"Comfortable clean hotel not far from scenic area, which is very convenient. My non-smoking room had no residual smoke smell or even hint of cigarette smell, which I really appreciated. The room was overlooking a green forest/mountain area, very beautiful and Very safe - I slept with windows fully opened . Surprisingly filling fresh breakfast with good veriety. Good hot shower. Separate Thank You to Li Hongyu 李宏玉, who has a good command of basic English and was phenomenal at trying her best to make my stay comfortable. She made sure that after hiking the waterfalls, I was well rested and fed and even took care of the transportation going forward! Recommended."

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty."

VVieraskäyttäjäComfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

DDorothy CheongThis hotel is best of the best for our 20 days trip to various cities in Guizhou.  The room was huge and it was superbly comfortable. Love this hotel that imposed strict non-smoking in the room. Warm toilet bowl and automatic flush after use was an added advantage. Bottled drinking water was given generously, 4 in the mini fridge and 2 on the table. Breakfast was superb with varieties. Superb service by all the staffs especially Miss Su in the front office who has provided us the extra-mile service.  Much thanks to her and the rest who were very helpful and courteous.

TTimetravelerzAbsolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!

SSunnyShaOur family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Is super convenient -Fruits complementary at the lobby: fresh from the farm peach , lychee, Chinese red bayberry (Myrica rubra, also called yangmei (simplified Chinese: 杨梅) -Transport: complementary transfer to and from hotel to Huangguoshu entrance, any timing

VVieraskäyttäjäThe location is absolutely perfect. 5 minutes from the entrance to Huanggoushu. The cleanliness in this hotel is definitely on the top list of my travels here in China. But the real killer is the service. The host is one of the nicest and most helpful people i have ever met. He had no hesitation in helping me around, both to Huanggoushu as well as to the bus station. Thanks to his advice, i changed my train from Guanling to Kunming to a later one, and if he hadn't done that, i would hase wasted so much money on a taxi. Thank you so much, dear host. Expect me back one day!!!

The heater worked extremely well, and we stayed comfortably warm at night even in winter. I didn’t notice any cigarette smell during our stay. The hotel also provided free shuttle rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area before 5 p.m. The breakfast was better than at the other hotels we stayed at. The staff gave clear directions to nearby scenic spots, and the hotel restaurant served decent food at reasonable prices. Overall we very much enjoyed our stays at the hotel.

I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

It's about 600m (10-15min walk) to 黄果树 Ticketing Center (where tourists collect their entrance tickets, whichever ways they booked entrance tickets - Trip.com or 安旅通/Wechat) and bus embarkation and disembarkation area. Room was well furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sumptuous, cooked by a very friendly cook, ready to serve from 7am. It has an laundry room to wash your clothes if you are soaking wet from visiting 水帘洞 (do pre-book onsite at ticket collecting center or online through 安旅通, after you have booked a ticket thru Trip.com or 安旅通 where you registered your passport number).
