From the moment I stepped in, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and warmth. The space was not just clean and thoughtfully decorated, but it had a personal, cozy charm that made it so much more than just a place to stay—it felt like home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The amenities were spot on, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether I was enjoying a quiet morning coffee or winding down after a long day, this place offered the perfect retreat. The host was also fantastic—responsive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend this gem if you're looking for a stay that combines comfort, care, and a genuine sense of peace. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Pros:Apartment was good and we enjoyed the view from the 26th storey. Malay eateries and burgers nearby. Grab is easier available to go anywhere else. Cons: The lift system is bad. 4 lifts to serve 42 floors. There is no express lift to serve upper floors to bypass the lower floors As a result , during peak hours it was frustrating as we were unable to get into any lift. They were often packed with people. Many people just walked down the stairs like us from the higher level. If not for the lift issue the apartment is perfect.

Such a happy stay, I’ll come again next time!! Perfect house.. Washing machine + dryer, good wifi, clean room, clean kitchen..All perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wayne and his team are absolutely wonderful and incredibly welcoming! The check-in process was smooth, clear, and very easy to follow. We really loved the unit – it was spotless and felt just like home. The thoughtful amenities such as the water dispenser, microwave, swimming items and rice cooker made our stay even more comfortable. The cozy “home sweet home” vibes were exactly what we needed. On top of that, we discovered a lovely Old Town kiosk at the facilities floor, Huge thanks to Wayne and his team for their outstanding support. We’ll surely be back again! 🙌✨

I had a very pleasant stay here. For such an affordable price, basic amenities such as shampoo, body wash, two bottles of water, and towels were provided. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was very spacious, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The Family Suite was actually larger than I expected, which was a delightful surprise. In terms of location, it’s slightly outside the city center, but it’s quite convenient if you’re driving.

非常不錯，前台24小時都在營業，有游泳池和健身房，旅行途中也可以進行鍛鍊，去喬治市裡也比較近，打車通常都在15分鐘之內，房間很大，很乾凈

Check in process is challenging, although instruction is given clearly, need to go up to the unit and collect the key and access card then only can access to car park for parking. Room is spacious, design is good, but it is already quite old, pillow case and bedsheet was unchanged. Downstairs room aircond not working with orange light blinking, as a result I have to shift the fan over. TV no tv channel. No towel and toothbrush provided, and worst there's no proper stand to store the toiletries at the shower area, shampoo and body shampoo were putting on the floor. Location is very good with many restaurants and cafes at ground floor. Overall I feel it not worth of the price for staying, should have put more effort to well keep the unit maintenance.

The hotel management is good they do the room cleaning service on time and overall the room are spacious and air condition with free wifi and hot and cold water is also there
