"預訂酒店，看着麻將房比大床房便宜（五十元以內），事實證明貪不得便宜。
到酒店八點多辦理入住，房間進去窗户外設備很響，關上窗後沒聲音。發現床套上油污一團，聯繫酒店上來換床套。到九點多發現房間一直不降温，熱。聯繫前台，詢問情況。回覆沒空調，今天整個酒店沒空調。給房間送來個風扇.震驚！聯繫平台去溝通。具體情況不明，平台來電告知一會就開。大約二三分鐘後空調就啟動了。平台給力👍
洗漱後，安靜下來。才發現這個房間門外面機器噪聲，讓人無法入眠。

"朋友出差，對這個酒店的服務簡直是太無語了，不得不吐槽一下，特別是前台，凌晨到的這個地方的，開了午夜房，把前台大姐吵醒，從夢中醒來有點不高興，跟我們辦理了6樓的房間，酒店很老，燒水壺不敢用，壺身上全是水垢 感覺臟臟的，本想第二換家酒店住的，早餐8點半下去已經沒什麼吃的了，但是餐廳服務員大姐很熱情周到，廚房煮粉的師傅也很熱情，因為他們服務好，瞬間把不好的體驗都抹掉了，所以吃早餐的時候又在網上下了一個訂單，但是來前台續房，她們的服務態度讓人不敢恭維，不會笑，可能是他們生意好的原因吧，愛住住不愛住走人，給人就這態度，第二天早餐茶葉蛋是壞的，當時人太多了沒跟服務員講，吃得一口就沒吃了，開車剛上高速就垃肚子，這4分好評是給客房服務員、餐廳服務員跟廚房大哥的，前台服務衹能打0分"
