"Extremely satisfied with this stay. The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are great and thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of choices, including both standard options and local dishes, which was a nice touch. There were plenty of selections to suit different tastes. The location is convenient, although it is not within Songpan Ancient Town (松潘古镇), which is worth noting. That said, the environment is quiet and comfortable. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with excellent cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast quality. Would definitely stay again."

"An incredibly pleasant stay! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Drop-off and pick-ups to/from Huanglong scenic area are very timely. They even help recommend a driver to take us back to the HSR station. The room was very clean. The heated floor and bed in the room was really making me comfortable during the snowy night. This is the only hotel during my 11-day Sichuan trip that has bidet, also the largest room. The restaurant downstairs has a great yak hotpot. There are several restaurants opposite the hotel too. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back in Huanglong."

"This is our second stay at this specific accommodation. Unlike our previous stay, this time, front desk service is quite lacking On the positive, bedding is comfortable and towels are fluffy and cleaned. hotel restaurant served excellent meals for dinner and at reasonable price . The chef on duty is a good cook, big serve and tasty dishes. Highly recommend having dinner at hotel restaurant. On the negative, we were given a room where hot water is just not hot but cold. Ringing the front desk to report the issue and was told by front desk to let the water runs longer, despite we repeated that we had waited for water to run at least 20min. We requested to change room and front desk didn’t agree to, but just repeatedly telling us to let water run longer. Obviously this is not service from a so called 5 star hotel where customer service is so lacking and room with no hot water After repeated request by phoning front desk second time, we were changed to a different room; and this time, room has good hot water. Seriously, front desk needs training in customer service. The least hotel can do is to change customer to a different room so that basic hot water facility is provided. We should not have to endure such lack in service."

Ensimmäisestä vaikutelmasta rakastan, miten tämä boutique hotelli on sisustettu perinteisessä kiinalaisessa tyylissä. Huone itse on kauniisti suunniteltu, moderni ja puhdas. Sänky on hyvin mukava myös. Se oli täydellinen palata huonetta pitkän päivän kävely & näkymä. Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä North Gate & hiljaisempi osa Songpan vanha kaupunki, joka on hyvä saada hyvää yötä unta. Mutta paras osa minun oleskelu tässä hotellissa on henkilöstö, erityisesti kaunis nuori nainen nimeltä Xiao Zeng. Check-in hän osoitti minulle pari huonetta valita varmista, että olen onnellinen huone. Ei vain se, hän meni yli hänen velvollisuutensa auttaa järjestämään kuljetuksen Songpan junaasema (ei ollut mahdollista saada Didi johtuu sade), sekä antaa apua vinkkejä siitä, mitä syödä ja mitä nähdä/tekeä aikana Songpan. "Highly recommend this hotel, the entire hotel staff (reception, chef, waiters and security) is like a small family For example, they may ask you, are you ok, do you have enough food? Over there are more noodle soup. You need to eat a lot to be strong enough to walk Jiuzhaigou ☺️ The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the hygiene facilities such as masks and gloves were absolutely exemplary. A very big thank you, to the service housekeeper Ms Hongmei (服务管家红梅）. I've been travelling to a lot stayed in many hotels but was very friendly and helpful. I felt very warmly welcomed on this short trip. Ms Hongmei's (红梅）service and dedication is top class, with a great attitude I want to thank her very much. Will definitely come back and recommend. Thank you very much for the nice and comfortable stay."

"Greatly recommend for anyone plan to travel to Huanglong Scenic Area. The hotel is owned by a super welcoming family. The room is exactly the picture, with warmed bed for cold day. As we arrived, the owner gratefully helped us with our luggages and provided clear instructions. He drove us to the Huanglong Scenic Area and picked us up, and was so earnest towards helping us. His mother and father are lovely as well, we only had 45 mins to have lunch before depart to the Station and they were all wholehearted to serve us and make sure we would be on time. The hotel also has warm coat rent if you forgot. There are public buses from Huanglong highspeed railway station for 28¥/per, but if the time does not suit you, just contact the owner for booking you car to the hotel with 30¥/ per. I definitely will choose the accommodation again when I revisit the region 🥰🥰"

"Service of the staff at reception was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Location is great and rather close to the bus station, about 10 to 15 minutes walk. Was offered a free drop off to the bus station the following morning. Breakfast was very disappointing though, limited choice. Will however recommend."

衝著新酒店預訂的，裝修奢侈、豪華、超出價格本身👍聽説老闆投資了四千多萬衹修了十個房間，整體居住感受非常滿意，服務很用心體貼，晚上遊玩回酒店山路夜黑開車不便、工作人員是到山下接送幫忙開的車。因為是新酒店環境衞生各方面也做得很好，地理位置確實有點偏，居住下來還是願意多花時間提升居住體驗感！早餐的酥油茶很好喝👍品類豐富，並沒有因為住店衹有我們一家人而降低菜品品質和種類！離店時還驚喜贈送了我們香！祝為情懷買單的此店生意越來越好呀～

❤️❤️❤️AMAZING STAY!! This place exceeded my expectations! The room was HUGE and spacious everything is so new, clean and tidy. (I loved loved the heated floor!) The view from the room was breathtaking - especially in the morning. If you are staying here definitely have your meals here. They use all local produce which was so fresh and tasty. We had lunch and dinner here. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful that they accommodated all our needs. Bonus is you can see the wild animals including long hair mountain cows and horses. Pet them at ur own risk 🤪

