New and Spacious rooms, clean and tidy. Location is perfect , right next to the train station barely a 2 min walk. The staff was nice as well Downsides are that the AC seems not able to generate heat, and the laundry is horribly expensive. 6 bucks for washing and 6 bucks for drying (total 12)

The location is okay, about a 15-minute walk from Heidelberg Central Station. The room was very spacious. I really liked the pantry area – it had everything we needed: a small fridge, dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee maker, and full kitchenware. Very convenient. The bathroom was also large and suitable for elderly people or anyone needing extra care. It had heated floors, good hot water, and strong water pressure. The only downside was no toiletries like toothbrush or comb, but they do provide basic items like tissues and toilet paper. The bed, pillows, and blanket were comfortable. The room light was a bit dim when the curtains were closed. It would be nice if slippers were provided. The air conditioning and heating worked very well. The price was fair for Germany. Breakfast costs £17 if you book in advance, or £19 if you walk in. The breakfast had a wide variety of standard European options.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

The hotel is new and well furnished with clean room. The location is good with supermarket, lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, there is not enough parking places.

Es un hotel muy bien situado. Los desayunos son ricos y la atención muy buena. Nos regalaron un bombón con forma de corazón al irnos. El personal es muy amable. Estoy muy contenta con la estancia.Estaba limpio y la habitación era amplia.

酒店前台服務很好。是很古老的酒店，我們用的鑰匙感覺就是18世紀的。大部分房間都有露台。感覺就是典型的德國鄉村風格的酒店，周圍的風景不錯。距離國王湖乘船的地方開車大約10分鐘，步行大約30~40分鐘。 床比較軟，衞生間較小。

The location is central on Hauptstraße which meant we could walk the old town and shop/eat/site see including the Old Bridge. The reception was helpful and responsive, and the accommodation was quiet

海德堡還是值得來的，很安逸的一個城市。首先酒店位置離高速口很近，雖然在邊上但是去中心廣場都很方便。停車路邊就可以是免費的，前台小哥很幽默street free，當然如果想安全些也可以停進旁邊停車場10歐元好像。其次，房間雖小五臟俱全，衞生間還是可以的也不擁擠，三個人的家庭房也夠住了，感覺還挺温馨的。最後，海德堡清晨很美走在哲學家小徑，俯瞰整個海德堡老城還是很有感覺的。另外海德堡城堡也值得上去的，從這裏看老城，能拍出明信片上面紅磚白牆的感覺。

一個月前前定了酒店，沒選可以隨時取消，因為必定出行。結果定完當天朋友喊我去她家住，問了酒店不能取消。我講了因為我過生日零時想變下計劃，也不給取消。攜程會員感覺在歐洲沒啥用。酒店按照政策不給取消，我沒意見，不過我下次永遠不會選擇Leonard這個連鎖，第一次也是最後一次光顧。地圖上看離老城挺近，但是其實不然。去火車站走路也要15min作用，老城也差不多。我個人覺得位置也不行，周邊超市就一個aldi，kaufland差不多距離一站路。

All in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer. It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.
