"Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan and it was such a relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and perfect for a short escape from the city. The hotel is located right by the beach, so you get a beautiful natural vibe throughout your stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. Hotel facilities are great, including a swimming pool, gym, kids-friendly areas, and dining options, all well-maintained and convenient for both couples and families. The highlight is definitely the view 🌅 You can catch both stunning sunrise and sunset by the beach, which makes it extra special. Waking up to the sea view and ending the day with golden sunset moments is just perfect."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan, especially the ambience and hospitality. However, there are a few areas that require attention. Cons / Areas for Improvement: 1. Water pressure was quite slow, especially for the shower. When turned to hot water, the pressure increased, but once switched to cold, it became extremely weak. 2. There was water maintenance work happening during our stay. Although the hotel assured that everything was under control, it did affect our comfort while on holiday. 3. We noticed a small clump of dust on the floor. While it was minor, as we were staying with a 2-year-old toddler, it raised concerns as children tend to put things into their mouth. Housekeeping may need to be more thorough. 4. There should be better control of wild monkeys, especially around the parking area. I was chased and nearly bitten, which was quite frightening and unsafe for guests. Pros / What We Appreciate: 1. Excellent service recovery — I forgot to disable the “Do Not Disturb” sign but informed the front desk to clean the room. The housekeeping staff called first to ask for permission before entering, which shows professionalism and true 5-star service standards. 2. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, clean, and very calming — truly breathtaking. 3. The beach is very clean and conveniently located right next to the hotel. 4. Large swimming pools (two pools available), so it never felt crowded. 5. Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Conclusion: Hyatt Regency Kuantan has great potential with its beautiful location, facilities, and outstanding staff. With improvements in water system management, housekeeping checks, and wildlife control, the overall guest experience would be even better."

"I recently had the chance to stay at Adena Beach Resort, and honestly it turned out to be a really refreshing getaway. The biggest highlight is definitely the private beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and being able to walk straight to the beach in the morning is something you don’t get everywhere. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a slow morning walk during sunrise. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a relaxing view that makes you feel like you’re truly on a break from the city. The resort itself has a calm atmosphere — not overly crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, the service felt warm and welcoming. Small gestures from the team really made the stay more pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet beach escape in Pahang, especially near Kuantan, Adena Beach Resort is definitely worth considering. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the sea breeze for a while. Would definitely come back again for another short retreat."

"I just use their room for resting for my long journey from kb to jb. overall im satisfied with their services. beds are quite ok. spaceous room for all my family members. My son very much enjoys playing with the hotel landskap area."

"Nice laid back chalet that has a private entrance to the beach (80-100m). The chalet comes with a twin or double bed in the room plus a small living area. Even though Trip.com advertised that the chalet can accommodate 3 pax, the sofa in the living room isn't an actual functional sofa bed. The top cushion can be removed to spread across the floor but it's not a uniform mattress. However, if on can rough it out, you still can make do.. Toilet has a partition which is a good design. Breakfast buffet is the usual spread. Not exceptional but functional to start the day. The beach activities amenities are good with a wash area before U enter the compound. There's also many water cooler for use. Service is definitely a plus overall with great staff!"
