This is our second stay with Hanting hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Beijing-Wuxi-Shanghai from 30-Aug till 13-Sep. In Beijing, we have selected Guanganmennei branch, and I have given a good review. As for this Nanchansi branch, they are comparably good except for certain services - Front desk attitude. Except for one lady who was very friendly and helpful, the rest were more like ”could-not-be-bothered” attitude when attending to us, especially when we enquired information about the tourism spots. I hope the Management will look at this on-site as providing good front services should be a high priority besides than good facilities. In short: Room# 8431 & 8331 Check-In on 04-Sep Check-Out on 09-Sep Location: Perfect. Right opposite Nanchan Temple and night street market. Hence, food is not an issue. Subway is just 100m or less away. Do note that this Subway only has an escalator going up but not down. Can call for DiDi right in front of the hotel. Room & Cleanliness: Ours were quite small, including the shower, but couldn't complain with the price we paid. Importantly, they are clean and house kept every day. Enough to have a good rest after a day of travelling. Just one down side - Sama as Beijing Guanganmennei branch, the shower door architecture is not good. Even when the door is closed, water can drip/flow out to the floor. Can refer to photo attached. Ammenities & Facilities: A toiletry bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, and cotton swab is provided together with 2 bottles of mineral water with a bag of coffee and tea daily. Room slippers were provided, too. What we like the most were the washers and dryers. There were 2 each, and unlimited liquid detergent and disinfectant in packet were provided at the laundry area. It's a first come, first serve basis. There's a big long rectangular table at the lobby where it is convenient, even for quick, simple dining. There were books that you could read too. They have multiple robot cars to send food delivery to rooms. By the way, since our first stay with Hanting in Harbin during last Christmas, we realised the room WiFi had been really weak, almost not functioning for international websites. But it worked ok if streaming in WeChat or any local websites. Breakfast: Decent but good enough to have a full tummy. Just one downside was no cold or ambient temperature drinking water was provided. We need to let the hot drinking water cool down before consumption. Surroundings: There are 2 convenient stores at each side of the hotel. There is a pharmacy shop also. Overall, we had a good stay.

Xiao Liu, the inn owner, is extremely polite, helpful, friendly, and reliable. The place is very comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. All the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. We loved the place so much and truly regretted staying for only one night. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like strangers at all—it felt like being with family. Everyone treated us with sincerity and went out of their way to help. Xiao Liu patiently answered all our questions and even drove us to buy fireworks. He waited for us and later joined us to play the fireworks at night, even though we had already checked out. He kindly allowed us to leave our large luggage with him during the day, which we really appreciated. The place is exactly as shown in the photos—no overly edited pictures with disappointing reality. Everything was authentic and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed a hotpot dinner at the inn, and it was fresh and delicious. The food is truly a must-try, including their coffee. Everything was excellent, with no doubts about quality. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to visit Wuxi again. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, as well as 德福楼, the restaurant recommended by Xiao Liu. The food there is authentic, delicious, and truly represents Wuxi cuisine. They also helped us with tickets to the Lingshan Big Buddha. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more—the restaurant owner assisted us with the entrance tickets, and a tour guide even drove us to Lingshan Big Buddha and guided us there, all without any extra charges. Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. If you plan to buy joss sticks and candles, there’s a shop right beside the restaurant with very reasonable prices—absolutely no regrets. Thank you, Xiao Liu, for your outstanding hospitality. It’s such a pity we didn’t have enough time to visit your sister’s café, but we would love to visit again next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Usuites, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend my stay! One of the highlights of my time at Hotel Usuites was the stunning view. From my room, I was greeted with breathtaking vistas that spanned the city skyline and beyond. It was truly a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly drawn to the window to take in the mesmerizing scenery. Not only did the view enhance my stay, but the overall ambiance and atmosphere of Hotel Usuites were second to none. The hotel boasted a contemporary and sleek design that exuded luxury and sophistication. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and it made for an incredibly inviting and comfortable environment. The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so. All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a hotel that promises a delightful stay with an unbeatable view, I highly recommend Hotel Usuites.

Location was perfect, 5min walk from MRT which is also an interchange. Attractions very close by. Room was beautiful with good amenities and fully equipped gym. Only downside was the constant horning in the morning by motorcycles downstairs, which is uncontrollable by hotel. They provide ear plugs but recommend to request for room not facing the road. Will recommend this chain and particular branc for the location.

I recently stayed at the Magnolia Hotel (Wuxi Xibei Xinjiekou Store) during a business trip, and it was an exceptional experience. It's just 13.4 miles from Sunan Shuofang International Airport, making it very accessible for travelers. Although the nearest metro stations, Zhaqiao and Yingyuehu Park. Exceptional Service The 24-hour front desk service was always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly. Comfortable Accommodations The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a business traveler. The comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. Surroundings While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the nearest metro stations, the overall surroundings are pleasant and conducive to both work and relaxation. The serene environment and nearby parks provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Conclusion Overall, my stay at the Magnolia Hotel (Wuxi Xibei Xinjiekou Store) was highly satisfactory. The combination of excellent amenities, outstanding service, and a convenient location makes it a perfect choice for business travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for future visits to Wuxi.

非常喜歡酒店的環境和設施，也是第一次訂這家酒店，酒店地理位置在市中心，鬧中取靜，入住非常舒適，有被驚艷到了。本來因有事計劃暫時訂一天，後續因計劃有變想臨時再續訂一天，無奈清明小長假期間客房都已滿員，前台小妹妹很貼心留下我的手機號，客人有臨時退房的，立馬通知了我，讓我得以再續訂一天，行程安排得以順利推進，前台小妹妹的工作非常細心周到、熱情。另外，早餐雖然品種不是很繁雜，但是，感覺非常符合我們江、浙、滬一帶客人的口味，清清爽爽，香稠可口的清粥，配上糯糯的腐乳和醬菜，豆漿香氣四溢，湯包，湯汁飽滿，還有燒麥、紅薯、白煮蛋，小番茄配黃瓜，餐後要了一杯香濃的咖啡 ，咖啡香濃，窗外温柔，這一刻，心都慢下來了～ 👍！

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations. One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and friendly place to stay.

Hotel is really beautiful! Food is great! I’m so surprised that they offer miso soup at breakfast! They told me that they the miso was made in house. Restaurant on the top floor has splendid views, two persons dinner is excellent! Will stay here again next time when I visit Wuxi.

這家酒店的地理位置簡直太方便了！臨近高鐵站，太湖、萬達廣場，周邊餐飲、便利店選擇很多，解決吃飯和購物完全不是問題。雖然地處繁華地段，但房間內很安靜。房間大小合適，佈局合理，基本設施完善且維護得很好。以這個地段和價格來説，性價比真的非常高！服務人員態度也很好，反應迅速。強烈推薦給注重出行便利和性價比的朋友！
