"The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai."

"Hotelli sijaitsee Nanda Street, hyvin lähellä Wanda Plaza. Voit valita kävely Chaoyang Street ja Suochengli. Vaikka ne eivät ole erittäin lähellä, ne ovat edelleen kohtuullisen etäisyydellä ja voidaan pitää miellyttävä kävely. Hotellin lähellä on “Ye Wantun” ravintola, joka on erittäin herkullinen. "My family and I stayed here because the price was great. The view was also great as well as the location! The only downside is there was no fitness area, the lighting in the bathroom was not the best for applying makeup and the laundry room was confusing if you were a foreigner and didn’t understand the machines. But overall the hotel was nice and I believe it shares rooms with the Venice International Hotel right next door. The breakfast was ok but service was nice. Plenty of water everywhere when you get thirsty."

"This is an absolute gem among all the hotels I've stayed in over 15 years of traveling across 40 countries. The design of the rooms, corridors, and common areas is stunning and truly unique. There’s an arcade machine in the room with Nintendo games from my childhood… It feels like the hotel owner's personal signature style - and it's the most amazing highlight of this place! A special afternoon tea with fantastic cookies is a wonderful service. Breakfast is usually a buffet, as far as I understand, but on the day of my stay, there was no buffet, and breakfast was served individually for each guest. Still, it was very good and filling. The location is excellent - right next to the bus station. That means you can check in immediately after arriving from the airport by airport bus, or leave your luggage if you arrive early. Getting anywhere in the city is also easy, quick and cheap by local buses. The room was very comfortable: quiet and very warm (I stayed during the cold season), exceptionally clean, with a great bathroom, and everything was in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable with amazingly soft pillows worthy of a high-end hotel - and they even provide several pillows with different levels of softness! The staff's attitude toward guests is excellent: I'm a light sleeper, and quietness is important to me, but in Asia this is often a problem even in expensive hotels. So when booking, I requested a quiet room on a high floor and away from the elevator - and my wishes were fulfilled perfectly. And for all of this, the price is simply incredible. This hotel is worth traveling to Yantai just to stay here! Overall, it's a masterpiece. The only places I've seen that are better are classic five-star hotels, but even they don't have such outstanding interior design and arcade machines. 😊 And if you were born in the 1980s, you absolutely have to stay at this hotel to play the games of your childhood on a real arcade machine right in your room. 😊"

"This hotel is very charming and it is obvious a lot of attention has been put into its design and decor. The staff were excellent - very courteous and cordial. I must single out these few at the reception for praise: the beautiful 小温 who checked us in and gave us an excellent room overlooking Zhao Yang Street, 小徐 who efficiently resolved the issue when we felt our room was too warm, 小萍 and 小美 who were always ready with helpful answers to our questions. The breakfast was of good quality and replenished regularly, but once again the staff members made it a pleasant experience with their amazing multi-tasking ability. Special mention must be made of 小李 and in particular 磊哥 who was truly outstanding in overseeing so many duties at the same time. The staff in this hotel are worth their weight in gold and deserve a raise from the management."

"To start, I'd say by far the best thing about the hotel was the location. I didn't know when I arrived at 23h, but it was located close to a pretty busy tourist street full of bars and stores, not to mentioned being super close to the lighthouse. Being winter, and close to CNY, there was no one on the beaches, but I would imagine in the summer it'd be pretty nice. The hotel room was very nice, refurbished and the beds quite confortable. The breakfast was pretty good also if you like Chinese breakfast, and had some decent European style food that I haven't tried. Staff were very helpfull too I'd say it's a perfectly nice hotel, if I stop in Yantai I would go there again"

"前台辦理效率極高，遞來的房卡套上印着附近早餐店的推薦清單，連營業時間和特色菜品都標註得清晰，省去了翻找攻略的麻煩。進入房間，窗邊的小茶几上擺着本地當季的柑橘，果皮鮮亮飽滿，旁邊壓着一張手寫便簽，提醒“空調已預調至24℃，若需調整可撥‘0’”，細微之處的體貼格外戳人。 最驚喜的是客房服務，深夜想喝杯熱茶，撥通電話後不到十分鐘，服務員便端着託盤敲門，除了指定的紅茶，還額外帶了一小碟餅乾，輕聲説“夜裡容易餓，墊墊肚子會舒服些”。離店時忘記將充電器落在床頭，剛到車站就接到酒店電話，告知已安排閃送寄出，全程無需多費一句口舌。這樣有温度的服務，遠比精緻的裝修更讓人難忘。"
