"My first night was a lake view low level in the older part of the hotel. The 2nd night I was upgraded to the newer wing on level 21. It has an amazing clean pool with a view of the lake. Its location is pivotal allowing an early morning access to next-door LiYuan without the crowds. There is an access via the waterline to the Big Scenic Wheel. The Rose's staff kept checking on me and my palate at the buffet. And it's here I've got the best shot of my trip!"

"這家酒店原來是無錫烤鴨館改造的，所以能看到一些痕跡，優缺點很明顯。 優點:第一是交通方便。在市中心地鐵1號線和2號線的交界處，而且酒店距離地鐵站特別近，過一條馬路。去南長街和惠山古鎮都特別方便。其次就是附近吃的不少。外賣什麼的也比較方便。著名的三鳳橋就在樓下，過個小馬路就能吃到。 缺點也比較明顯。第一就是高級房沒有窗户。因為整個酒店是回字形，所以有一部分房間的就是沒有窗户的。第二是房間設施過於陳舊！床頭燈無法控制明暗，淋浴的門關了還是會漏水到外面，而且浴缸真的是沒有必要，還不如設計一個大一點的淋浴間，或者是乾濕分離，強行增加了投屏電視和智能馬桶，但是仍然無法改變這個事實。服務也就那麼一回事兒。 總體來説我也覺得性價比一般。"

"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay."

"Very good location , 5 mins ride or 20 mins walk to amazing top attraction Hu Shan Ancient Town and 8-10 mins walk to 2 metro stations . Laundry facility is great for long stays, rooms are reasonably priced. The street is quiet, no traffic noise however the building is very poor from noise insulation perspective. Every toilette flush , every shower next door , upstairs , across is heard . If you’re lucky to have quiet neighbours left, right and above who sleep peacefully at least by midnight, you’ll be fine"

Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

I had a really good stay at Yaochang Hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable. What stood out the most was the service — the staff were very friendly and attentive. They even personally brought me to the lift and took the time to explain everything about the stay, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is convenient, and there is also a shuttle service (接驳车) that brings guests to the tourist centre (游客中心), which made getting around very easy and hassle-free. The price is slightly on the higher side, but it is reasonable as it includes the entrance tickets, which adds value to the overall experience. Facilities are simple but everything works well and is sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Päätin yöpyä Novotel-brändin ja sen vuoksi, että hotellissa on latauspisteitä, mutta varsinainen kokemus ei ollut hyvä ja oli kaukana siitä, mitä odotin. Ensinnäkin hotellissa ei ollut omia latausasemia, kuten väitettiin. ja itse asiassa ei ollut latauspalvelua. Kyllä, tämä tuo lisäongelmia toiseksi, palvelun laatu on liian erilainen kuin tuotemerkki, pysäköinti on hankalaa, huonepalvelu ei reagoi oikeaan aikaan jne. Nämä perusvaatimukset eivät täyty. ei ajateltu etukäteen. Mitä henkilökunta selitti Hotelli vaihtoi juuri omistajaa, brändi otti haltuunsa alle 2 viikkoa sitten, ja henkilökunta ei ole vielä valmis, joten miksi kiirehtiä hotellin avaamiseen? Tietenkään se ei ole ansioistaan. Esimerkiksi aamiainen on suhteellisen runsas, ja hotellihenkilökunta voi ehdottaa ennakoivasti ratkaisuja asiakkaille.

I had the best stay at this hotel! It's like the best service I've ever encountered in china. Staff were really helpful, responsive and kind from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and the drivers. My kids and family fell ill when we arrived, so really thankful for the staff they even helped to cook porridge for my kids as they wasn't able to eat well. Big thank to cleaning aunties, receptionist, hotel staff and the drivers who sent and picked us. Oh and not to forget the rooms and the whole ambience was really nice too. Everything was clean and with smart features

Due to holiday season couldn’t get the deluxe room so tried this executive double room, room is very big and hotel gave free mooncake to eat. First night there is water droplets noise in the room 2007 and complain to hotel staff and they came in check and immediately changed room for me, they use a robot to send the keys up so I don’t need to go down and could just return the key the next day. Only downside is the breakfast, everyday I eat the same thing and get bored easily. The bathroom also needs more hook to hang clothes, there is only 1 hook in that big bathroom.

We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future.

The hotel is very close to a pleasant tourist area for sightseeing and dining. The building is beautiful, and the front desk staff can speak English. The room is quite large, comfortable, and modern, following Western decoration. There is a laundry room and a restaurant in the hotel. Unfortunately, breakfast has few Western options; there was no cheese, the breads were not good, and the butter was not refrigerated. Also, despite the hotel being non-smoking, I had to ask to move to another room because of the cigarette odor.

Busy weekend due to marathon. I was lucky to meet Warren upon arrival. He allowed me to leave my baggage in the room ahead of check in time so that i can start my tour as well as late check out at 3pm. Hotel is very near Nanchang street and the ancient dock. The ah yi on my floor was also kind and helpful. Overall a good stay - happy as well to have chosen a Singaporean owned property!

Staff were nice and willing to help with questions. The place itself was a little difficult to find in the dark and not well signposted etc. the escalator up to 3rd floor is not working but there is a lift around the back of the building. The room was clean, with good air con and heating and the bed comfortable. The room was a reasonable size - good amount of storage and a good shower - no real seating area. All in all a positive experience - it is what it describes itself to be - an aparthotel room at a good price - the Ritz it is not and the development is still not completely finished and fitted (like much of this part of Wuxi) I would say but the parts you use (apart from the escalator) are good. There is a big modern shopping mall about 20-25 mins walk with food court and restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.
