡得特別安穩。管家和前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷，有需求都能及時響應。地理位置便利，出行方便，温泉每天都換水，周邊配套也很完善。整體性價比很高，下次還會選擇這裏！

It’s a great deal with stay voucher. Room was spacious and facilities are new. The manger Bill was helpful and made our stay smooth and pleasant. Especially shout out to the activities host. Forgot to take her name but she was super patient and nice. Will def recommend the hotel to friends

房間空間大，床也很舒服，服務人員很專業，解決了我的問題，五星好評。酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助小姑娘非常熱情，值得推薦。
