A Second Stay That Felt Like Coming Home Returning to this hotel for my second stay was such a joy. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed, and once again I was deeply touched by the sincerity, kindness, and care of everyone here. On my first visit, General Manager Xie Yuzhen had taken time out of his own schedule to personally show me some of the special places around Liuzhou, a kind gesture I will never forget and am grateful for as it was the highlight of my trip to China. On this return visit, he again looked after me with great care, making sure all of my transport was perfectly in place and that I felt comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and generosity set the tone for the whole team. I also want to especially thank Ma Yu, who had been part of that half-day trip with the Xie Yuzhen on my first stay. She looked after me throughout my stay with such warmth and attention that I felt completely cared for. Her kindness made this visit feel even more personal and memorable. As always, Zhou Jinxin was wonderfully attentive on every ride, making sure I was comfortable and never without help. Even though I didn’t personally see the same housekeeping staff as before where Tan Rufang had looked with perfect attention to detail after my room, her colleagues made sure my room was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully arranged. Everyone I met—whether I knew their names or not—was always patient, thoughtful, and kind. What makes this hotel so special isn’t just the comfort, elegance, great food, the cleanliness, or the many thoughtful extras, it’s the people. Their genuine warmth and generosity turn a stay into a heartfelt experience, and that is why I was so happy to return. I am truly grateful for everything they did for me, and I know that I will look forward to coming back again. If you are visiting Liuzhou, there is no better place than this! Such a gem in Liuzhou, good location, amazing view and the best service ever from concierge, front desk, housekeeping and all. You will never regret staying here. The stay made our entire trip so memorable.

If you're visiting Liuzhou, you must stay at this hotel‼️ 1️⃣Room 🛏️- The reason we booked this hotel was to get a river view 🏙️ and our room did not disappoint! Especially at night time around 7:30pm when all the lights turn on the city the view is beautiful 🌆🌉. You can even watch the music fountain show 🎵⛲ from your room! The room was very clean and odor-free. 2️⃣ Excellent Service 🛎️- The front staff and cleaning staff are very nice and helpful. We wanted to use their pickup service but could not arrange it as we did not have a local phone number. The front staff then offered to cover our Didi cost since they could not arrange the pick up. Since our stay was in April, the bauhinia flowers were in bloom🌸. The hotel has a nice brochure recommending the best viewing spots 🌸 and restaurants 🍜. Also when we were using the laundry service, the front staff kindly helped set the washer and dryer for me 🫧. 3️⃣Location 📍 - Walking distance to Ma'an shan Park 🏞️, Qingyun Market 🍜, 5 star pedestrian street 🍜. 12 min car ride to train station 🚄, short car ride to other Liuzhou attractions (eg. Longtan Park🏞️, Yaobu Ancient Town)

The first time I came to Liuzhou, my experience in this capsule hotel was great, the service attitude was very considerate, the customer service sister was enthusiastic, and I received a phone call before I got off the high-speed train, and I would kindly tell you how to take transportation to the capsule hotel from the high-speed train station, and add wechat to make travel suggestions. The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. Convenient transportation, Qingyun Market, five-star Pedestrian Street, Liuzhou Museum are very close, easy to travel. Recommended

這是一家新開的民宿，位置在三江縣郊的尋江邊，環境很清靜，陽台非常寬敞，早起時還看到江邊有一羣白鷺在水上自由翱翔。老闆娘人特別好，看我一人出行，晚飯後還主動開車帶我去看宜陽風雨橋的夜景。我住的是二樓有陽台的大床房，性價比特別高，房間寬敞明亮，陳設温馨，有種回到家的感覺，非常適合度假出遊，朋友小聚…下年再回家路過時，院裏種植的花花草草應該都長大啦，那一定會更加漂亮温馨！

The lobby manager Ms Chen was quite friendly and helpful on serivece. The airconditioning can be improved but overall a safe and comfortable stay.

這次入住怡程酒店整體體驗真的很好的。首先服務這塊讓我印象很好，我是凌晨入住的，前台還是很熱情的接待，很快就辦理入住，説話語氣也很舒服，而且感覺非常真誠，有問題諮詢的時候也會耐心解答。進房間後整體環境乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床鋪睡起來很舒服，晚上休息得很好。酒店的位置也挺方便，樓下就是商圈，吃東西、逛街都很近，但回到房間又不會覺得吵，隔音還可以。公共區域看起來也比較清爽，沒有雜亂的感覺。整體來説是那種住着很安心的酒店，細節做得到位，價格也算合理，下次來柳州應該還會選擇這裏。

強烈推薦這家酒店，環境安靜舒適，[嘿哈][好的]整體衞生狀況極佳，房間乾淨整潔，用品擺放規整。服務態度很好，前台熱情耐心，會貼心介紹周邊美食。設施齊全且新，洗衣烘乾一體很方便，健身房貼心周到，機器人送物高效，智能設備好用，停車也方便，性價比很高。

It was a little bit farther away from the railway station than we normally like. We like our hotel within walking distance. We grabbed a DiDi which took us to a different hotel with the exact same name but in a different location. It was about the same distance from the station and it only cost us a dollar to get back to the correct location . The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful experience there. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers. Great on site restaurant and coffee bar. My wife dropped her coffee and the attendant was kind enough to replace it at no additional charge. This hotel is right next to a IMAX theater and a shopping center. I recommend trying the street vendors behind the hotel for delicious food such as sushi and chicken breast at unbelievable low prices. Loved everything about this hotel.

I 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.
