The front desk staff, anurag, vivek , jamal and ajay was very courteous , answered each of my queries about places to visit , shopping in prayagraj , Very fast check in ,. The restaurant the food was good ,tasty , morning breakfast spread was good , chef ravi and all the staff of the restaurant was good , think a person named pradeep . The rooms were clean , the room service was fast. Laundry service was good . The cab service was good and the staff in the concierge was excellent It was my first trip to prayagraj from malaysia , I had a very good stay , i wish to thank all the staff and the manager and all the best for your future undertakings."

"Decent hotel for 1 day stay. Clean and hygienic. But the hotel is located in the main road which is a good thing as well as a bad thing since parking will become difficult in case the parking lot(which is not so big) is full. Overall, I would recommend if you’re looking for a hotel in the heart of the city"

"We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. What struck us was the attention to details - anti skid mat, bathing backets, stool etc. The staff are very courteous and prompt. The breakfast had a good spread and was tasty. The hotel is very centrally located - lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It is very easy to get e-rickshaws outside the hotel. Though centrally located; the place is not congested - great to explore the surrounding places by foot. Highly recommend the hotel."
