衞生清潔、設施完備，晚間在深池中泡個澡解乏舒服。環境優雅、庭院中喝茶放空非常愜意。地處銀杏村中心，步行銀杏廣場、銀杏王景點約5分鐘。老闆熱情真誠，服務周到，並提供免費接機，村口接送，抽空駕駛遊覽電瓶車帶我們在銀杏村周邊一遊，景色宜人。老闆的廚藝也非常了得，銀杏燉雞鮮美、大救駕美味、餌絲等，酒水可免費暢飲，其飯菜可口，價格實惠，食材有機。兩位美女小姐姐熱情好客、貼心友善，有求必應。一次非常滿意的旅程，非常棒，值得下次再次惠顧！

During our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

和朋友自駕遊滇西南三地，隨機選了這家小店，記錄一下此次小住三晚的感受。 【點贊-衞生】小店是老闆自己住房新裝修，25年10月開張。入住期間多次看到老闆和家人精心打掃房間和公共區域衞生，不論是目光所及還是觸手可及的地方，一塵不染。小店對衞生要求和鼻炎患者及其友好。 【點贊-熱情】老闆及其家人對待客人及其熱情，給我的感覺就像是去了個親戚家做客。我因感冒初愈，晚上氣温下降略有咳嗽，老闆及其母親聽聞後第二天一早為我配了咳嗽葯，非常有人情味的舉動讓我很是受用。（PS：1.老闆母親退休前從醫。2.我願意相信他人以誠待我，當天把葯全吃了，哈哈）。還有就是，房費含早餐，每天吃個早餐都要被老闆和老闆母親反覆多次問道是不是夠吃，還要不要加雞蛋加米粥加玉米...很有種被去長輩家裡小住的感覺，十分温暖。 【點贊-環境】小店裝修的不算豪華（客觀評價），但很舒適。一樓二樓養的花花草草看得出店家的用心。二樓露台可以喝茶，三樓還有個小露台可以賞月（早晚温差大，記得加衣）。小店前方不遠處就是和順古鎮中心小學，早上起來可以在露台懶懶的坐着，看這孩子們在教室裏上課的身影，聽着孩子們的朗朗讀書聲，不由得讓人寧靜。（親身檢驗，學校完全不影響睡懶覺，請勿擔心） 【提醒】1.小店位置與和順古鎮正門是反方向，且古鎮很大，多陡坡。出行如果衹能走路的話（可以選擇呼叫電瓶車接送，10元/人次）會很容易認人感覺勞累。我和朋友喜靜，這個小店完全符合我們的需求。2.小店附近有幾個停車場，距離最近的15米，遠的也不過30/50米，對於自駕遊的旅客比較友好。停車費不便宜，30/天。3.小店不臨街，但也就是多走幾步路而已，對於喜歡安靜睡覺的我來説非常好，對於喜歡熱鬧的朋友可能會覺得略顯冷清，哈哈。

一到拙雅就給了我很大的沖擊，美！比圖片上的樣子還美！彩虹階梯、鮮艷壁畫、牆角垂下的花枝和古樸的門楹相映成趣，走廊邊上的魚塘裏小紅魚悠閑的遊着，可愛貓咪盯着它們一動不動的，特別的有趣。進到房間更是，覺得一下子就穿越進了100年前生活的樣子，那種古樸，自然，靜謐中還帶着一絲禪意的感覺。雖然裝修風格是親近自然的，但是住宿品質絲毫不打折扣，房間乾淨無異味，床和被子又暖又舒服，還給配了毛毯和各種枕頭，浴缸很大，晚上8點以後是真正的温泉水，硫磺味道濃郁，泡完澡整個人都是舒坦的。還配備了消毒櫃，浴衣和毛巾直接自己從消毒櫃裏拿，方便又衞生。客棧裏有很大的公共區，洗衣房，健身房，酒吧，餐廳，尤其是二樓看台，看晚霞特別美。客棧的老闆娘人美心善，幫着我們解決各種困難，還貼心的送來晚安牛奶，總之因為拙雅，我愛上了騰沖，有機會還要來沖。

民宿在官房酒店後面，室內室外環境都很好，位置便利、去哪裡都方便！老闆很用心設計民宿以及提供質量好產品，電吹風是徠芬的、抽紙是潔柔的，房間馬桶備了一次性馬桶套和酒精濕巾，各種細節滿滿的誠意，入住感受像家一樣的舒適！民宿每天提供免費水果零食，老闆還會泡好喝的茶、晚間還會圍爐。早餐品種豐盛、乾淨衞生，甜口的、鹹口的都有。入住的體會是，會推薦給身邊要來的盆友，有機會再來騰沖、也會再入住這間小院兒。

Nuangui Homestay I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails. I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up. When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm. Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves. The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there). The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps. The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round. Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

The resort is new so location was not yet too familiar. But the property messaged us on hoe to find the exact location. There is butler service that we availed. Service was excellent. Managed by young people who are attentive to our needs. We booked a 2 bedroom French-inspired suite. Impressed with the interior and the room design. Loved the heated floors at night. There is a beautiful electric fire place inside the room. The living room is very inviting and generous. There is a private bath per room with private hot spring connected to the tub. Bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was alacarte but sufficient and delicious. Offering local healthy produce and food. They also offer Spa services which we didn’t have the time to avail.

這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店環境乾淨整潔，設施齊全又新，房間寬敞舒適，床品柔軟，睡得特別安穩。管家和前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷，有需求都能及時響應。地理位置便利，出行方便，温泉每天都換水，周邊配套也很完善。整體性價比很高，下次還會選擇這裏！

前台小姐姐非常熱情，服務態度非常好，去前台問有什麼好吃的好玩的都非常有耐心的一一推薦，給我省了好多事。酒店位置也非常好找，停車也非常方便，還可以充電。房間也非常整潔衞生乾淨，早餐也不錯。保山這個城市留給我了非常好的印象，無論是住宿吃的都很好，希望下次再來保山，再住維也納國際酒店。

We booked two rooms. Upon checking in, we found that the toiletries were not complete. The bar soap, comb, toothbrush and shaving kit were missing in one of the rooms. The toilet paper was apparently not topped up and ran out in half a day. One of the towels smelled of cigarette smoke. Room make-up service needs improvement as well. Although towels were replaced, the beds were not made. Used cups were also not replaced. Breakfast was buffet-style on the first day. Coffee was not provided. The only beverages provided were milk and coffee berry tea. On the second day, the breakfast was given as a set, not buffet style, even though it was stated on Trip.com that the breakfast is buffet-style. Each of us received a bowl of rice noodles, a hard-boiled egg, a mantou, a piece of corn, a pack of biscuit and a glass of milk. I asked if peanuts can be given as part of the condiments for the rice noodles as there were peanuts on the first day. The response was that peanuts are only given for buffet-style breakfast.
