"Very great location, the room is spacious and clean. All the staff are helpful and share the time table of train for how to travel between Cinque Terre( five villages). Walking distance to the central town and offer a breakfast vouchers (complementary) to the local coffee shop( around 5 mins walk). Also have a storage lockers after check out. Very thoughtful and great value."

"Olin 1 yö tässä hotellissa vain siksi, että se oli täysin varattu! ): Sijainti viisas - erinomainen. Jalankulkumatka La Spezia junaasemalla, vain 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Hallittavissa matkatavaroilla. Jalankulku kaupunkikeskukseen ja satamiin on myös helppo ja vain noin 15min. Koska hyvä sijainti, meillä ei ollut tarvetta viettää liikenne! Lähellä on monia kauppoja saada vettä, on myös Carrefour 300m päässä. Turvallinen alue, jossa on paljon paikallisia kauppoja. Huoneita on hyvin tilava ja puhdas. Sänky on mukava. On mukava parveke jäähtyä italialainen. Ne tarjoavat perustuotantolaitteet ja jopa 2 pulloa vettä. Pyyhkeet on puhdas. Vain huono asia on vesipaine on melko hidas, joten kylpyaika kestää pitkään. Mutta suuri ja tilava huone on se. Huone on myös hyvin hiljaa hyvää yötä unta. Nukuin hyvin. Tarkista toimisto on toisessa paikassa noin 100m päässä omaisuudesta. Huomaa, että se ei ole samalla alueella. Lisäksi on huomattava, että omaisuus oli pieni hissi raskas matkatavaroiden. Useimmilla italialaisilla rakennuksilla ei ole hissejä Suosittelee varmasti tätä paikkaa! Erittäin kätevä ja edullinen. Korkeasti suositella!"

"Номера находятся на 0 по европейским меркам этаже, из-за этого очень холодный пол. Вид из окна на внутренний двор-колодец с помойкой - даже не видно, какая погода на улице. Из-за отсутствия солнца и воздуха в номере очень влажно, вещи совершенно не сохнут, из-за холода в ванной влага конденсируется прямо на стенах и на полу и стенах по всей комнате стоит слой воды. Есть окно в ванной, но за несколько дней там ни разу не было сухо. Обогреватели не работали и в сентябре при +22 на улице было холодно. Выбирала по хорошим отзывам о хозяевах, но их вообще не видели за 3 дня. Расположение хорошее, 10 минут до вокзала, но в след.раз однозначно буду искать что-то другое."

"住這裏去碼頭很近，去五漁村比較方便。房間乾淨衞生，房東也非常熱情，比較遺憾的是被子用不習慣。不是像國內那樣被套裝着被芯，而是一張床單上面放一張毯子，隔着床單蓋毯子，而毯子不可能經常清洗，所以感覺不太舒服。電梯非常小，其他都還挺好的。"

"The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the train station, making it a manageable distance for traveler. However, I did feel a bit uneasy in the area at night, as it didn't seem very safe. While the hotel itself was comfortable, if I were to visit Cinque Terre again, I would likely opt for a hotel in Monterosso for a more secure and scenic experience. Yet, can't complain with this hotel rate. "
