"There are 7 of us in this family vacation, three rooms. Sunset view is stunning. Private beach is a long strip of white sand, quiet and kept clean. Most memorable of all are the friendly staff that serve us with a pleasant smile, courtesy and first class personal service. General manager Arthur is accommodating and attentive to our needs - a great grandma and a 2 yr old. The food is great. The restaurant manager Emi Lomarda is incredible, attentive to details, went on a second mile to serve us including preparing special order local delicious food by Chef Jude. Lee Ann and other waitresses and waiters are all great. The Front office people Mikay,Nica, Kris, Carla; Drivers Darrell n others, Housekeeping April and the bell men all have made this vacation memorable, pleasant and sweet."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nacpan Beach Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to modern amenities, making my stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Waking up to the sight of the pristine beach and the sound of the waves was a dream come true. "A little slice of luxury. Amazing clean rooms and pool. We didn’t have hot water but it was sorted quickly! Scooter hire is expensive here (compared with outside) but necessary to get around. The hotel has a transfer bus but times are limited to morning and evening. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good (expensive compared with outside as understand in hotel). If you order the pork, it’s like a starter portion so bear in mind."

"We stayed only one night, but have been warmly welcomed. Nice and clean hotel, although it was terrible weather (storm) there was no issue (flooding or leakage), the room was comfortable, with good size and arrangement. Breakfast can be taken with a very nice view on the beach (careful, it’s not the best beach of the area). Team welcomed us warmly, there are restaurants (TAAS worth it) all around which makes a good location overall (trip in tricycle to the town is always funny)."

"Glad we stayed in this hotel! It's close to Lio Beach, where there are mild waves that you can surf. Also, there are many restaurants around the beach so you can literally just stay at Lio Beach to chill and relax without any hassles. Staff are super friendly. Just one point to note, they marked 2 queen beds for twin beds type however it's actually 2 single beds so don't be mistaken. Also, there are construction projects happening -they start at 730 am and end at 9pm, if you are a light sleeper that maybe an issue. Luckily the staff said the project should end early next year, let's hope it's not delay haha."

"The front desk service was efficient and good, and the room service was prompt to respond. Location is the hotel's best feature, being located walking distance from the town center where the restaurants, cafes and bars were. Breakfast was okay, with a variety of warm dishes in addition to an egg station. The room was nicely decorated, however it did not feel clean. A big cockroach was discovered on the first evening in the room and another one was left dead in the hallway for a very long time. The bed sheets had stains from before and these were not changed at the next cleaning despite being visibly dirty. Most of the towels provided were old and had colored stains and did not feel clean to use. The shower area also seemed to be mouldy, with watermarks like the surfaces had not been cleaned from before we arrived."
