This is an outstanding property - I returned to Rosetti several times during my travels in Romania, and each time was a wonderful experience. A great amount of attention to detail has gone into the design of the hotel; it is modern yet inviting. The rooms are well appointed, with a full range of amenities. Public spaces are cosy and welcoming. As can be expected, it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. However, the greatest asset of the Rosetti is its staff, who all went over and above expectations to make my stay comfortable and memorable. This is what really set it apart from most of the other establishments I have stayed at during this trip. The hotel is not in the centre of town; however it is a pleasant 15 minute walk. And Uber works well in Bucharest, and is very affordable. I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Olin erittäin pettynyt oleskeluuni. Huoneissa oli voimakas ja epämiellyttävä jäteveden haju, joka oli havaittavissa myös käytävällä, jopa 10 metrin päästä. Olin 5. kerroksessa, ja hotellin maineesta huolimatta tämä ei ollut sitä, mitä odotin. Lisäksi läheisestä baarista tai ravintolasta kuului kovaäänistä musiikkia keskiyöhön asti, mikä vaikeutti nukkumista huomattavasti. Minun piti pitää ikkuna auki hajun vuoksi, ja niin teki myös työtoverini naapurihuoneessa – mutta yölämpötilan ollessa noin 8–9 °C huoneessa oli epämukavan kylmä. Kaiken kaikkiaan kokemus jäi paljon odotuksia heikommaksi näin hyvämaineiselta hotellilta.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. The hotel is very big. It is linked to the radisson blue hotel next door and be accessed without leaving the inside. The breakfast choice was smaller than i expected but was still very tasty. Not sure it is worth the price to be honest.

I cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.

You get what you pay for. Very little amenities in the room, uncomfortable bed and pillows. However, good AC & WiFi, incredible customer service, decent breakfast and the location is convenient with the metro and main train station just outside. Breakfast was below average It could be better but it could be worse
