衝著新酒店預訂的，裝修奢侈、豪華、超出價格本身👍聽説老闆投資了四千多萬衹修了十個房間，整體居住感受非常滿意，服務很用心體貼，晚上遊玩回酒店山路夜黑開車不便、工作人員是到山下接送幫忙開的車。因為是新酒店環境衞生各方面也做得很好，地理位置確實有點偏，居住下來還是願意多花時間提升居住體驗感！早餐的酥油茶很好喝👍品類豐富，並沒有因為住店衹有我們一家人而降低菜品品質和種類！離店時還驚喜贈送了我們香！祝為情懷買單的此店生意越來越好呀～

❤️❤️❤️AMAZING STAY!! This place exceeded my expectations! The room was HUGE and spacious everything is so new, clean and tidy. (I loved loved the heated floor!) The view from the room was breathtaking - especially in the morning. If you are staying here definitely have your meals here. They use all local produce which was so fresh and tasty. We had lunch and dinner here. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful that they accommodated all our needs. Bonus is you can see the wild animals including long hair mountain cows and horses. Pet them at ur own risk 🤪

This is our second stay at this specific accommodation. Unlike our previous stay, this time, front desk service is quite lacking On the positive, bedding is comfortable and towels are fluffy and cleaned. hotel restaurant served excellent meals for dinner and at reasonable price . The chef on duty is a good cook, big serve and tasty dishes. Highly recommend having dinner at hotel restaurant. On the negative, we were given a room where hot water is just not hot but cold. Ringing the front desk to report the issue and was told by front desk to let the water runs longer, despite we repeated that we had waited for water to run at least 20min. We requested to change room and front desk didn’t agree to, but just repeatedly telling us to let water run longer. Obviously this is not service from a so called 5 star hotel where customer service is so lacking and room with no hot water After repeated request by phoning front desk second time, we were changed to a different room; and this time, room has good hot water. Seriously, front desk needs training in customer service. The least hotel can do is to change customer to a different room so that basic hot water facility is provided. We should not have to endure such lack in service.

A family run place that is beautifully themed and done up. Rooms are spacious and romantically decorated. Toilets have seat warmers and modern flushing. Showers have a number of options including rain showers. There is an elevator that services every floor. Everyone in the family pitches in with different roles and it’s wonderful to see such harmonious relationship. The patriarch of the family is the chauffeur, who provides free commute to and from Huang Long National Park, a 5-10 min drive away. The matriarch is in charge of the kitchen and you can order lunch and dinner, nice and piping hot. Breakfast is on the house. Front desk and online operations are manned by the kids.  My only gripes were the original room I booked had a strong smoke odor, probably from the previous occupant. Luckily they were accommodative to allow me to swop to another room. The other room’s kettle was stained with some black stuff… which I’m Assuming the previous occupant tried to boil tea leaves or other in it. Luckily I was in practice to disinfect kettles with 1-2 rounds of boiling water first. I plan to revisit the national park in autumn some time and will definitely rebook this place

Looking for a decently priced hotel and lovely service hotel close to Huanglong Station? This is it. Hotel is owned by a friendly family and they are very helpful. They cannot speak English but the daughter added me on WeChat to communicate about what I needed anything. She also guided me through the process of what to do to be able to watch English movies. The hotel is neat and clean, and facilities are decent. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with an electric blanket. I was invited for a hotpot dinner, though I wasn't able to go. I requested breakfast on the day I left and they were more than willing to accommodate me - the breakfast was delicious! Yummy noodles. The owner dropped me at the station in time. There are a few shops (supermarkets and restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel. There is a comfortable lounge area where free tea is available, and some snacks can be bought at reception. It has a nice view (especially if it's snowing). There's a river directly outside of the hotel that can be walked along. I also saw a park area. The hot water was a bit of problem, as it didn't warm up fast enough, then would suddenly go ice cold - so perhaps not great in winter. If this problem is fixed it would definitely be a good place to stay at to be closer to the station. Overall, the service and hospitality was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

The best hotel we stayed in the Huanglong Jiuzhaigou area. Husband and wife run place. They designed the hotel themselves and just opened in July 2025. Very thoughtfully designed hotel. Staff are helpful and willing to share their advice and local knowledge. They provide free car to and from the Huanglong Scenic Area cable car. Its a small hotel about ~10 rooms and I attach pictures of the rooms as they are. No edits. Rooms are clean and new with modern facilities like projectors and in room routers. Room has a nice skylight windows providing bright cheery lighting. You can sleep looking at the stars in heated comfort. Beds and pillows are fluffy and soft, a rarity in this region! Family room has a tepee for small kids to sleep in! Some rooms have bathtub for soaking after a 8km walk through the scenic area! Floor heating!! Keeps the room warm and walk around barefoot in the room. Tip: open the skylight and sleep comfortably as the floor heating keeps the room warm without the need to turn on the heater. Bathroom is modern with rainshower and a bidet spray. They provide soft fluffy towels as well, not the cheap disposable paper towel. The lobby doubles as a restaurant. Nice tent tables. We love the home cooked food as the kitchen is staffed by family. They also have a coffee machine, another rarity for this region. Most restaurants do not serve coffee. We loved our stay here. Husband and wife, and their family members helping at the hotel make us feel like family guests instead of hotel guest. We are English speaking foreigner with a smattering of Chinese. There are many hotel options nearby, but this is a fantastic place to stay and beyond value for money. Quickly book as they have limited rooms.

This is a new countryside style inn near Songpan Station. The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic, offering free pickup and transfer to the station. We can also pick apples and pears from their small garden. The room is clean, and the hotel provides an electric blanket. Breakfast is a simple Chinese-style meal with homemade pickles.

The room is clean, cozy and warm. The view at the restaurant is stunning with snowy mountain at this time of the year. The manager and staff were so nice, especially.the manager, she took us out for dinner when we arrived and the restaurant at the hotel was almost closed. The hot water didn't take so long to be warm enough for shower. The location is great for Huanglong sightseeing but it may not be so convenient for restaurants of shop access.

The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.
