We stayed in Hotel Asansol International from 30th August, 2024 to 1st September, 2024 in a family room at 3rd floor. The room was clean, hygienic and quite big to accomodate 4 (3 adults and 1 child). The good part is they arranged beforehand an extra single bed for our daughter, for all of us to have a very comfortable stay. The behavior of each and every stuff is very nice and they are always helpful. The front desk helped us get a very reliable contact through which we managed to get a car for our close by travels all day - like visiting Chittaranian, Kalyaneshwari Temple, Maithon Dam, Panchet Dam, Baranti lake and historic Gar Panchakot. The food quantity, quality and price wise was just awesome - fully satisfied. The complimentary breakfast was also having lots of quality dishes and options to try out. To summarize, in every aspect, Hotel Asansol International was exceptional in providing it's service. We will come back here again in future, as all of us were fully satisfied.

The hotel is located in the heart of the City. The view from the rooms is so beautiful. We stayed here for 02 days and the experience was so nice. All the staff are ready to serve you all the time. Jayanta and his team are especially amazing. The rooms and the food are so good as expected. Everyone requested to visit once.

Negatives: 1. Told us we cannot record videos for YouTube: Once we were shown our rooms, it looked different from what we saw online. So I called reception to confirm that we have been allotted rooms in the correct category I booked. Next, they called back saying, we cannot make videos for YouTube. It is not allowed, as per their policy. We were disappointed as we were making a series of our travel from Delhi to Kolkata, with many stops in between. Most hotels facilitate your filming process, but this hotel is different. So if you like making videos, avoid this hotel. 2. Staff should be trained to be more polite. 3. The staff at the restaurant was like, please don't sit in that section. I asked, why? She thought for a while, then said, it is booked. 4. Bathrooms had broken tiles, small in size. Not the cleanest. Positives: 1. The hotel facade is very good. 2. Very big parking. Not many hotels have it. 3. Ordered food in our rooms. Portion sizes were very good. Food itself was excellent, and affordably prized. The chef was very well mannered and asked over the phone if the food met our expectations. I ordered more. 4. The morning buffet spread was ok. Nothing to complain there. 5. Very budget-friendly hotel, compared to others in the same category. 6. The bed itself was comfortable. Clean beddings. Had a restful sleep. 7. We had two connecting rooms, which made them look more spacious. And we could travel between the rooms freely. 8. The hotel itself was nicely lit and well-decorated.

In make my trip i was going through friendly nd good hospitality facility from there i booked this hotel. It was really nice experience in total. There food quality was too good

I used to stay in hotel is-pat during my to tours in 2007 to 2010 because of their hospitality and food. I came here after 14 years feeling proud to say that still their hospitality and quality of food is best in asansol. Moreover the involvement of cm d mr mukherjee is really commendable. Meeting with mr himadri mukherjee was a lifetime experience. I recommend and wish is-pat international to grow further to achieve another milestone. Congratulations mr mukherjee for keeping your commitment towards highest level of hospitality.

Located at prime location with easy availability of public and private transport the staff are very polite and very friendly and helpful the room amenities were good and clean but the bath towel provided was not clean recommended for budget and comfortable stay

Reception on the 2nd floor, confusing to reach, 1st floor banquet, very small lift and sometimes stuck on if the lift door is not closed and even there is no speaker system when open.
