The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was honestly one of the best steak meals I've ever had, and the fact that I got to enjoy it in the comfort of my own hotel room made it even better!
The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Liuzhou.

"This hotel is in the heart of the nicest area in Liuzhou. The square is within 1 minutes walking where there are shops, McDonald's, Starbucks etc with so many small stalls selling food, especially at night where it comes alive. Right next to the river where you can see all the lights at night and take a boat ride. Traffic in this area can be difficult so be patient but it's worth it.
This hotel has a very good breakfast buffet in the morning and there is a spa for massage, facial etc on the 12th floor plus business meeting rooms and a rotating restaurant on the top floor.
The room I had was spotless clean and very big. No smoke smell (which is common in China) and plenty of towels, a Western shower, very nice. The old bad thing to say is the bed is like a rock but harder! Absolutely no padding. The floor would be more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night.
Overall a great place and super nice staff."

"Not a great hotel. I wouldn't stay here unless need to be at this precise location (but there are other hotels nearby). LOCATION. Not much to do in the neighborhood except for a few night clubs. Surprisingly few restaurants. SERVICE. No one at the front desk when I arrived at 8:30 pm. Concierge told me there was only one receptionist but that she was held up somewhere. I had to wait five minutes. After completing registration, the receptionist forgot to give me the room key, claiming she had already given it to me (she had left it at the copy machine when she copied my passport). The hotel made up by sending free snacks and fruit to my room, which was a nice gesture. AMENITIES. The room itself was fine, except that the windows were small for a ”river view luxury room” and that the power socket at the desk was defective, making it impossible to work on my laptop at the desk. The panarima bar on the 26th floor was closed when I wanted to check it out a little after 10 pm. BREAKFAST. Mediocre at best. Really ni reason to stay in this hotel."

What is disappointing is the hotel couldn’t even give 2 teabags for the room. This is the only hotel that I stay that does not provide complimentary teabags. Comfort hotel and Wuzhou do provide teabags. Though it’s not a big deal, providing 2 teabags will be a nice gesture."

Returning to this hotel for my second stay was such a joy. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed, and once again I was deeply touched by the sincerity, kindness, and care of everyone here.
On my first visit, General Manager Xie Yuzhen had taken time out of his own schedule to personally show me some of the special places around Liuzhou, a kind gesture I will never forget and am grateful for as it was the highlight of my trip to China. On this return visit, he again looked after me with great care, making sure all of my transport was perfectly in place and that I felt comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and generosity set the tone for the whole team.
I also want to especially thank Ma Yu, who had been part of that half-day trip with the Xie Yuzhen on my first stay. She looked after me throughout my stay with such warmth and attention that I felt completely cared for. Her kindness made this visit feel even more personal and memorable.
As always, Zhou Jinxin was wonderfully attentive on every ride, making sure I was comfortable and never without help.
Even though I didn’t personally see the same housekeeping staff as before where Tan Rufang had looked with perfect attention to detail after my room, her colleagues made sure my room was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully arranged. Everyone I met—whether I knew their names or not—was always patient, thoughtful, and kind.
What makes this hotel so special isn’t just the comfort, elegance, great food, the cleanliness, or the many thoughtful extras, it’s the people. Their genuine warmth and generosity turn a stay into a heartfelt experience, and that is why I was so happy to return.
I am truly grateful for everything they did for me, and I know that I will look forward to coming back again. If you are visiting Liuzhou, there is no better place than this! Thanks again for my wonderful time in Liuzhou!

VVieraskäyttäjäOur stay at Sanjiang Juyoulou Inn was great and the Inn owners are a sweet, amazing couple that helped us out a lot!
We wanted to learn about the local handcraft and the owner helped us to organise a lesson in Chinese embroidery through some of his contacts, which was so cool! They also helped us to book places for the banquet and the festivities at the drum tower, which, through a collab, is also cheaper than if we had booked them ourselves :)
On our last day, we left for the rice terraces in a even more rural area, and the owner explained us exactly - with a sweet hand-written note - how to get there with the different busses we needed to take. He also drove us to the first bus stop in his personal car for free. Amazing and kind people, a beautiful room and a nice view :)

VVieraskäyttäjäThe first time I came to Liuzhou, my experience in this capsule hotel was great, the service attitude was very considerate, the customer service sister was enthusiastic, and I received a phone call before I got off the high-speed train, and I would kindly tell you how to take transportation to the capsule hotel from the high-speed train station, and add wechat to make travel suggestions. The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. Convenient transportation, Qingyun Market, five-star Pedestrian Street, Liuzhou Museum are very close, easy to travel. Recommended

1️⃣Room 🛏️- The reason we booked this hotel was to get a river view 🏙️ and our room did not disappoint! Especially at night time around 7:30pm when all the lights turn on the city the view is beautiful 🌆🌉. You can even watch the music fountain show 🎵⛲ from your room! The room was very clean and odor-free.
2️⃣ Excellent Service 🛎️- The front staff and cleaning staff are very nice and helpful. We wanted to use their pickup service but could not arrange it as we did not have a local phone number. The front staff then offered to cover our Didi cost since they could not arrange the pick up. Since our stay was in April, the bauhinia flowers were in bloom🌸. The hotel has a nice brochure recommending the best viewing spots 🌸 and restaurants 🍜. Also when we were using the laundry service, the front staff kindly helped set the washer and dryer for me 🫧.
3️⃣Location 📍 - Walking distance to Ma'an shan Park 🏞️, Qingyun Market 🍜, 5 star pedestrian street 🍜. 12 min car ride to train station 🚄, short car ride to other Liuzhou attractions (eg. Longtan Park🏞️, Yaobu Ancient Town)

The first day I arrived, it was raining and the cleaning staff cleaned my shoes and left and note. I thought this was a very nice gesture from the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! I decided to extend my stay and booked two more nights, but I made a mistake in the booking. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very helpful in assisting me in rebooking the correct room so I wouldn't have to change rooms without a cancelation fee. The last night, more fresh fruit was brought to my room. Again, this was a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

PPamela StanfordI 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

We grabbed a DiDi which took us to a different hotel with the exact same name but in a different location. It was about the same distance from the station and it only cost us a dollar to get back to the correct location .
The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful experience there. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers. Great on site restaurant and coffee bar. My wife dropped her coffee and the attendant was kind enough to replace it at no additional charge. This hotel is right next to a IMAX theater and a shopping center. I recommend trying the street vendors behind the hotel for delicious food such as sushi and chicken breast at unbelievable low prices. Loved everything about this hotel.

退房時間十二點，太早了，和網上訊息説的兩點完全不同。空調在床頭，開着都沒有什麼用，而且聲音很大，吵得睡不着，廁所的熱水器也是時不時有異響。床有點硬，被子床單都有點硬硬的，睡着不舒服。
