在特別特別火之前趕緊來住吧，趁現在酒店一切都是新新的！！！真的是偶然發現的寶藏，店員小姐姐也特別特別好～～～～酒店裡的設施都用的大牌貨，很用心了，晚飯吃東西的時候小姐姐看我們還在吃還免費送了一份肉嘿嘿嘿嘿😁

We had the top floor apartment with 3 bedrooms. Brand new and very comfortable. The projector was great. Heater worked fine ; Beddings and all very comfy! No elevator but the staff helped us out with our luggage. Breakfast in a near by Chinese (simple) restaurant. Yummy dumpling soup. Great walk close by to Ganhaizi (about 1 hour + to get on the top of the mountain- mostly stairs) rewarded by a beautiful view.

這家店真心不錯：房間大采光好；吃飯也方便，樓下就是餐廳味道巴適得很，衞生棒；床墊舒服水壓穩；位置交通都方便，設施齊全房整潔；熱水特別好。老闆特別熱情，還給我們送了他們自己家種的水果，還可以自己去採摘新鮮的水果，體驗超讚值得推薦

I booked my accommodation with them for 2 nights and their service is excellent. If you don't mind, they provide everything needed: towel, bath robes, disposable face towels, disposable toilet seat covers, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower foam, shaver, bathroom slippers and many more. You just need to bring your change of clothes. 3 meals are also provided with my package: buffet breakfast, lunch (either packed rice or sandwich or rice ball) and homecooked dishes for dinner. If you are a vegetarian, you can also request for a vegetarian meal. They were very nice to pick me up from the ticketing service centre back to the hostel, and then from the hostel to panda base on my first day there. After your visit, you just need to text them to arrange for the return trip to the hostel. The food is also filling and delicious. I met a lot of Fubao fans there who are very hospitable and the atmosphere is just like a family. I received a lot of gifts from them, as well as from the hostel owner. I will definitely go back and stay with them again when I visit Fubao at Shenshuping.

設施：開始我以為露營民宿住宿會很不方便，但房間內的設施配備得很完整。淋浴衞生間空調這些都是齊全的。 衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，有淡淡的木質香很舒服。 環境：靠山，鄰水，有樹，有花，有鳥鳴。真的有住宅野外露營的感覺，但是完全沒有野外露營的安全問題。出入要刷門禁，安全私隱做得還是很好的。而且每間房間都有 5 米～10 米距離。 服務：可能是北方人。所以説話聲音可能大一些，但是都是很親切，很樸實的一羣叔叔阿姨們。 我們一起過來的他們還給我們免費升級了😘😘

If you’re planning to head to Shenshuping panda base, this accommodation is literally across it, saving u the long walk up/down the mountain. Ground floor of the hotel, it’s the F&B area whereby 1 side serves mainly beverages & finger food & the other side sells local noodles. Take the stairs up to Level 2 to check-in. Room wise, I’ve booked the queen bed & it’s on the 3rd floor. There’s no AC in the room as it’s very cooling / cold depending on which month of the year. Open up the window (it comes with a window net so no insects / bugs will invade the room) & in-room heater is available in case it gets too cold. Also, There’s no elevator in the building so pls do not bring excessive / big luggage otherwise u might have to lug it up. I was there for 2 nights & housekeeping only empty the bin & replenish new hand towels, they did not tidied up the bed. On my 1st evening, I experienced a short power outage & I texted the hotel via wechat & nobody responded (even until I’ve check-out). It’s unlike the usual response from a hotel, based on my past experiences in China. My room does include daily breakfast whereby they usually serve local noodles (dry & soup options available), hard boiled eggs, soy milk & some local buns. The noodles are really good & they self made the noodles too. In the afternoon till dinner time (during lull period, All F&B within the vicinity closes ard 7pm so eat early to avoid going hungry), the F&B serves finger food & a wider variety of noodles. Tap on the menu on the variety & prices. Food wise, it’s really good & the team that runs the F&B are very much passionate & friendly too.

The location of the villa is great! It’s just opposite Shenshuping Panda Centre, it took me only 3mins to walk over. They have the essential amenities as well! Breakfast is inclusive during my stay but the bonus of this villa is that they have a cafeteria which provides lunch & dinner, I understand some other places do not so it can be inconvenient. I noticed that some of the guests even ordered bento lunch so they can have it in Shenshuping, just ask any one of the staff in advance. One of the nights, I think there was a family who checked in. Their children were making lots of noise, I could hear the staff telling them to tone down their voices. I appreciated, it is very considerate of them as I was about to plug in earplugs they have provided. The weather at this period is relatively quite comfortable, I was afraid it was going to be hot since there are reviews saying there’s no air conditioning. But it was cooling and even cold at night that I have to switch on the heater in one of the nights. The most enjoyable part is that staff are very friendly and easy going, they really made me feel at home. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

What a wonderful day we had the owner of the lady the reception the people of the hotel were so caring kind taking us to the panda entrance and picking us up time and we couldn’t thank her more for her exceptional services. She was exceptionally friendly exceptionally willing to help exceptionally going out of her way to make sure our stay was absolutely delightful When we arrived. It was about 3 o’clock in the morning and she was down outside waiting for the taxi to arrive at the front porch it is an unbelievable service and excellence of Service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is willing or taking the time to go and see panda up in the mountains. This hotel should be rewarded and recommended by Trip.com above and beyond.
