"Ambience of the hotel from the entrance via lobby facing elevator is awesome ! In addition Reception is beautiful and their staffs are well trained and friendly. Rooms are bit small in size with standard amenities facility. Food is Authentic. Rates are genuine according to the standard of hotel , but seems to be bit overpriced .The staff is very helpful, friendly, cheerful and at the same time professional. I met with Mr. Pradeep Singh the Hotel Manager he was such a gentle men and the front office staff were also so cooperative.From the time of check in to check out everything was so smooth. I would rate 5 out of 5.."

"I had booked a very budget friendly standard AC room for single occupancy, it's a small cozy room sufficient for one person with attached bathroom, TV, AC, large mirror and a small wardrobe. They provided a half liter water bottle complimentary and promptly served me a hot cup of tea and two biscuits on request. Since, I was already too tired to go out to get anything, they arranged for a guy who took my order and got me all my stuff and took a minimal delivery charge. Their staff Nimai is a very genuine person who paid for all my stuff in cash from his pocket and asked me to pay back just once only when he was leaving for the day. The hotel is clean, lobby smells good and even has a public urinal incase if someone has to use after checkout or before checkin and to my surprise, even that was clean and nicely maintained. They give clean towels, 2 thick blankets, soap and shampoo. Overall I had a peaceful night after a tiring day just the way anyone would want. Since the hotel is on the service road to GT Road, I was saved from the noisy environment at bazaar which is 200 mts away from this hotel. Thank you Nimai, you're doing a fabulous job 🙏🙏🙏"
