"Overall, the hotel is good and service from the staff is great too. Breakfast Hotel has a good spread and enjoyed the food there. Hotel is well located near the Fengjia Night Market and you can go there in 3 min but is not very near the city centre and you may need to take a bus or walk there. ."

"The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. They offer free public parking, which worked out great for my plans. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were good enough to start the day. The hotel’s also within walking distance of the night market. The only downside was that my room faced the road, so it was a bit noisy from traffic, and I could hear sounds from the next room."

"The hotel’s location was ideal — within walking distance to the train station and close to several bus stops, which made getting around easy and convenient. The staff were courteous and very helpful, always ready to assist whenever we needed something. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which wasn’t quite cold enough, though they promptly provided extra fans upon request. Breakfast was complimentary — simple but decent. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with warm service and a great location."

"10mins walking distance to feng jia night market. Good variety of breakfast options around and opposite the hotel. Nice korean food right beside the hotel too. Free coffee and milk tea available at the lobby."

"Location is good. Walking distance to major transport and adjacent to factory outlet mall. Room is good size for couple and can add bed or family room. There is curated one day tour trip provided by the hotel and very competitive to outside tour. Tour guide selected and provided by hotel is professional, responsible and accommodating to needs. Hotel Breakfast is quite normal or standard which can be more exciting or international as IHG leh. If one of the day trip is to Lukang, there is bus literally outside the hotel. Walking distance and there is also option of walking to nearby bus stop to take bus to YiZhong street. Also got bus to Fengjia night market, very convenient."

"It belongs to the standard business hotel… the room is spacious and clean and well maintained…however, i have issues with the bathroom flush and the shower head / tap switch… which took me sometime to figure them out… There is a lobby bar on the first floor where we can wait and drink machine made coffee…..the gym and laundry room is located at B1… there should have better indications of how to open the gym door and lobby bar door… sometimes there is no one to aak about how to go in… maybe the washing machine needs to change the rubber rims cos of accumulated dark spots… but it’s free so i am not really complaining… The hotel has excellent front desk and housekeeping staff…. Special thanks to Cindy Lai who went the extra miles to find out the rates for taxi chartering… sorry that we did not take it up in the end though we thought it’s a good idea… grateful that we took the advice to go to LuKang old street instead as the places we plan to go is too far. We underestimated Taichung’s size… The hotel breakfast is fantastic, they have a different varieties for the two days we went.. the food is delicious and well selected… i wish i can eat more… the restaurant staff are also very helpful… Overall, me and my friend have great experience at The Tango Taichung…."

"就在逢甲大學旁邊，逛街很方便，公車很方便。鬧中取靜。 房間很乾淨，只是浴室和馬桶放在一起，比較狹窄。 水壓不大，但是洗澡沒問題。 房門口有小熊，滿可愛的。 個人感覺CP值不錯，下次會再來。"

"Like the hotel very much and feel the price is such a good deal.  It got everything complimentary soda, snacks, espresso coffee and bottle water replenished daily.  The only problem is that we can’t use the beautiful bathtub because it’s right there without door.  Use shower daily it’s big and I like ZERO shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.  Again I love everything about this hotel just too bad can’t take a bath in the bathtub."

"Stayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away. The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream. Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery. Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!"
