"Hotel was oké for a flight layover. I had an issue with the shuttle service I waited for almost 2.5 hours to be picked up and each time i called they said they were on there way and finally they said oh the driver did not see me. Finally when I see him he had an attitude….. even in the return trip to the airport he had an attitude in the car like someone ate his breakfast…. On check out there was a guy at the reception, he was super friendly and great sorry I don’t remember his name but if he reads this, he know. We spoked about traveling and Mexican food, he made the overall experience worth it and people like these we need more in the hospitality service"

"Hotel is conveniently located across Mall of American South Gate and iHop and TGIF Fridays restaurant are both attached to the hotel . It only takes 5 mins to walk over to the mall . Distance from Msp airport to hotel takes about 15 mins . Room is relatively clean and simple. Basic needs are met."

"Excellent service. Great experience! Enjoyed every moment of my time. Weight room is sufficient for a good work-out. It says there is an airport shuttle bus, but there isn’t, so that needs to be fixed on the site. I highly recommend the hotel."

"Great location and amenities. The staff were always quick and available to answer any questions or provide items needed. The room was clean and had everything we expected. Towels, bed, room and all-around hotel smelled clean. There’s always someone cleaning around the hotel. They also had plenty of staff to address different needs, which is impressive given so many business struggling to keep staff. My only issue was too much chlorine in the pool made it really hard to breathe (maybe they need better air circulation) and it burned everyone’s eyes.  Also, luckily I read the reviews online so I knew to expect the parking fee. But it wasn’t noted on the booking page or website when I looked. But for the rate/deal we got on the room, the parking fee wasn’t a big deal. We came in pretty late each night and was able to find parking, but it was limited so I see what people meant in the reviews. I would definitely stay here again!! Oh and the breakfast was nice and hot and very clean. Plus, lots of options.  Also Outback is right next door, (walk across the lot) for nearby restaurant option."

"來過無數次了，第一次寫評價。是個不錯的選擇，就是前台的人沒有以前那麼友善了。很方便機場出來一會兒就到。停車方便，離Mall很近，附近還有一個密西西比河自然公園，喜歡Hiking的小夥伴可以去走走。反正已經習慣了，每次都習慣住這裏。食物相對豐富。"

"In the land of expensive hotels, this one comes in recently price. Rooms are clean and although everything is sparse but certainly fine for the price. Spark, a bagel or a slice of bread for the price in today’s world this hotel represents value. "

"A pleasant stay, our floor was quiet, which was important for us. The breakfast was above average compared to toher hotels, however, I did not notice the option to get coffee of tea in the lobby, which I would welcome. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport, which is great, but the shuttle was late when driving us to the airport and seemed to not be aware of our order request when he arrived. I appreciated the gym was open 24/7."

"The hotel is located closer to the airport but without be over the flight path so no noise from aircraft.  In hotel dining is limited and not much within walking distance. The metro train is within walking distance 5 minutes and can catch train if desired  easily.  The pool is of reasonable length (about 10-12m by the looks of it). Breakfast selection is OK, could be better but passable. Staff helpful.  Shuttle but is not well marked and driver quite upfront about requesting a tip.  Room was spacious  and clean and bed was comfortable. Zircon unit was not excessively noisy"