The best hotel we stayed in the Huanglong Jiuzhaigou area. Husband and wife run place. They designed the hotel themselves and just opened in July 2025. Very thoughtfully designed hotel. Staff are helpful and willing to share their advice and local knowledge. They provide free car to and from the Huanglong Scenic Area cable car. Its a small hotel about ~10 rooms and I attach pictures of the rooms as they are. No edits. Rooms are clean and new with modern facilities like projectors and in room routers. Room has a nice skylight windows providing bright cheery lighting. You can sleep looking at the stars in heated comfort. Beds and pillows are fluffy and soft, a rarity in this region! Family room has a tepee for small kids to sleep in! Some rooms have bathtub for soaking after a 8km walk through the scenic area! Floor heating!! Keeps the room warm and walk around barefoot in the room. Tip: open the skylight and sleep comfortably as the floor heating keeps the room warm without the need to turn on the heater. Bathroom is modern with rainshower and a bidet spray. They provide soft fluffy towels as well, not the cheap disposable paper towel. The lobby doubles as a restaurant. Nice tent tables. We love the home cooked food as the kitchen is staffed by family. They also have a coffee machine, another rarity for this region. Most restaurants do not serve coffee. We loved our stay here. Husband and wife, and their family members helping at the hotel make us feel like family guests instead of hotel guest. We are English speaking foreigner with a smattering of Chinese. There are many hotel options nearby, but this is a fantastic place to stay and beyond value for money. Quickly book as they have limited rooms.

We stayed 1 night on 17 Dec in this hotel to visit Huanglong national park before we move on to Jiuzhaigou. This is a small hotel in Huanglong town. It is very clean and comfortable with heated bed. Service from staff is excellent - polite and always willing to help with transport, answering our queries. Hotel provided free pick up service from HSR stationn. It is about 4mins ride to the hotel frim HSR station. Need to call or wechat them in advance witj the details like timing number of pax and no. Of luggages. They served simple chinese breakfast with congee and noodles and other stuff. Good enough for the hotel price. There are many eateries around the hotel area. It is about 30mins from Huanglong national park. We charted a 4-seater car for 100rmb (1 way) to bring us to the park. Overall it is a comfortable stay with excellent service from the staff.

Looking for a decently priced hotel and lovely service hotel close to Huanglong Station? This is it. Hotel is owned by a friendly family and they are very helpful. They cannot speak English but the daughter added me on WeChat to communicate about what I needed anything. She also guided me through the process of what to do to be able to watch English movies. The hotel is neat and clean, and facilities are decent. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with an electric blanket. I was invited for a hotpot dinner, though I wasn't able to go. I requested breakfast on the day I left and they were more than willing to accommodate me - the breakfast was delicious! Yummy noodles. The owner dropped me at the station in time. There are a few shops (supermarkets and restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel. There is a comfortable lounge area where free tea is available, and some snacks can be bought at reception. It has a nice view (especially if it's snowing). There's a river directly outside of the hotel that can be walked along. I also saw a park area. The hot water was a bit of problem, as it didn't warm up fast enough, then would suddenly go ice cold - so perhaps not great in winter. If this problem is fixed it would definitely be a good place to stay at to be closer to the station. Overall, the service and hospitality was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

The room is clean, cozy and warm. The view at the restaurant is stunning with snowy mountain at this time of the year. The manager and staff were so nice, especially.the manager, she took us out for dinner when we arrived and the restaurant at the hotel was almost closed. The hot water didn't take so long to be warm enough for shower. The location is great for Huanglong sightseeing but it may not be so convenient for restaurants of shop access.

The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

(Excellent) 1.The hostess is very friendly. 2. I bought her dinner on the first floor and it was very delicious. 3. It takes about 14 minutes to walk from the high-speed rail station. It is very close. 4. The room was clean and I was glad to see the mountains outside the window. 5. The blanket was cozy and the hot water came out well. 6. It was nice to have a cultural experience here. (Disappointing) 1. The windows are not double windows and they are not insulated well. We had to keep the heating on when the electricity came on. 3. There are many places under construction around the building, so the power supply is unstable. Please warm up your bed and charge your phone when the electricity comes in. 4. If you are a non-smoker, ask for a second-floor room when you check-in. The third-floor room has a sore throat due to the continuous smoke coming up from the second-floor cigarette. 5. There was a restaurant near the hotel that said ”Breakfast” and when I went there at 7:30 the door was locked. I looked around all around the hotel, but none of the restaurants were open. Prepare food such as snacks and fruits in advance for breakfast. 6. I think this is for Chinese people only. Foreign lodging registration is not automatic. Please visit the police station next to you at the high-speed rail station and take care of it yourself. (Other) 1. The map app confirms that buses run between the ancient fortress wall and the high-speed rail station, but when I asked the locals, they said they don't operate it. I paid 20 yuan for a taxi from the bus stop to my accommodation. I took a taxi from here three times, but no taxi was priced for mileage. You should bargain well. 2. There is a convenience store in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station that sells instant food, the air is warm, and you can charge your phone. If you have nowhere to go, you can spend time here. (We also had breakfast here and charged our phones for four hours.)
