Uima-altaalliset hotellit kohteessa Samarkand

- Tämä on mukavaa, kun pääset hotelliin. Luulin pysäyttäväni matkatavaroiden varalle aamulla, mutta pystyin tekemään lentoonlähtöä koskevat ohjeet aiemmin 々:ssä ja lepäämään hotellissa. Huone on hyvin puhdas, mikä tärkeintä, olen iloinen, että minulla on näppärä. Samarhan oli lämmin elokuussa ja oli iloinen palaamisesta hotelliin kylpyammeen tai lepoon matkan aikana. Seuraavana aamuna aloin junaan klo seitsemän aamulla.Vaikka ei ole paljon lajeja, ne olivat hyvää ja viettivät hauskaa.Työntekijöitä oli myös ystävällistä.

After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

Palvelu on erityisen hyvä, receptionistin sisar on erityisen hyvä, erittäin kaunis, kysynnän käsittely on hyvin paikallaan, aamiainen tarjotaan itse ravintolasta vastaavan henkilön ja on myös hyvin runsaasti. Samalhan on kansanlaatuinen kaupunki, joka tunnetaan erityisen tässä hotellissa.

one of the best hotel in samarkand, they might be old but oldies but goldie. you can feel the culture with this hotel, and the staff here are amazing from receptionist to everyone serving food at the buffet, love the ambiance and hospitality. and btw you can get 15percent discount with emirhan restaurant if you are staying at this hotel. will be back here for sure. thanks again.

I have to say we will give the reception guy 6 stars up to five. We have to catch up the train in the early morning around 1am, so that we need to stay in the lounge for around 4hours.The reception guy, with my great respect and grateful, stay up the whole night with us, no rest and give water and turn on for us. In the end, support us for communicating with the driver and carry the luggages for us, with no tips(sorry we dont have change cash at that moments) also breakfast nice and room is clean and tidy

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.  When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.  Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Tämä on miellyttävän hotelli tällä matkalla, joka oli alun perin lähellä Shaysindaa, mutta en odottanut, että se oli lähellä pääkohteita! Käännös on kesä, ja sitten oikealla puolella hotellia voi kävellä päin, ja Biberham ja Hazrat, ja kävelemään kautta muualla. (Olin menossa taka-ajo-hotelliin, joten ajattelin, että tämä on kaukana, mutta kun selvität tien, löydät paikan hyvän!) Hotelli on hyvin hieno, ja myös ikkunan valot ja ikkunankappaleet ovat pieni yllätys, ja pomon esteettisyys on hyvä. Olisi pitänyt jäädä kello 14.00, mutta pomo sai minut jäämään etukäteen. Heidän kotinsa aamiainen on myös rikas, jotkut paikalliset erityiset kakut ovat myös syötäviä ja hedelmät ovat myös hyvät. Palvelijat ovat hyvin innokkaita, että hygienia ei ehkä ole tehty joka päivä, jos tarvitset jatkuvaa viestintää toistensa kanssa. Yllätys on heidän kolmannen kerroksen terassillaan, jossa on kaunis maasto!
