We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

Hotel location is bit far from seoul but it is okay when you have car. In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. Surrounding is clean and quiet. Best for families

The location is fairly good, close to a large mall (AK). A bit of walking to a subway station The room was fairly large, but simple otherwise. There was a washer but no detergent. No dryer but there is a styler and a drying rack provided. Small refrigerator. No kitchenette so no dishes, cups, or utensils. The bathroom has a clear glass door so there is no privacy. Overall, it was an average, clean hotel.

It’s a good hotel, the staff are attentive and helpful and the afternoon tea and happy hour (as part of the executive premium package) were great. Breakfast was standard but slightly less quality than some of the other Courtyard properties in Seoul but over it was a great stay. Would recommend it.

The hotel is kind of old fashion and no view even though with window but necessary facilities and amenities are still provided. Walkable to AK Plaza malls and there're many kind of restaurants around. As I checked in quite late around over midnight, the receptionist helped proceeding my check-in easily within 5 mins. It's okay for short stay and if I only need a clean place to sleep. Prepare adapter with you as they might not have it for you to borrow at some case.

If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths. Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season. The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

It was really near to metro station and hospital. By the way bathroom smell was too bad and never gone. Chlorine or bleach smell 🤢 🤕 🤮 i dont think stay agaun here

The hotel is located close to the metro station but the address provided on the map is incorrect. Room is spacious but winow overviews another building so its quite dark. Bathroom is big and has bathtub

Hello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea). First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway. Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.
